本发明公开了一种免洗手消毒凝胶,原料包括乙醇、pH调节剂、香味剂、海藻酸钠、明胶、增稠剂、水、维生素A、维生素B5、维生素C、维生素D2、维生素E、维生素F和叶酸。制备方法包括:取维生素B5、维生素C及叶酸,溶于水中,加入海藻酸钠、明胶,真空冷冻干燥,得到维生素微胶囊;取增稠剂,加入水,得到增稠剂溶液;之后加入乙醇、维生素微胶囊、维生素A、维生素D2、维生素E及维生素F,得到基础凝胶;加入pH调节剂、香味剂,搅拌,静置,得到所述免洗手消毒凝胶。本发明得到的消毒凝胶具有良好的稳定性,且通过添加多种维生素,可有效防止由于长期使用乙醇而造成的手部皮肤干燥、粗糙等问题。

技术领域
本发明属于卫生用品技术领域,具体涉及一种免洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法。
背景技术
免洗手消毒凝胶,由于其不用水清洗就可有效消灭手部病菌,且其携带使用方便,得到广泛使用。免洗手消毒凝胶之所以能够实现免洗手的技术效果,是由于其首先溶解、切断手部细菌的细胞膜,破坏其结构的完整性,然后使细菌细胞内的蛋白质变性,使其死亡。细菌死亡后,免洗消毒凝胶中的挥发物质挥发过程中会将细菌残体一并带走。但是这些物质挥发过程中,同时也会带走手部皮肤中的水分,长期使用,会使手部皮肤变得干燥、粗糙。而且,目前的免洗手消毒凝胶,采用易挥发的醇类作为消毒剂和溶剂,为了达到产品安全、无毒性的要求,通常使用乙醇或异丙醇。乙醇和异丙醇具有脱水作用,可凝固蛋白质,导致病原菌死亡。乙醇和异丙醇在体外抑制革兰阴性菌、革兰阳性菌、包层病毒及各种真菌活性的效果尤为突出,可杀灭细菌繁殖体,对多数亲脂性病毒杀灭作用较强。相对于异丙醇而言,乙醇在免洗手消毒领域更为常用。浓度在60%-80%之间的乙醇对于杀菌消毒有显著作用,其中75%浓度最佳。但是乙醇本身对皮肤有较大刺激性,若经常使用乙醇消毒剂进行洗手消毒,皮肤会因为脱脂而干燥、粗糙。因此,开发一种长期使用不会使手部皮肤受到损害的免洗手消毒凝胶尤为重要。
维生素又称为维他命,是人类维持生命必备的有机物质。维生素在人体内含量很低,但是不可或缺,维生素在人体生长、发育、成熟、代谢等各个阶段发挥了重要作用。可以说,维生素是维持和调节人体机能代谢的生物活性物质。最近,随着学者对维生素研究的深入,维生素的应用领域也有所扩大,除了作为药品制剂和营养保健品口服之外,维生素越来越多的应用于护肤品行业。但是,维生素大部分不稳定,容易受到光、氧气、热、环境的影响而失去活性,因此,如何提高其稳定性,使其能够在护肤品中更好地发挥作用,对于含有维生素类护肤品的研究具有重要意义。

