Abstract
本发明涉及一种切割设备,尤其涉及一种用于火腿切花的设备。本发明的目的是提供一种可以快速对火腿肠进行切花,且将火腿肠切的整齐美观的用于火腿切花的设备。一种用于火腿切花的设备,包括:底座,底座顶部一侧设有支撑座,支撑座顶部安装有伺服电机;蜗杆,伺服电机的输出轴上连接有蜗杆;支撑柱,远离伺服电机一侧的底座顶部均匀连接有支撑柱,支撑柱顶端之间连接有主体架。本发明达到了可以快速对火腿肠进行切花,且将火腿肠切的整齐美观的效果,通过切花机构对滑板上的火腿肠进行切花,使得火腿肠切花过程简单快速,且切刀对火腿肠统一进行切花,使得切好的火腿肠整齐美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割设备,尤其涉及一种用于火腿切花的设备。
背景技术
火腿肠是深受广大消费者欢迎的一种肉类食品。它以畜禽肉为主要原料,辅以淀粉、植物蛋白粉等,然后再加入调味品,品质改良剂、护色剂、保水剂、防腐剂等物质,采用腌制、斩拌高温蒸、煮等工艺制成的肉食品,其特点是肉质细腻、鲜嫩爽口、携带方便、食用简单和保质期长。
火腿肠的食用方法多种多样,当人们使用油炸的方式烹饪火腿肠时,一般会对火腿进行切花,使得火腿肠的接触面积增大,方便对火腿肠进行油炸。目前,人们对火腿肠进行切花,大多采用人工使用刀具的方式对火腿肠进行切花,人工手动对火腿肠进行切花存在切花速度较慢,且人工手动切花容易使得切出的火腿肠不够整齐和美观的缺点。
发明内容
为了克服人工手动对火腿肠进行切花,切花速度较慢,且人工手动切花容易使得切出的火腿肠不够整齐和美观的缺点,本发明的目的是提供一种可以快速对火腿肠进行切花,且将火腿肠切的整齐美观的用于火腿切花的设备。
技术方案为:一种用于火腿切花的设备,包括:
底座,底座顶部一侧设有支撑座,支撑座顶部安装有伺服电机;
蜗杆,伺服电机的输出轴上连接有蜗杆;
支撑柱,远离伺服电机一侧的底座顶部均匀连接有支撑柱,支撑柱顶端之间连接有主体架;
切花机构,主体架与蜗杆之间连接有切花机构;
挡板机构,底座与主体架之间连接有挡板机构。
作为上述方案的改进,切花机构包括有转杆、切刀、第一转轴、扭力弹簧、横杆和第一弹簧,远离伺服电机一侧的蜗杆上连接有转杆,主体架后壁转动式设有第一转轴,第一转轴上转动式设有切刀,切刀两侧均连接有扭力弹簧,扭力弹簧末端与主体架后壁两侧相连接,主体架后壁设有第一弹簧,第一弹簧末端与切刀相连接,靠近伺服电机一侧的切刀上设有横杆,横杆与转杆可接触。
作为上述方案的改进,挡板机构包括有轴承座、第二转轴、缺齿轮、蜗轮、齿条和滑板,靠近伺服电机一侧的底座上设有轴承座,轴承座上转动式设有第二转轴,第二转轴上设有缺齿轮和蜗轮,蜗轮位于缺齿轮上方,蜗轮与蜗杆啮合,主体架上滑动式设有滑板,滑板一侧设有齿条,缺齿轮与齿条啮合。
作为上述方案的改进,还包括有第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆、下料箱、推料板、固定块和第二弹簧,远离伺服电机一侧的底座上设有第一支撑杆,远离第一支撑杆一侧的主体架上设有第二支撑杆,第一支撑杆与第二支撑杆之间连接有下料箱,靠近主体架一侧的底座上设有固定块,固定块一侧设有第二弹簧,第二弹簧末端设有推料板,推料板与滑板相连接,推料板与下料箱相配合。
作为上述方案的改进,切刀的材质为不锈钢材料。
有益效果是:本发明达到了可以快速对火腿肠进行切花,且将火腿肠切的整齐美观的效果,通过将火腿肠放置在下料箱内,齿条带动滑板进行带动推料板向左移动,推料板将下料箱内的火腿肠推出至滑板上,同时切花机构对滑板上的火腿肠进行切花,使得火腿肠切花过程简单快速,且切刀对火腿肠统一进行切花,使得切好的火腿肠整齐美观。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作具体的介绍。
实施例1
一种用于火腿切花的设备,如图1所示,包括有底座1、支撑座2、伺服电机3、蜗杆4、支撑柱5、主体架6、切花机构7和挡板机构8,底座1上部右侧设有支撑座2,支撑座2上部设有伺服电机3,伺服电机3的输出轴连接有蜗杆4,底座1上部左侧设有四个支撑柱5,支撑柱5顶端之间连接有主体架6,主体架6与蜗杆4左部之间连接有切花机构7,底座1上部与主体架6之间连接有挡板机构8,挡板机构8与蜗杆4配合。
当使用者需要对火腿肠进行切花时,首先,将收集框放置在主体架6下方,将需要切花的火腿肠放置挡板机构8上,随后,启动伺服电机3反转,伺服电机3反转带动蜗杆4反转,蜗杆4转动带动挡板机构8左右移动,当挡板机构8向右移动时,挡板机构8上的火腿肠移动至切花机构7正前方,此时蜗杆4转动带动切花机构7转动,使得切花机构7中的部件对挡板机构8上的火腿肠进行切花,随着挡板机构8的移动,使得切花完毕的火腿肠掉落至收集框上,当不需要对火腿肠进行切花时,关闭伺服电机3即可。
如图2和图3所示,切花机构7包括有转杆70、切刀71、第一转轴72、扭力弹簧73、横杆74和第一弹簧75,蜗杆4左部连接有转杆70,主体架6后侧转动式连接有第一转轴72,第一转轴72上设有切刀71,切刀71两侧均连接有扭力弹簧73,扭力弹簧73的末端连接有主体架6内壁,主体架6后壁连接有第一弹簧75,第一弹簧75末端与切刀71后侧相连接,切刀71右部设有横杆74,横杆74与转杆70可接触。
