本发明涉及包含螯合剂，特别是二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)或其盐的喷干燥组分。这种组分适用于颗粒洗涤剂产品中，并且也作为制备皂条、洗涤剂片和其它形式的洗涤剂例如挤出物、附聚物等的中间产品。
1981年3月31颁发的US-A-4259200公开了与钙、镁、锌或铝离子螯合的膦酸盐，金属离子与膦酸盐的摩尔比至少为1∶1。其描述了镁和膦酸盐可在任何适合的溶剂，包括水，中预混合，任选地与其它洗涤剂组分混合并喷雾干燥。发现在漂白组合物中改善的储存稳定性。
1987年6月10日发表的EP-A-225309公开了向包含二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)的颗粒中加入碱金属或碱土金属盐，以达到改善流动性质和储存性质的目的。按螯合剂的干重量计，硫酸盐的量为60％-200％，相当于金属离子盐与螯合剂的重量比为0.6∶1-2∶1。在喷雾干燥后，优选的水含量按颗粒重量计低于10％。
现有技术没有提示可制备具有高螯合剂含量(至少50％(重量))并仍保持好的流动性质的喷雾干燥组分。
本发明的目的是提供具有高螯合剂活性的有流动性的颗粒形式的喷雾干燥组分。
                     发明概述
本发明目的由一种喷雾干燥组分实现，该喷雾干燥组分包含：i)至少50％，优选至少60％(重量)螯合剂；ii)1％-25％，优选5％-10％(重量)碱金属或碱土金属硫酸盐；和iii)优选低于10％(重量)游离水。
螯合剂优选是膦酸或琥珀酸，或膦酸盐或琥珀酸盐，更优选螯合剂选自二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)、乙二胺-N，N’-二琥珀酸或其混合物、或其盐。
碱土金属优选是镁。
                      发明详述
本发明的喷雾干燥组分包含螯合剂。螯合剂由于它们具有螯合金属离子例如铁和/或锰形成可溶性螯合物的能力而被用于例如洗涤剂组合物中。适合的螯合剂可选自氨基羧酸盐、氨基膦酸盐、多官能取代的芳族螯合剂和其混合物。
有用的氨基羧酸盐包括乙二胺四乙酸盐(“EDTA”)，N-羟乙基乙二胺三乙酸盐，次氮基三乙酸盐，乙二胺四丙酸盐，三亚乙基四胺六乙酸盐，二亚乙基三胺五乙酸盐和乙醇二甘氨酸，它们的碱金属盐，铵盐和取代铵盐以及它们的混合物。
有用的氨基膦酸盐包括乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸盐)，按DEQUESTR销售。这些氨基膦酸盐优选不含超过约6个碳原子的烷基或链烯基。
特别优选的螯合剂是二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)(“DTPMP”)和乙二胺四(亚甲基膦酸)(EDTMP)。
多官能取代的芳族螯合剂也适用于本发明组分中。参见1974年5月21日授权的Connor等人美国专利US-A-3812044。优选这类酸形式的化合物是二羟基二磺基苯，如1，2-二羟基-3，5-二磺基苯。
在本发明中优选使用的可生物降解的螯合剂是乙二胺-N，N’-二琥珀酸盐(″EDDS″)，尤其是如在1987年11月3日授权的Hartman和Perkins的美国专利US-A-4704233中描述的其[S，S]异构体。
硫酸镁、铝或锌是用于本发明优选的，硫酸镁是最优选的。Epsom盐，MgSO4.7H2O，即硫酸镁与7摩尔水的水合、结晶形式是特别优选的。
用于本发明的螯合剂可方便地由商业上可购的水溶液源提供。一般商业上可购的溶液具有螯合剂活性约40％-约60％(重量)。该喷雾干燥组分可由以下方法制备：将这种水溶液与需要量的硫酸盐混合，如果需要加入更多的水以降低总固体含量，然后通过将该溶液喷雾到常规的逆流或顺流喷雾干燥塔中形成颗粒。在塔中，水被热气体，通常是被热空气蒸发，优选蒸发至在成品喷雾干燥组分中游离水的含量低于10％(重量)。
任选地喷雾干燥组分还可在常规工艺设备例如流化床中进一步通过干燥和/或冷却步骤。粒度过大和细颗粒部分通常被除去，例如将颗粒通过振动筛。
另外的加工步骤，包括与其它组分的附加造粒步骤、附聚或压实，以及干混，可制得成品例如洗涤剂粉剂、皂条和片。

除非另有说明，所有含量是按重量计％。
在这些实施例中制得的喷雾干燥组分具有堆密度500g/l-700g/l。该组分在制备后吸附非常少的水分(例如从大气湿度)，因此甚至在高温和高湿度的环境中也能减少或消除流动性和结块问题。

Claims (6)

1.一种喷雾干燥组分，其包含：
i)螯合剂，其选自氨基羧酸盐螯合剂、氨基膦酸盐螯合剂、多官能取代的芳族螯合剂和其混合物；
ii)1％-25％(重量)碱土金属硫酸盐；和
iii)游离水，
其特征在于该喷雾干燥组分包含至少50％(重量)螯合剂。
2.根据权利要求1的喷雾干燥组分，其包含：
i)至少60％(重量)螯合剂；
ii)5％-10％(重量)碱土金属硫酸盐；和
iii)低于10％(重量)游离水。
3.根据权利要求1或2的喷雾干燥组分，其中螯合剂是膦酸或琥珀酸，或膦酸盐或琥珀酸盐，或其混合物。
4.根据权利要求3的喷雾干燥组分，其中螯合剂选自二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)、乙二胺-N，N’-二琥珀酸、二亚乙基三胺五(亚甲基膦酸)盐、乙二胺-N，N’-二琥珀酸盐、或其混合物。
5.根据权利要求1或2的喷雾干燥组分，其中碱土金属是镁。
6.根据权利要求5的喷雾干燥组分，其中碱土金属硫酸盐是水合结晶形式，MgSO4.7H2O。