有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种免洗手消毒凝胶及其制备方法,以克服现有技术中的不足。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案。
本发明的技术方案之一,一种免洗手消毒凝胶,原料包括乙醇、pH调节剂、香味剂、海藻酸钠、明胶、增稠剂、水、维生素A、维生素B5、维生素C、维生素D2、维生素E、维生素F和叶酸。
进一步地,按重量份计包括以下原料:乙醇80~100份,pH调节剂0.1~0.5份,香味剂0.005~0.01份,海藻酸钠10~15份,明胶3~5份,增稠剂2~8份,水50~80份,维生素A0.5~1份,维生素B50.5~1份,维生素C1~2份,维生素D20.5~1份,维生素E 0.8~1.5份,维生素F 0.8~1.2份以及叶酸0.8~1.2份。
进一步地,所述乙醇的体积分数为70~75%,所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺。
进一步地,所述增稠剂为卡波姆940、卡波姆941和卡波姆U20中的一种或多种。
本发明的技术方案之二,一种上述免洗手消毒凝胶的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素B5、维生素C及叶酸,溶于水中,加入海藻酸钠、明胶,搅拌后,真空冷冻干燥,得到维生素微胶囊;
(2)取增稠剂,加入水,搅拌,得到增稠剂溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)所得增稠剂溶液中加入乙醇、步骤(1)所得的维生素微胶囊、维生素A、维生素D2、维生素E及维生素F,搅拌得到基础凝胶;
(4)向步骤(3)所得基础凝胶中加入pH调节剂、香味剂,搅拌,静置,得到所述免洗手消毒凝胶。
进一步地,步骤(1)中,所述真空冷冻干燥的温度为-45~-30℃。
进一步地,步骤(1)中所述搅拌的转速为500~800rpm,步骤(2)、步骤(3)及步骤(4)中所述搅拌为磁力搅拌,转速为1000~1500rpm。
进一步地,步骤(1)中水的用量为30~40份,步骤(2)中水的用量为20~50份。
进一步地,步骤(4)中,加入pH调节剂后,调节pH为5~6,静置时间为24~36h。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
(1)本发明中,综合使用了脂溶性维生素A、维生素D2、维生素E及维生素F,可充分发挥其润肤、护肤作用,同时维生素A、维生素D2、维生素E及维生素F配合使用,相互协同,有效提高了维生素A及维生素D2的稳定性。
(2)采用微胶囊包埋的方式加入水溶性维生素,使其稳定性提高的同时,能够实现缓慢释放,从而可长时间发挥润肤、护肤作用,更好地保护手部皮肤。
(3)采用乙醇为唯一的消毒杀菌剂,可避免添加三氯生等其它消毒剂造成的副作用;通过添加多种维生素,可有效防止由于长期使用乙醇而造成的手部皮肤干燥、粗糙等问题,有效呵护双手。
(4)本发明制备得到的免洗手消毒凝胶,使用后手感清爽,没有黏腻感,且具有良好的稳定性,长期存放不会出现分层或沉淀。

实施例1
免洗手消毒凝胶的制备,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素B50.5份、维生素C1.5份及叶酸1.2份,溶于30份水中,加入海藻酸钠15份,明胶3份,600rpm搅拌1h后,-30℃真空冷冻干燥,得到维生素微胶囊;
(2)取卡波姆9402份,加水20份,1000rpm下磁力搅拌1h,得到增稠剂溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)所得增稠剂溶液中加入体积分数为70%的乙醇100份、步骤(1)所得的维生素微胶囊、维生素A1份、维生素D20.5份、维生素E1.2份及维生素F1.2份,1200rpm磁力搅拌3h得到基础凝胶;
(4)向步骤(3)所得基础凝胶中加入三乙醇胺0.42份调节pH为6,加入香味剂0.075份,1200rpm磁力搅拌3h,静置24h,得到所述免洗手消毒凝胶。
实施例2
免洗手消毒凝胶的制备:
(1)取维生素B50.75份、维生素C 2份及叶酸0.8份,溶于40份水中,加入海藻酸钠12.5份,明胶4份,800rpm搅拌40min后,-45℃真空冷冻干燥,得到维生素微胶囊;
(2)取卡波姆9414份,卡波姆U204份,加水30份,1500rpm磁力搅拌1h,得到增稠剂溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)所得增稠剂溶液中加入体积分数为75%的乙醇80份、步骤(1)所得的维生素微胶囊、维生素A 0.75份、维生素D21份、维生素E1.5份及维生素F1份,1000rpm磁力搅拌2.5h得到基础凝胶;
(4)向步骤(3)所得基础凝胶中加入三乙醇胺调节0.15份pH为5,香味剂0.005份,1000rpm磁力搅拌3h,静置36h,得到所述免洗手消毒凝胶。
实施例3
免洗手消毒凝胶的制备,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素B51份、维生素C1份及叶酸1份,溶于35份水中,加入海藻酸钠10份,明胶5份,500rpm搅拌1h后,-40℃真空冷冻干燥,得到维生素微胶囊;
(2)取卡波姆9404份,卡波姆9412份,加水45份,1200rpm磁力搅拌1h,得到增稠剂溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)所得增稠剂溶液中加入体积分数为75%的乙醇90份、步骤(1)所得的维生素微胶囊、维生素A 0.5份、维生素D20.75份、维生素E 0.8份及维生素F 0.8份,1500rpm磁力搅拌3h得到基础凝胶;
(4)向步骤(3)所得基础凝胶中加入三乙醇胺0.2份调节pH为5.5,香味剂0.01份,1500rpm磁力搅拌3.5h,静置30h,得到所述免洗手消毒凝胶。
对比例1
免洗手消毒凝胶的制备:
(1)取维生素B50.5份、维生素C1.5份及叶酸1.2份,溶于30份水中,得到维生素溶液;
(2)取卡波姆9402份,加水20份,1000rpm下磁力搅拌1h,得到卡增稠剂溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)所得增稠剂溶液中加入体积分数为70%的乙醇100份、步骤(1)所得的维生素溶液、维生素A1份、维生素D20.5份、维生素E1.2份及维生素F1.2份,1200rpm磁力搅拌3h得到基础凝胶;
(4)向步骤(3)所得基础凝胶中加入三乙醇胺调节pH为6,加入香味剂0.075份,1200rpm磁力搅拌3h,静置24h,得到所述免洗手消毒凝胶。
对比例2
同实施例1,区别在于,步骤(3)中不加入维生素E。
对比例3
同实施例1,区别在于,步骤(3)中不加入维生素F。
效果验证例1
在实验室条件下,检测实施例1-3及对比例1-3中制备得到的免洗手消毒凝胶对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌的灭菌效果,具体方法如下:取金黄色葡萄球菌ATCC6538,大肠杆菌8099第5代的营养琼脂培养基斜面新鲜培养物,用5mL稀释液洗下菌苔,并震荡混匀;用PBS液将试验菌悬液稀释,要求浓度为:取0.1mL滴于对照样液(PBS)5.0mL内,回收菌数为1×104~9×104cfu/mL;吸取试验样品5mL平铺放入灭菌培养皿中,吸取试验菌液0.1mL加入到含5mL样品的培养皿中,并立即计时;作用2min后,取试验菌与样品的混合物0.1mL,加入到含5mL经灭菌的PBS的试管中,混匀;放置10min后,取1mL,置于灭菌平皿内,用凉至40-45℃的营养琼脂培养基(细菌)15mL作倾注,转动平皿,使其充分均匀,琼脂凝固后翻转平皿,(35士2)℃培养48h后,做活菌菌落计数;实验重复三次,求平均值。
结果如表1所示:

