Based on the same inventive concept as the information processing method for effectively processing the trans-provincial ETC charge in the previous embodiment, the present invention further provides an information processing method device for effectively processing the trans-provincial ETC charge, which is applied to a first query platform, as shown in FIG. 2, and the device comprises:
the ETC entrance acquisition method comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first image information of a first vehicle, the first image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC entrance, and the entrance is positioned in a first province;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first time according to the first image information, where the first time is an acquisition time of the first image information;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain second image information of the first vehicle, where the second image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC exit, and the exit is located in a second province;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second time according to the second image information, where the second time is an acquisition time of the second image information;
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first charging information according to the first image and the second image;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain third image information of the first vehicle, where the third image information is image information acquired by the first vehicle during driving on an expressway;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a third time according to the third image information, where the third time is an acquisition time of the third image information;
an eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first position of the third image information, where the first position is a default position;
a first determination unit configured to determine a first travel time of the first vehicle in the first province according to the third time and the first time;
a second determination unit configured to determine a second travel time of the first vehicle in the second province according to the third time and the second time;
a ninth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first charging information according to the first image information and the second image information;
a first adjusting unit, configured to adjust an allocation ratio of the first billing information in the first and second provinces according to the first and second travel times.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a tenth obtaining unit configured to obtain first path information and second path information from the first image information and the second image information;
a third determining unit configured to determine third path information from the first path information and the second path information according to the third image information;
a fourth determining unit, configured to determine the first charging information according to the third path information.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
an eleventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain first road information and second road information in the third path information; wherein the first road belongs to the first province and the second road belongs to the second province;
a fifth determining unit, configured to determine a first fee proportion according to usage of the first road information and the second road information, and adjust a distribution ratio of the first charging information in the first province and the second province according to the first fee proportion.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a twelfth obtaining unit that obtains an average speed per hour of the first vehicle;
a thirteenth obtaining unit configured to obtain a cost proportionality coefficient of the first vehicle according to the average speed per hour;
a fourteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain second charging information according to the cost scaling factor and the first charging information;
a second adjusting unit, configured to adjust an allocation ratio of the second billing information in the first and second provinces according to the first and second travel times.
Further, the apparatus further comprises:
a fifteenth obtaining unit configured to obtain a first average speed per hour, which is an average speed per hour of the first vehicle on the first road;
a sixteenth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second average speed per hour, where the second average speed per hour is an average speed per hour of the first vehicle on the second road;
a seventeenth obtaining unit configured to obtain a cost scaling factor of the first vehicle according to the first average speed per hour and the second average speed per hour.
Various modifications and embodiments of the aforementioned information processing method for effectively handling inter-provincial ETC charging in the first embodiment of FIG. 1 are also applicable to the information processing apparatus for effectively handling inter-provincial ETC charging in the present embodiment, and the implementation of the information processing apparatus for effectively handling inter-provincial ETC charging in the present embodiment will be clear to those skilled in the art from the foregoing detailed description of the information processing method for effectively handling inter-provincial ETC charging, so for the sake of brevity of the description, detailed descriptions thereof are omitted here.
EXAMPLE III
Based on the same inventive concept as the information processing method for effectively processing the trans-provincial ETC charge in the previous embodiment, the present invention further provides an information processing apparatus for effectively processing the trans-provincial ETC charge, as shown in FIG. 3, comprising a memory 304, a processor 302, and a computer program stored in the memory 304 and operable on the processor 302, wherein the processor 302 executes the program to implement the steps of any one of the aforementioned information processing methods for effectively processing the trans-provincial ETC charge.
Where in fig. 3 a bus architecture (represented by bus 300), bus 300 may include any number of interconnected buses and bridges, bus 300 linking together various circuits including one or more processors, represented by processor 302, and memory, represented by memory 304. The bus 300 may also link together various other circuits such as peripherals, voltage regulators, power management circuits, and the like, which are well known in the art, and therefore, will not be described any further herein. A bus interface 306 provides an interface between the bus 300 and the receiver 301 and transmitter 303. The receiver 301 and the transmitter 303 may be the same element, i.e., a transceiver, providing a means for communicating with various other apparatus over a transmission medium. The processor 302 is responsible for managing the bus 300 and general processing, and the memory 304 may be used for storing data used by the processor 302 in performing operations.

Based on the same inventive concept as one of the information processing methods for efficiently handling cross-provincial ETC charging in the foregoing embodiments, the present invention also provides a computer-readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program that, when executed by a processor, implements the steps of: obtaining first image information of a first vehicle, wherein the first image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC entrance, and the entrance is located in a first province; acquiring first time according to the first image information, wherein the first time is the acquisition time of the first image information; obtaining second image information of the first vehicle, wherein the second image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC exit, and the exit is located in a second province; obtaining a second time according to the second image information, wherein the second time is the acquisition time of the second image information; obtaining first charging information according to the first image and the second image; obtaining third image information of the first vehicle, wherein the third image information is image information acquired by the first vehicle in the process of driving on an expressway; obtaining a third time according to the third image information, wherein the third time is the acquisition time of the third image information; obtaining a first position of the third image information, wherein the first position is a provincial position; determining a first travel time of the first vehicle in the first province according to the third time and the first time; determining a second driving time of the first vehicle in the second province according to the third time and the second time; obtaining first charging information according to the first image information and the second image information; and adjusting the distribution ratio of the first charging information in the first province and the second province according to the first running time and the second running time.
In a specific implementation, when the program is executed by a processor, any method step in the first embodiment may be further implemented.

