背景技术
为了连接由薄壁金属板制成的壁部件,在US5,478,146中示出了在两个金属板中的其中一个中形成套管,该套管穿过另一个金属板中的开口,以便随后通过弯曲套筒的边缘铆接两个金属板。该方法也可以与其他已知方法相结合,例如焊接或胶合。这允许薄壁金属部件连接在一起。

5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述金属部件(1)形成为弯曲的钢板,在所述弯曲的钢板上设有至少一个用于滚动元件的导轨。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个销(4)的壁(5)通过旋转冲头而翻边。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料部件(10)具有用于驱动器(15)的导轨,并且是自关闭或弹出装置的一部分。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,在深拉期间,在所述销(4)的后部区域中设置台阶(9)。
9.一种用于家具或家用电器的配件,包括金属部件(1)和塑料部件(10),所述塑料部件(10)具有至少一个开口(11),所述开口由从金属部件(1)的表面突出的销(4)形成,并且所述塑料部件(10)是所述金属部件(1)的组成部分,所述销(4)在后部区域具有台阶(9),所述销(4)具有翻边或弯曲的边缘(14),使得塑料部件(10)的开口(11)的一个边缘不可拆卸地保持在所述金属部件(1)上。
10.根据权利要求9所述的配件,其特征在于,所述金属部件(1)由弯曲的钢板制成。
11.根据权利要求9或10所述的配件,其特征在于,多个销(4)在所述金属部件(1)上被深拉,所述销接合在所述塑料部件(10)上的不同的开口(11)中。
12.根据权利要求9至11中任一项所述的配件,其特征在于,所述塑料部件(10)具有用于可移动驱动器(15)的导轨。
13.根据权利要求9至12中任一项所述的配件,其特征在于,所述塑料部件(10)是固定到拉出引导件的金属轨道上的自闭合装置或弹出器的一部分。
14.根据权利要求9至13中任一项所述的配件,其特征在于,所述配件设计为具有自闭合装置或弹出装置的拉出引导件,所述金属部件(1)是由金属板制成的固定轨道,所述塑料部件(10)作为所述自闭合装置的驱动器(15)的导向件邻近于用于滚动体的滚道被固定到所述固定轨道。
