本发明公开了一种高温防变形双密封烟气阀,包括上阀体和出烟口阀体,所述上阀体焊接连接出烟口阀体,所述上阀体一端设置有阀门控制电机,所述阀门控制电机下方转动连接有传动连接轴,所述传动连接轴一段固定连接有阀门转动轴,所述阀门转动轴一端固定连接有阀门转动连接杆,所述阀门转动连接杆一端转动连接有阀门转动固定杆,所述出烟口阀体内侧表面固定连接有耐高温浇筑层,所述阀门转动固定杆一端设置有密封阀门,所述密封阀门一端固定连接阀门门板,所述阀门门板一端固定连接龟甲网浇筑隔板;本发明能够方便的使用双密封烟气阀,具有良好的耐高温耐腐蚀的特性,有效增强阀门的使用寿命实用性强。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及烟气阀技术领域,具体是一种高温防变形双密封烟气阀。
背景技术
余热是指原始设计未被合理利用的显热和潜热,它包括高温废气余热、冷却介质余热、废汽废水余热、高温产品和炉渣余热、化学反应余热、可燃废气废液和废料余热等。根据调查可回收利用的余热资源约为余热总资源的60%。
高温烟道废气阀门作为纯低温余热发电与水泥生产线连接的关键辅机设备之一,直接关系到整个余热发电系统运行效率和可靠性,也是水泥企业提高余热发电效益,降低生产成本的有效措施,但是现有的高温密封烟气阀门产品质量良莠不齐,使用时耐高温效果差,容易发生变形等问题,使用寿命低。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高温防变形双密封烟气阀,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种高温防变形双密封烟气阀,包括上阀体和出烟口阀体,所述上阀体焊接连接出烟口阀体,所述上阀体一端设置有阀门控制电机,所述阀门控制电机下方转动连接有传动连接轴,所述传动连接轴一段固定连接有阀门转动轴,所述阀门转动轴一端固定连接有阀门转动连接杆,所述阀门转动连接杆一端转动连接有阀门转动固定杆,所述出烟口阀体内侧表面固定连接有耐高温浇筑层,所述阀门转动固定杆一端设置有密封阀门,所述密封阀门一端固定连接阀门门板,所述阀门门板一端固定连接龟甲网浇筑隔板。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述出烟口阀体一端设置有阀门密封环口,所述阀门密封环口数量设置有两组,所述阀门密封环口位置与所述密封阀门对应。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述龟甲网浇筑隔板外侧边缘固定连接有耐高温密封圈,所述龟甲网浇筑隔板内部浇筑超低水泥抗渣浇注料,所述耐高温密封圈为金属八角垫。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述阀门转动连接杆和阀门转动固定杆数量设置有多组,多组所述阀门转动固定杆均固定连接所述密封阀门。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述阀门控制电机、所述传动连接轴、所述阀门转动轴和所述密封阀门数量均设置有两组,所述阀门转动轴和所述密封阀门均活动连接于所述出烟口阀体内部。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述上阀体、出烟口阀体和阀门门板为310S材质不锈钢,所述传动连接轴、阀门转动轴和阀门转动连接杆为304不锈钢材质。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:所述耐高温浇筑层能够有效保护阀体在工作时的机械性能和使用寿命,使用时不易发生形变,所述浇筑有超低水泥抗渣浇注料的龟甲网浇筑隔板,浇注料是以特级铝矾土熟料为骨料和粉料,春铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,以电熔镁砂研制超低水泥抗渣浇注料,有效起到耐磨损、强度高、抗冲刷和不沾渣的效果,所述金属八角垫耐高温密封圈,具有径向自紧密封作用,金属八角垫有效耐高温、耐高压非常适应具有压力和温度有波动的工况条件,所述310S材质不锈钢材质的上阀体、出烟口阀体和阀门门板具有良好耐氧化、耐腐蚀、耐酸碱和耐高温性能,本发明能够方便的使用双密封烟气阀,具有良好的耐高温耐腐蚀的特性,有效增强阀门的使用寿命实用性强。