according to the information processing method and device for effectively processing cross-provincial ETC charging, the first image information of the first vehicle is obtained, wherein the first image information is the image information of the first vehicle collected at the entrance of an ETC, and the entrance is located in the first province; acquiring first time according to the first image information, wherein the first time is the acquisition time of the first image information; obtaining second image information of the first vehicle, wherein the second image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC exit, and the exit is located in a second province; obtaining a second time according to the second image information, wherein the second time is the acquisition time of the second image information; obtaining first charging information according to the first image and the second image; obtaining third image information of the first vehicle, wherein the third image information is image information acquired by the first vehicle in the process of driving on an expressway; obtaining a third time according to the third image information, wherein the third time is the acquisition time of the third image information; obtaining a first position of the third image information, wherein the first position is a provincial position; determining a first travel time of the first vehicle in the first province according to the third time and the first time; determining a second driving time of the first vehicle in the second province according to the third time and the second time; obtaining first charging information according to the first image information and the second image information; and adjusting the distribution ratio of the first charging information in the first province and the second province according to the first running time and the second running time. The technical problem that the conventional electronic toll collection system cannot reasonably collect the toll by using the highway for the motor vehicles across provinces is solved, and the technical effect that the motor vehicles can reasonably pay the toll for the highway according to the use proportion is achieved.

Claims (8)

1. An information processing method for efficiently handling cross-provincial ETC charging, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining first image information of a first vehicle, wherein the first image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC entrance, and the entrance is located in a first province;
acquiring first time according to the first image information, wherein the first time is the acquisition time of the first image information;
obtaining second image information of the first vehicle, wherein the second image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC exit, and the exit is located in a second province;
obtaining a second time according to the second image information, wherein the second time is the acquisition time of the second image information;
obtaining first charging information according to the first image and the second image;
obtaining third image information of the first vehicle, wherein the third image information is image information acquired by the first vehicle in the process of driving on an expressway;
obtaining a third time according to the third image information, wherein the third time is the acquisition time of the third image information;
obtaining a first position of the third image information, wherein the first position is a provincial position;
determining a first travel time of the first vehicle in the first province according to the third time and the first time;
determining a second driving time of the first vehicle in the second province according to the third time and the second time;
obtaining first charging information according to the first image information and the second image information;
and adjusting the distribution ratio of the first charging information in the first province and the second province according to the first running time and the second running time.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein obtaining first billing information based on the first image information and the second image information further comprises:
acquiring first path information and second path information according to the first image information and the second image information;
determining third path information from the first path information and the second path information according to the third image information;
and determining first charging information according to the third path information.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein the method comprises:
obtaining first road information and second road information in the third path information; wherein the first road belongs to the first province and the second road belongs to the second province;
and determining a first fee proportion according to the using conditions of the first road information and the second road information, and adjusting the distribution proportion of the first charging information in the first province and the second province according to the first fee proportion.
4. The method of claim 1, wherein the method further comprises:
obtaining an average speed per hour of the first vehicle;
obtaining a cost proportionality coefficient of the first vehicle according to the average speed per hour;
obtaining second charging information according to the cost proportion coefficient and the first charging information;
and adjusting the distribution ratio of the second charging information in the first province and the second province according to the first running time and the second running time.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said obtaining a cost scaling factor for said first vehicle based on said average speed per hour comprises:
obtaining a first average speed per hour, the first average speed per hour being an average speed per hour of the first vehicle on the first road;
obtaining a second average speed per hour, the second average speed per hour being an average speed per hour of the first vehicle on the second road;
and obtaining a cost proportionality coefficient of the first vehicle according to the first average speed per hour and the second average speed per hour.
6. An information processing apparatus for efficiently processing cross-provincial ETC charging, the apparatus being applied to a first query platform, the apparatus comprising:
the ETC entrance acquisition method comprises a first acquisition unit, a second acquisition unit and a third acquisition unit, wherein the first acquisition unit is used for acquiring first image information of a first vehicle, the first image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC entrance, and the entrance is positioned in a first province;
a second obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first time according to the first image information, where the first time is an acquisition time of the first image information;
a third obtaining unit, configured to obtain second image information of the first vehicle, where the second image information is image information of the first vehicle collected at an ETC exit, and the exit is located in a second province;
a fourth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a second time according to the second image information, where the second time is an acquisition time of the second image information;
a fifth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first charging information according to the first image and the second image;
a sixth obtaining unit, configured to obtain third image information of the first vehicle, where the third image information is image information acquired by the first vehicle during driving on an expressway;
a seventh obtaining unit, configured to obtain a third time according to the third image information, where the third time is an acquisition time of the third image information;
an eighth obtaining unit, configured to obtain a first position of the third image information, where the first position is a default position;
a first determination unit configured to determine a first travel time of the first vehicle in the first province according to the third time and the first time;
a second determination unit configured to determine a second travel time of the first vehicle in the second province according to the third time and the second time;
a ninth obtaining unit, configured to obtain first charging information according to the first image information and the second image information;
a first adjusting unit, configured to adjust an allocation ratio of the first billing information in the first and second provinces according to the first and second travel times.

An information processing apparatus for efficiently handling cross-provincial ETC charging, comprising a memory, a processor, and a computer program stored on the memory and executable on the processor, wherein the processor implements the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5 when executing the program.
8. A computer-readable storage medium, on which a computer program is stored which, when being executed by a processor, carries out the steps of the method according to any one of claims 1 to 5.
