Abstract

本发明的目的在于提供一种低硬度高回弹闭孔模压发泡胶配方,属于橡胶混炼胶技术领域,按照质量份数包括以下物质:EPDM生胶100份、卡博特炭黑35份、轻钙90份、石蜡油30份、机油40份、氧化锌5份、硬脂酸2份、硬脂酸锌1份、聚乙二醇0.5份、橡胶硫化剂1.6份、促进剂TMTD 0.3份、促进剂CZ 1.1份、发泡剂AC 4份、发泡剂OBSH 0.6份。该胶料在成型后,具有中等定伸性能,硬度为45度左右,具有高回弹性能,产品因发泡气体少量或无溢出即外观上表现为微孔或者无孔,将采用该胶料制成的密封圈制作成曲面结构,也具备良好的密封性能。

一种低硬度高回弹闭孔模压发泡胶配方及制备工艺
技术领域
本发明属于橡胶混炼胶技术领域,具体涉及一种低硬度高回弹闭孔模压发泡胶配方及制备工艺。
背景技术
随着国内白色家电产业的发展以及消费者对品质生活要求的提高,市场上家电类企业在部件的设计上越来越复杂,这就需要在部件的连接上需要一种高弹性的密封类橡胶件,即压变性能优良,而且某些特殊部件上,两个链接部件非平面接触,例如一个半圆面对接一个平面且二者呈90度角,普通材质的密封圈材质,即常见的密封圈、O型圈、矩形圈均为普通模压密封材质,无法做到紧密密封。此类橡胶产品,在使用过程中有较大形变,为了防止形变后产生罅隙,导致密封失效,材料设计上必须具备低定伸、高回弹的性能,同时材料为闭孔或微孔或无孔,而现有的模压密封材质无法满足上述性能要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低硬度高回弹闭孔模压发泡胶配方,解决了现有密封圈材质无法做到紧密密封,容易造成密封性能失效的问题。
为解决此技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种低硬度高回弹闭孔模压发泡胶配方,按照质量份数包括以下物质:

作为优选,所述橡胶硫化剂为S-80。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种低硬度高回弹闭孔模压发泡胶的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、往密炼机内投入EPDM生胶、ZnO、硬脂酸SA、硬脂酸锌、PEG4000进行塑炼1-2分钟;
步骤二、投入卡博特炭黑N550、轻钙、石蜡油、机油,将各种原料混合均匀,并对控制密炼机对原料进行加热;
步骤三、在密炼机加热至100℃、120℃、140℃时各进行一次清扫、翻胶;
步骤四、在密炼机加热至150℃时进行排胶;
步骤五、将密炼机中的胶料放入开炼机进行包辊;
步骤六、加入橡胶硫化剂、促进剂TMTD、促进剂CZ、发泡剂AC、发泡剂OBSH进行混炼;
步骤七、落胶,胶料全部落下托盘,打三角包四次,冷却胶料;
步骤八、胶料出片、挂放冷却。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
一、EPDM生胶具有不充油、分子量大、分子量分布宽、双峰结构等优点,发泡剂AC和发泡剂OBSH并用,能更好的做好胶料的气体结构。
二、针对硬度要求,少用炭黑多用白色填料保证在大量用油的情况下硬度要求,同时一定的填充比有利于胶料的混炼与分散;炭黑的型号上选用,选用中等粒径快压出的卡博特炭黑N550能在胶料的发泡与强度上进行优化,白色填料选用轻钙。
三、对于油的选用上,高分子量的石蜡油保证了一定程度的耐热性能,而机油这种低分子量的增塑剂的的使用从而使胶料在发泡上有更好的工艺性能。
四、本发明的胶料在成型后,具有中等定伸性能,硬度为45度左右,具有高回弹性能,产品因发泡气体少量或无溢出即外观上表现为微孔或者无孔,物理机械性能上表现为比重>1g/cm3,即高与水的比重,将采用该胶料制成的密封圈制作成曲面结构,也具备良好的密封性能。

为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
实施例1
本实施例公开一种低硬度高回弹闭孔模压发泡胶的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、往密炼机内投入EPDM生胶、ZnO、硬脂酸SA、硬脂酸锌、PEG4000进行塑炼1-2分钟;
步骤二、投入卡博特炭黑N550、轻钙、石蜡油、机油,将各种原料混合均匀,并对控制密炼机对原料进行加热;
步骤三、在密炼机加热至100℃、120℃、140℃时各进行一次清扫、翻胶;
步骤四、在密炼机加热至150℃时进行排胶;
步骤五、将密炼机中的胶料放入开炼机进行包辊;
步骤六、加入橡胶硫化剂、促进剂TMTD、促进剂CZ、发泡剂AC、发泡剂OBSH进行混炼;
步骤七、落胶,胶料全部落下托盘,打三角包四次,冷却胶料;

由上可知,本发明制得的模压发泡胶的硬度为45±5度(邵A,23℃标准测试环境下),定伸中等(即扯断伸长率在300%-500%),拉伸强度≥3MPa;产品因发泡气体少量或无溢出即外观上表现为微孔或者无孔,发泡后的比重在1.10±0.05g/cm3,即比重>1g/cm3,高与水的比重。
另外,将根据本发明的技术方案制成密封圈,并对密封圈进行性能检测:将装配的水管,一头用设有密封圈的堵头堵住,另一侧施加水压,压力1公斤,水温70℃,保压10分钟观察设有堵头的一端是否有漏水;如无漏水则泄压,然后往复循环500次,如一直无漏水则测试合格。经过检测,采用实施例1至7中各物质的组份制得的密封圈,均测试合格。
