Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of garbage treatment, in particular to a method for degrading kitchen garbage by utilizing hermetia illucens.
Background
The kitchen waste refers to waste generated in daily life and food processing, food service, unit catering and other activities of residents, and comprises abandoned vegetable leaves, leftovers, fruit peels, egg shells, tea leaves, bones and the like, and the main sources of the kitchen waste are household kitchens, restaurants, dining halls, markets and other industries related to food processing. The kitchen waste contains extremely high moisture and organic matters, is easy to rot and generate stink, but can be converted into new resources through proper treatment and processing, the characteristic of high organic matter content ensures that the kitchen waste can be used as fertilizer and feed after strict treatment, can also generate biogas to be used as fuel or power generation, and the grease part can be used for preparing biofuel.
The existing green and environment-friendly kitchen waste treatment method mainly comprises the steps of degrading kitchen waste by breeding hermetia illucens, rapidly digesting perishable components in the kitchen waste, powerfully killing germs in the waste, completely blocking transmission of homologous protein viruses in a food chain, and simultaneously enabling the hermetia illucens to be directly used for feeding poultry or being made into high-protein feed. According to the traditional method for breeding the hermetia illucens, kitchen waste is placed in a trench by manual ditching, then eggs of the hermetia illucens are placed in the trench full of the kitchen waste for breeding, and a shed is built for hatching. Because the kitchen waste has peculiar smell, the life of surrounding residents can be influenced, and labor is also spent.
Or the black soldier fly is automatically cultured in a mode of stacking culture plates in the culture bin, so that kitchen waste is treated in batches in a workshop by using the black soldier fly. Although the problem brought by traditional artificial breeding of hermetia illucens can be solved, kitchen waste and hermetia illucens larvae need to be distributed for a single breeding plate, and the single breeding plate needs to be stacked and placed in a breeding bin for degrading the kitchen waste. In addition, after the hermetia illucens grow into adults, the stacked culture plates are detached from the culture bin one by one, and then residues in the culture plates are poured to the insect-excrement separating device for separation. Therefore, the efficiency of treating kitchen garbage by breeding the hermetia illucens in the existing mode of stacking the breeding plates in the breeding bin is low.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the technical problem that the efficiency of treating kitchen waste by breeding hermetia illucens in the mode of stacking breeding plates in the breeding bin is low, the invention provides a method for degrading the kitchen waste by using the hermetia illucens.
The invention is realized by the following technical scheme:
a method for degrading kitchen waste by utilizing hermetia illucens comprises the following steps:
the insect separating frame and the material separating frame which are connected with the culture bin in a sliding mode are moved in opposite directions, a plurality of first insect separating plates are uniformly arranged on the insect separating frame along the height direction of the culture bin, and a plurality of material separating plates are uniformly arranged on the material separating frame along the height direction of the culture bin, so that a plurality of material distribution cavities and insect distribution cavities are formed in the culture bin;
turning over the breeding bin and opening a feeding door of the breeding bin to enable the openings of the material distribution cavity and the insect distribution cavity to be upward;
filling the black soldier fly larvae and kitchen waste into the distributing cavity, and closing the feeding door;
connecting the culture bin with a culture bin ventilation system;
the breeding bin is reset to enable the material distribution cavity and the insect distribution cavity to be kept horizontal, and the insect isolation frame is driven to move towards the direction far away from the material isolation frame, so that the black soldier fly larvae are uniformly laid on the kitchen garbage;
after adult hermetia illucens, the discharge door at the bottom of the breeding bin is opened, and meanwhile, the material separating frame is driven to move towards the direction far away from the material separating frame, so that the material separating plate is moved out of the inner cavity of the breeding bin, and materials in the breeding bin are discharged.
According to the invention, through the opposite movement of the insect separating frame and the insect separating frame, a plurality of material distribution cavities and insect distribution cavities are formed in the breeding bin. The cultivation bin is turned over around a hinged shaft hinged with the bracket through a travelling crane or other hoisting tools, so that the feeding door at the left end faces upwards, and the feeding door is opened. Then the kitchen waste is thrown into the material distribution cavity by the kitchen waste material distribution device through gravity, and the kitchen waste is quantified by the material distribution cavity so as to be distributed in the material distribution cavity according to the set throwing amount; by heisui river horsefly larva distributing device, drop into heisui river horsefly larva into the cloth worm intracavity through gravity to carry out the ration by the cloth worm chamber, lay heisui river horsefly larva according to the volume of puting in of setting for.
After the kitchen waste and the hermetia illucens larvae are arranged, the feeding door is closed to seal the breeding bin, and the breeding bin is supplied with air through the ventilation system, so that the hermetia illucens larvae are in an environment with proper oxygen concentration, temperature and humidity. Hang the breed storehouse back the normal position through driving a vehicle or other lifting device once more for kitchen garbage is tiled on the separation flitch, black soldier fly larva is tiled on first separation worm board, and the drive is separated the worm frame and is removed to the direction of keeping away from the separation work or material rest this moment and make first separation worm board shift out the breed storehouse inner chamber, so that black soldier fly larva is tiled on kitchen garbage, then begins the degradation kitchen garbage. After the hermetia illucens are mature, the discharge door at the bottom of the breeding bin is opened, and meanwhile, the material separating frame is driven to move towards the direction far away from the insect separating frame, so that the material separating plate is moved out of the inner cavity of the breeding bin, and then the materials in the breeding bin can be discharged.
In summary, the kitchen waste and the black soldier fly larvae are charged by moving the isolation frame and the insect isolation frame in opposite directions and turning the breeding bin, and then the black soldier fly larvae are distributed by resetting the breeding bin and moving the insect isolation frame, so that the kitchen waste is degraded without distributing the kitchen waste and the black soldier fly larvae on a single breeding tray or stacking the breeding trays. Therefore, the structure of the breeding bin can be simplified, and the stacking structure and the stacking process of the breeding bin tray are omitted, so that the breeding efficiency of the hermetia illucens is improved, and the degradation efficiency of kitchen garbage is improved. Simultaneously, through separating the feed rack and shifting out the breed storehouse inner chamber, realize breeding the discharge of storehouse interior material, need not remove and unload single breed dish to ensure the discharge efficiency of material, further improvement heisui river horsefly's breed efficiency.
The lower corner of the right end of the culture bin is hinged with the bracket, and the left end of the culture bin is provided with a feeding door; the cultivation bin is internally provided with a ventilation pipe connected with a ventilation system, and the bottom end of the cultivation bin is provided with a discharge door; the side wall of the front of the culture bin is provided with an insect isolation frame, the side wall of the rear of the culture bin is provided with a material isolation frame, and the positions of the insect isolation frame and the material isolation frame in the width direction of the culture bin are variable; the insect isolation frame is uniformly provided with a plurality of first insect isolation plates along the height direction of the culture bin, and the insect isolation frame is uniformly provided with a plurality of material isolation plates along the height direction of the culture bin; through the insect separating frame and the opposite movement of the insect separating frame, a plurality of material distribution cavities and insect distribution cavities are formed in the breeding bin
Further, still be equipped with a plurality of second separation worm boards on the separation worm frame, the space between second separation worm board and the first separation worm board is used for holding the heisui river horsefly larva to make last separation worm board and first separation worm board between have enough big clearance, ensure then that the heisui river horsefly is under the appropriate growing environment.
