技术领域
本发明涉及排气后处理技术,具体的是一种船用柴油机排气后处理技术,更确切的说是一种船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器。
背景技术
氮氧化物(NOx)是船用柴油机的主要有害排放物之一,对环境及人类健康造成严重危害。IMO(国际海事组织)于1997年9月通过了《1VIARPOL73/78公约》的1997年议定书,并新增了附则Ⅵ《防止船舶造成大气污染规则》,该规则于2006年8月23日对我国生效。2008年10月IMO正式通过了MARPOL73/78附则Ⅵ的修正案《NOx技术规则》,对NOx排放提出了三个阶段的限值要求。控制船机的NOx排放已成为防止船舶造成空气污染的一个重要课题。我国交通运输部也于2015年第印发了《珠三角、长三角、环渤海(京津冀)水域船舶排放控制区实施方案》,首次设立船舶氮氧化物排放控制区,目前已经在长三角试行。
通常,船用柴油机借助机内净化技术即可实现第一阶段和第二阶段排放要求,但第三阶段要求在第二阶段的基础上实现75%左右的NOx降低,单靠机内净化已经难以满足要求,机外控制技术的应用已是必然。SCR(选择性催化还原)技术凭借NOx转化效率高、燃油经济性好及适用范围广等优势成为国外控制船机NOx排放的主要方案。
在船舶运行中,通常在柴油机排气管路上安装排气消声器来降低和控制柴油机排气噪声。船用柴油机的排气噪声分布与柴油机的转速正相关,大多数船用柴油机为低、中速机,其噪声在低、中频段的能量最强。为消除低、中频噪声,为其适配安装的消声器通常体积庞大。因此,在现有船舶上加装SCR脱硝系统,会带来空间紧张的船舶带来空间布置上的困难。
发明内容
本发明目的在于提供一种新型船舶排气SCR脱销净化消音器设备,以解决船舶排气净化和消音设备占用船舶内部大量空间、排气处理和消音效果差、排气反应催化剂载体维护拆装的不便性的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用的具体技术方案如下:
一种船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,包括长方体壳体,壳体的两端设置有进气管和排气管,壳体的内部中空部分设置有用来放置催化器的催化剂载体,壳体与催化剂载体之间的连接采用抽屉式结构,壳体的一侧敞开方便催化剂载体放置与取出,壳体敞开部分设置有可开合的盖板设定为维护盖板,催化剂载体内部为蜂窝状结构,且催化剂载体内孔表面依附适量反应催化剂。
本发明的进一步改进,壳体敞开部分侧壁的内壁上设置有三层凸起结构设定为支架,分别为上层支架、钢板支架和下层支架,催化剂载体设置有两个设定为上层催化剂载体和下层催化剂载体,上层催化剂载体放置在壳体内部的上层支架上,下层催化剂载体放置在壳体内部的下层支架上,上层催化剂载体与下层催化剂载体之间设置有钢板,钢板放置在壳体内部的钢板支架上,钢板上布置有连通管,连通管外表面均匀分布若干个消音孔。
本发明的进一步改进,壳体内部还设置有两层格栅设定为上层格栅和下层格栅,上层格栅放置在上层支架上,上层格栅上放置上层催化剂载体,下层格栅放置在下层支架上,下层格栅上放置下层催化剂载体。
本发明的进一步改进,壳体内部还设置有导流装置,导流装置设置在下层格栅和进气管之间,导流装置内部安装四个导流板。
本发明的进一步改进,排气管与进气管外周设置有两层法兰,两层法兰之间还设置有法兰垫片,距离壳体较远的法兰上设置有螺栓。
本发明的进一步改进,壳体与维护盖板接触的部分粘贴有耐高温耐腐蚀的密封条。
本发明的有益效果是:将船用柴油机排气系统中的SCR脱硝反应器和消声器集成在一起,解决了船用柴油机排气系统布置于船舶时的空间紧张问题,节约了安装空间和初装成本,具有明显的实用价值。排气SCR脱硝净化消声器采用抽屉式的方法安装SCR脱硝反应所需的催化剂载体,便于催化剂载体的更换;催化剂依附于催化剂载体表面,可以有效加快氨气与氮氧化物的反应速率;催化剂载体的多孔介质材料,可有效削减大部分中高频噪声。进气口处的导流装置使得废弃更加均匀的进入催化剂载体内,两层催化剂载体间布置有上上面安装四个外表面分布有消音孔的连通管的钢板;排气经历多次的扩张和收缩,可以削减大部分低频噪声。

本实施例的具体工作原理:在使用中,船舶发动机尾气经过进气管6进入该装置中,经过导流装置14将雾化后的氨水和废气混合气更加均匀的导入下层催化剂载体9内进行初步的催化反应,再经过连通管11表面上的消音孔,在流经上层催化剂二次发生催化反应,废气混合气流经下层催化剂载体9和上层催化剂载体8时,因其内部蜂窝结构气流声波干涉减小。维护时,打开维护盖板7,将内部上层催化剂载体8、下层催化剂载体9、上层格栅10和下层格栅13等取出进行维护即可。

Claims (9)

1.一种船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,包括长方体壳体,所述壳体的两端设置有进气管和排气管,所述壳体的内部中空部分设置有用来放置催化器的催化剂载体,所述壳体与所述催化剂载体之间的连接采用抽屉式结构,所述壳体的一侧敞开方便所述催化剂载体放置与取出,所述壳体敞开部分设置有可开合的盖板设定为维护盖板。
2.根据权利要求1所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述催化剂载体内部为蜂窝状结构,且催化剂载体内孔表面依附适量反应催化剂。
3.根据权利要求2所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述壳体敞开部分侧壁的内壁上设置有三层凸起结构设定为支架,分别为上层支架、钢板支架和下层支架,所述催化剂载体设置有两个设定为上层催化剂载体和下层催化剂载体,所述上层催化剂载体放置在所述壳体内部的上层支架上,所述下层催化剂载体放置在所述壳体内部的下层支架上,所述上层催化剂载体与所述下层催化剂载体之间设置有钢板,所述钢板放置在所述壳体内部的钢板支架上,所述钢板上布置有连通管。
4.根据权利要求3所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述连通管外表面均匀分布若干个消音孔。
5.根据权利要求4所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述壳体内部还设置有两层格栅设定为上层格栅和下层格栅,所述上层格栅放置在所述上层支架上,所述上层格栅上放置所述上层催化剂载体,所述下层格栅放置在所述下层支架上,所述下层格栅上放置所述下层催化剂载体。
6.根据权利要求5所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述壳体内部还设置有导流装置,所述导流装置设置在所述下层格栅和进气管之间。
7.根据权利要求6所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述所述导流装置内部安装四个导流板。
8.根据权利要求1-7任一项所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述排气管与所述进气管外周设置有两层法兰,两层法兰之间还设置有法兰垫片,距离所述壳体较远的法兰上设置有螺栓。
9.根据权利要求8所述的船用柴油机排气SCR脱硝净化消声器,其特征在于,所述壳体与所述维护盖板接触的部分粘贴有耐高温耐腐蚀的密封条。
