Abstract

本发明公开了一种碳纤维家具板材及制作工艺,包括选料处理:在发泡板的上表面和下表面覆盖碳纤维编织布;在碳纤维编织布的外表面涂覆黏胶;将PC胶片覆盖在所述碳纤维编织布的外表面,形成板材胚料;压合:将板材胚料通过挤压设备进行压合;固化:将压合后的板材胚料进行静置,使黏胶固化;剪裁:对静置固化后的板材胚料进行裁剪,去除多余边料,形成复合家具板材,本发明适用于板材制作,通过本发明工艺制备的到的板材具备优异的抗剪强度、耐腐蚀性能,且重量轻,同时本发明制备的板材基料是通过化工合成的,因此其来源广泛,成本低,且表面高光或亚光PC胶片的工艺,又让板材制作过程免了涂装过程,即环保节省成本,又无涂装不良。

技术领域
本发明属于板材制作技术领域,具体是一种碳纤维家具板材及制作工艺。
背景技术
板材根据种类分为木板材、家具板材、建筑板材、工程板方、木板料,而现有的家具板材都是用木材复合板材切割加工所得,由于木制复合板材材料特性,其一般实木板材重量较重,且在制作的过程中需要对板材表面涂覆油漆,导致其生产的成本高,环保性差,因此难以满足人们的需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的缺陷,提供一种碳纤维家具板材及制作工艺。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案:
一种碳纤维家具板材,所述碳纤维家具板材包括发泡板、碳纤维编织布和PC胶片,所述碳纤维编织布覆盖在所述发泡板的上表面和下表面,所述PC胶片通过黏胶粘合在所述碳纤维编织布的外表面。
优选的,一种碳纤维家具板材的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、选料处理:在发泡板的上表面和下表面覆盖碳纤维编织布;
在碳纤维编织布的外表面涂覆黏胶;
将PC胶片覆盖在所述碳纤维编织布的外表面,形成板材胚料;
S2、压合:将板材胚料通过挤压设备进行压合;
S3、固化:将压合后的板材胚料进行静置,使黏胶固化;
S4、剪裁:对静置固化后的板材胚料进行裁剪,去除多余边料,形成复合家具板材。
优选的,所述步骤S2中挤压设备采用移动双辊式压合机,所述挤压设备的两个压辊之间间距可以调节,使复合家具板材的厚度可控。
优选的,所述环氧树脂AB胶的混合比例为4:1。
优选的,所述PC胶片采用高光PC胶片或亚光PC胶片。
优选的,所述黏胶采用环氧树脂AB胶。
本发明一种碳纤维家具板材及制作工艺,本发明工艺制作得到到板材表面覆盖有一层高光或亚光的PC胶片,这样在该板材生产过程中就不需要再对板材表面涂覆涂料,节省原料,且环保性更高;
通过本发明工艺制作得到的复合夹具板材的抗剪强度接近于木质板材的两倍,而重量只有木质板材的1/3,同时具备了优异的耐腐蚀度;
综上所述,通过本发明工艺制备的到的板材具备优异的抗剪强度、耐腐蚀性能,且重量轻,同时本发明制备的板材基料是通过化工合成的,因此其来源广泛,成本低,且表面高光或亚光PC胶片的工艺,又让板材制作过程免了涂装过程,即环保节省成本,又无涂装不良。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图1-2,进一步说明本发明一种碳纤维家具板材及制作工艺的具体实施方式。本发明一种碳纤维家具板材及制作工艺不限于以下实施例的描述。
实施例1:
一种碳纤维家具板材,碳纤维家具板材包括发泡板1、碳纤维编织布2和PC胶片4,所述碳纤维编织布2覆盖在所述发泡板1的上表面和下表面,所述PC胶片4通过黏胶3粘合在所述碳纤维编织布2的外表面。
一种碳纤维家具板材及制作工艺,如图1-2所示,包括以下步骤:
S1、选料处理:在发泡板1的上表面和下表面覆盖碳纤维编织布2;
在碳纤维编织布的外表面涂覆黏胶3;
将PC胶片4覆盖在碳纤维编织布2的外表面,形成板材胚料;
S2、压合:将板材胚料通过挤压设备进行压合;
S3、固化:将压合后的板材胚料进行静置,使黏胶3固化;
S4、剪裁:对静置固化后的板材胚料进行裁剪,去除多余边料,形成复合家具板材。
步骤S2中挤压设备采用移动双辊式压合机,挤压设备的两个压辊之间间距可以调节,使复合家具板材的厚度可控。
环氧树脂AB胶的混合比例为4:1。
PC胶片4采用高光PC胶片或亚光PC胶片。
黏胶3采用环氧树脂AB胶。
取一块1M*1M,厚度为15mm的木质板材与本发明制备得到的复合家具板材进行检测对比,检测结果如下表1:

结合实施例1可以看出,本发明工艺制作得到到板材表面覆盖有一层高光或亚光的PC胶片,这样在该板材生产过程中就不需要再对板材表面涂覆涂料,节省原料,且表面高光或亚光PC胶片的工艺,又让板材制作过程免了涂装过程,即环保节省成本,又无涂装不良,结合表1可以看出,本发明工艺制作得到的复合夹具板材的抗剪强度接近于木质板材的两倍,重量只有木质板材的1/3,同时具备了优异的耐腐蚀度,本发明制备的板材不仅适用于家具板材,还可用于墙面装饰板和复合地板等领域。

1.一种碳纤维家具板材,其特征在于:所述碳纤维家具板材包括发泡板、碳纤维编织布和PC胶片,所述碳纤维编织布覆盖在所述发泡板的上表面和下表面,所述PC胶片通过黏胶粘合在所述碳纤维编织布的外表面。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种碳纤维家具板材的制作工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1、选料处理:在发泡板的上表面和下表面覆盖碳纤维编织布;
在碳纤维编织布的外表面涂覆黏胶;
将PC胶片覆盖在所述碳纤维编织布的外表面,形成板材胚料;
S2、压合:将板材胚料通过挤压设备进行压合;
S3、固化:将压合后的板材胚料进行静置,使黏胶固化;
S4、剪裁:对静置固化后的板材胚料进行裁剪,去除多余边料,形成复合家具板材。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种碳纤维家具板材的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤S2中挤压设备采用移动双辊式压合机,所述挤压设备的两个压辊之间间距可以调节,使复合家具板材的厚度可控。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种碳纤维家具板材的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述环氧树脂AB胶的混合比例为4:1。
5.如权利要求2所述的一种碳纤维家具板材的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述PC胶片采用高光PC胶片或亚光PC胶片。
6.如权利要求2所述的一种碳纤维家具板材的制作工艺,其特征在于:所述黏胶采用环氧树脂AB胶。