将实施例1-3及对比例1-3中制备的免洗手消毒凝胶常温放置60天、120天、180天后,检测其中维生素A及维生素D2的含量,以0天时,含量均为100%计,所得结果如表2所示:

选取无皮肤问题的志愿者42名,然后随机分成A-G共7组,每组6人,A-F各组试验人员分别采用实施例1-3及对比例1-3中制备的免洗手消毒凝胶进行洗手,G组试验人员采用清水洗手,试验前及1个月后,对试验人员手部皮肤含水量进行检测,含水量采用皮肤角质层水合率试验,所用的仪器是CorneometerCM825,检测结果如表3所示,表中皮肤含水量变化值=(试验1个月后测得的含水量平均值-试验前测得的含水量平均值)/试验前测得的含水量平均值*100%:

Claims (8)
1.一种免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,原料包括乙醇、pH调节剂、香味剂、海藻酸钠、明胶、增稠剂、水、维生素A、维生素B5、维生素C、维生素D2、维生素E、维生素F和叶酸。
2.根据权利要求1所述的免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,按重量份计包括以下原料:乙醇80~100份,pH调节剂0.1~0.5份,香味剂0.005~0.01份,海藻酸钠10~15份,明胶3~5份,增稠剂2~8份,水50~80份,维生素A 0.5~1份,维生素B50.5~1份,维生素C1~2份,维生素D20.5~1份,维生素E 0.8~1.5份,维生素F 0.8~1.2份以及叶酸0.8~1.2份。
3.根据权利要求2所述的免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述乙醇的体积分数为70~75%,所述pH调节剂为三乙醇胺。
4.根据权利要求2所述的免洗手消毒凝胶,其特征在于,所述增稠剂为卡波姆940、卡波姆941和卡波姆U20中的一种或多种。
5.一种权利要求1~4任一项所述的免洗手消毒凝胶的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)取维生素B5、维生素C及叶酸,溶于水中,加入海藻酸钠、明胶,搅拌后,真空冷冻干燥,得到维生素微胶囊;
(2)取增稠剂,加入水,搅拌,得到增稠剂溶液;
(3)向步骤(2)所得增稠剂溶液中加入乙醇、步骤(1)所得的维生素微胶囊、维生素A、维生素D2、维生素E及维生素F,搅拌得到基础凝胶;
(4)向步骤(3)所得基础凝胶中加入pH调节剂、香味剂,搅拌,静置,得到所述免洗手消毒凝胶。
6.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中,所述真空冷冻干燥的温度为-45~-30℃。
7.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中所述搅拌的转速为500~800rpm,步骤(2)、步骤(3)及步骤(4)中所述搅拌为磁力搅拌,转速为1000~1500rpm。
8.根据权利要求5所述的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(4)中,加入pH调节剂后,调节pH为5~6,静置时间为24~36h。