挡板机构8上的火腿肠逐渐向右移动至切刀71正前方时,同时,伺服电机3带动蜗杆4反转,蜗杆4反转带动转杆70向前转动,转杆70向前转动推动横杆74向前转动,从而带动切刀71向前转动,第一弹簧75被拉伸,扭力弹簧73发生形变,进而切刀71向前运动对火腿肠进行切花,切花完成后,启动伺服电机3正转,从而带动蜗杆4正转,进而带动转杆70正转,使得转杆70不与横杆74接触,在第一弹簧75和扭力弹簧73的作用下,带动切刀71向上进行复位,若仍需对火腿肠进行切花,重复以上动作。
如图3所示,挡板机构8包括有轴承座80、第二转轴81、缺齿轮82、蜗轮83、齿条84和滑板85,底座1上部右侧设有轴承座80,轴承座80上转动式设有第二转轴81,第二转轴81上设有缺齿轮82和蜗轮83,蜗轮83位于缺齿轮82正上方,蜗轮83与蜗杆4啮合,主体架6上滑动式连接有滑板85,滑板85右侧连接有齿条84,齿条84与缺齿轮82啮合。
蜗杆4反转带动蜗轮83反转,从而通过带动第二转轴81带动缺齿轮82转反转,缺齿轮82反转带动齿条84向右移动,进而带动滑板85向右移动,由于主体架6右侧开有开口,当滑板85向右移动至主体架6开口处,在开口处上方的滑板85上放置需要进行切花的火腿肠,使得切刀71向前转动对火腿肠进行切花,切花完成后,缺齿轮82正好转动至缺齿部分,缺齿轮82与齿条84不再啮合,工作人员可推动滑板85向左运动,使得滑板85上已经切好的火腿肠从主体架6开口处掉落至收集框内。
如图1所示,还包括有第一支撑杆9、第二支撑杆10、下料箱11、推料板12、固定块13和第二弹簧14,底座1上部左前侧设有第一支撑杆9,主体架6左部设有第二支撑杆10,第一支撑杆9与第二支撑杆10之间连接有下料箱11,底座1上部左侧设有固定块13,固定块13右部设有第二弹簧14,第二弹簧14右端设有推料板12,推料板12下部与滑板85连接,推料板12与下料箱11配合。
将需要进行切花的火腿肠放置在下料箱11内,下料箱11下部左右两侧均开有矩形槽,由于左侧的矩形槽的宽度小于火腿肠直径,右侧的矩形槽的宽度大于火腿肠直径,且下料箱11处于倾斜状态,下料箱11内的火腿肠不会从两侧的矩形槽中掉出,当齿条84带动滑板85向右移动至主体架6开口处,滑板85带动推料板12向右移动,第二弹簧14被拉伸,推料板12向右移动穿过下料箱11左侧的矩形槽,从而推动下料箱11内火腿肠向右推动,使得火腿肠从右侧的矩形槽掉落至滑板85上方,通过切刀71对火腿肠进行切花,当缺齿轮82转动至缺齿部分,缺齿轮82与齿条84不再啮合时,在第二弹簧14的作用下,推料板12向左移动,从而带动滑板85向左移动,滑板85上的火腿肠从主体架6开口处掉落至收集框内。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,但对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行变化,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。

1.一种用于火腿切花的设备,其特征是,包括:
底座,底座顶部一侧设有支撑座,支撑座顶部安装有伺服电机;
蜗杆,伺服电机的输出轴上连接有蜗杆;
支撑柱,远离伺服电机一侧的底座顶部均匀连接有支撑柱,支撑柱顶端之间连接有主体架;
切花机构,主体架与蜗杆之间连接有切花机构;
挡板机构,底座与主体架之间连接有挡板机构;
切花机构包括有转杆、切刀、第一转轴、扭力弹簧、横杆和第一弹簧,远离伺服电机一侧的蜗杆上连接有转杆,主体架后壁转动式设有第一转轴,第一转轴上转动式设有切刀,切刀两侧均连接有扭力弹簧,扭力弹簧末端与主体架后壁两侧相连接,主体架后壁设有第一弹簧,第一弹簧末端与切刀相连接,靠近伺服电机一侧的切刀上设有横杆,横杆与转杆可接触;
挡板机构包括有轴承座、第二转轴、缺齿轮、蜗轮、齿条和滑板,靠近伺服电机一侧的底座上设有轴承座,轴承座上转动式设有第二转轴,第二转轴上设有缺齿轮和蜗轮,蜗轮位于缺齿轮上方,蜗轮与蜗杆啮合,主体架上滑动式设有滑板,滑板一侧设有齿条,缺齿轮与齿条啮合。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种用于火腿切花的设备,其特征是:还包括有第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆、下料箱、推料板、固定块和第二弹簧,远离伺服电机一侧的底座上设有第一支撑杆,远离第一支撑杆一侧的主体架上设有第二支撑杆,第一支撑杆与第二支撑杆之间连接有下料箱,靠近主体架一侧的底座上设有固定块,固定块一侧设有第二弹簧,第二弹簧末端设有推料板,推料板与滑板相连接,推料板与下料箱相配合。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种用于火腿切花的设备,其特征是:切刀的材质为不锈钢材料。