请参阅图1~4,本发明实施例中,一种高温防变形双密封烟气阀,包括上阀体1和出烟口阀体2,所述上阀体1焊接连接出烟口阀体2,所述上阀体1一端设置有阀门控制电机3,所述阀门控制电机3下方转动连接有传动连接轴4,所述传动连接轴4一段固定连接有阀门转动轴5,所述阀门转动轴5一端固定连接有阀门转动连接杆6,所述阀门转动连接杆6一端转动连接有阀门转动固定杆9,所述出烟口阀体2内侧表面固定连接有耐高温浇筑层8,所述阀门转动固定杆9一端设置有密封阀门7,所述阀门转动连接杆6和阀门转动固定杆9数量设置有多组,多组所述阀门转动固定杆9均固定连接所述密封阀门7,所述阀门控制电机3、所述传动连接轴4、所述阀门转动轴5和所述密封阀门7数量均设置有两组,所述阀门转动轴5和所述密封阀门7均活动连接于所述出烟口阀体2内部,所述密封阀门7一端固定连接阀门门板10,所述阀门门板10一端固定连接龟甲网浇筑隔板11,所述出烟口阀体2一端设置有阀门密封环口13,所述阀门密封环口13数量设置有两组,所述阀门密封环口13位置与所述密封阀门7对应,所述龟甲网浇筑隔板11外侧边缘固定连接有耐高温密封圈12,所述龟甲网浇筑隔板11内部浇筑超低水泥抗渣浇注料,所述耐高温密封圈12为金属八角垫。
本发明的工作原理是:阀门控制电机3通过控制系统控制传动连接轴4带动阀门转动轴5转动,与阀门转动轴5固定连接的阀门转动连接杆6转动,阀门转动连接杆6一端转动连接的阀门转动固定杆9被其拉动,即可控制阀门转动固定杆9固定连接的密封阀门7的开合关闭,关闭阀门后以特级铝矾土熟料为骨料和粉料,春铝酸钙水泥为结合剂,以电熔镁砂研制超低水泥抗渣浇注料浇筑于龟甲网浇筑隔板11内有效起到耐磨损、强度高、抗冲刷和不沾渣的效果,有效提升阀门使用寿命,金属八角垫的耐高温密封圈12有效起到密封效果,防止高温废气泄露,降低发电效率。

1.一种高温防变形双密封烟气阀,其特征在于,包括上阀体(1)和出烟口阀体(2),所述上阀体(1)焊接连接出烟口阀体(2),所述上阀体(1)一端设置有阀门控制电机(3),所述阀门控制电机(3)下方转动连接有传动连接轴(4),所述传动连接轴(4)一段固定连接有阀门转动轴(5),所述阀门转动轴(5)一端固定连接有阀门转动连接杆(6),所述阀门转动连接杆(6)一端转动连接有阀门转动固定杆(9),所述出烟口阀体(2)内侧表面固定连接有耐高温浇筑层(8),所述阀门转动固定杆(9)一端设置有密封阀门(7),所述密封阀门(7)一端固定连接阀门门板(10),所述阀门门板(10)一端固定连接龟甲网浇筑隔板(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高温防变形双密封烟气阀,其特征在于,所述出烟口阀体(2)一端设置有阀门密封环口(13),所述阀门密封环口(13)数量设置有两组,所述阀门密封环口(13)位置与所述密封阀门(7)对应。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高温防变形双密封烟气阀,其特征在于,所述龟甲网浇筑隔板(11)外侧边缘固定连接有耐高温密封圈(12),所述龟甲网浇筑隔板(11)内部浇筑超低水泥抗渣浇注料,所述耐高温密封圈(12)为金属八角垫。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高温防变形双密封烟气阀,其特征在于,所述阀门转动连接杆(6)和阀门转动固定杆(9)数量设置有多组,多组所述阀门转动固定杆(9)均固定连接所述密封阀门(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高温防变形双密封烟气阀,其特征在于,所述阀门控制电机(3)、所述传动连接轴(4)、所述阀门转动轴(5)和所述密封阀门(7)数量均设置有两组,所述阀门转动轴(5)和所述密封阀门(7)均活动连接于所述出烟口阀体(2)内部。
6.根据权利要求2所述的高温防变形双密封烟气阀,其特征在于,所述上阀体(1)、出烟口阀体(2)和阀门门板(10)为310S材质不锈钢,所述传动连接轴(4)、阀门转动轴(5)和阀门转动连接杆(6)为304不锈钢材质。
