Abstract
本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法,将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,降温至45~55℃后加入计量的MDI‑50和PAPI,然后在70~80℃合成NCO%为3~10%的预聚体A,加入扩链剂继续反应生成NCO%为0.5~7%的预聚体B,然后再加入催化剂、填料与预聚体B在真空下混合均匀,然后充入氮气,搅拌均匀后降温到35℃出料得到产品。本发明制备得到的聚氨酯密封胶具有粘接强度高、不易断裂、较好的耐水、耐磨和耐低温性,且因不含有机溶剂,不释放甲醛,不污染环境,使用方便等优点。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于化工技术领域,涉及一种聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法,具体涉及一种木材用单组分聚氨酯胶粘剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
现在木材工业用的胶黏剂有脲醛树脂、酚醛树脂和三聚氰胺甲醛树脂等以甲醛为主要原料的胶黏剂在使用时耐水性较差、固化收缩率较大、胶层易产生裂缝,含有甲醛,使用期间会想环境释放甲醛而造成环境污染。
发明内容
根据以上现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种聚氨酯密封胶及其制备方法,制备得到的聚氨酯密封胶具有粘接强度高、不易断裂、较好的耐水、耐磨和耐低温性,且因不含有机溶剂,不释放甲醛,不污染环境,使用方便等优点。
本发明所述的一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于,由以下原料制成:
所述的聚醚多元醇A为分子量700-4000的官能度为2的聚氧化丙烯二醇。
所述的聚醚多元醇B为分子量1000-5000的官能度为3的聚氧化丙烯氧化乙烯三醇。
所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇或三羟基丙烷中的一种或几种。
所述的催化剂为双吗啉基二乙基醚。
所述的填料为纳米二氧化硅。
本发明还提供了一种聚氨酯密封胶的制备方法,将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,降温至45~55℃后加入计量的MDI-50和PAPI,然后在70~80℃合成NCO%为3~10%的预聚体A,加入扩链剂继续反应生成NCO%为0.5~7%的预聚体B,然后再加入催化剂、填料与预聚体B在真空下混合均匀,然后充入氮气,搅拌均匀后降温到35℃出料得到产品。
综上所述,本发明具有以下优点:
(1)本发明具有粘接强度高、较好的耐水、耐磨和耐低温性、且因不含有机溶剂,不释放甲醛,不污染环境,使用方便等优点。
(2)本发明还提供其制备方法,制备方法简单易实施。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1:
其制备方法如下:将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在120℃抽真空脱水1.5h,降温至55℃后加入计量的MDI-50和PAPI,然后在80℃合成NCO%为3.5%的预聚体A,加入扩链剂继续反应生成NCO%为0.5%的预聚体B,然后再加入催化剂、填料与预聚体B在真空下混合均匀,然后充入氮气,搅拌均匀后降温到35℃出料得到产品。
实施例2:
其制备方法如下:将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在100℃抽真空脱水2.0h,降温至45℃后加入计量的MDI-50和PAPI,然后在70℃合成NCO%为6.6%的预聚体A,加入扩链剂继续反应生成NCO%为3.6%的预聚体B,然后再加入催化剂、填料与预聚体B在真空下混合均匀,然后充入氮气,搅拌均匀后降温到35℃出料得到产品。
实施例3:
其制备方法如下:将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在110℃抽真空脱水2.0h,降温至50℃后加入计量的MDI-50和PAPI,然后在75℃合成NCO%为9%的预聚体A,加入扩链剂继续反应生成NCO%为6%的预聚体B,然后再加入催化剂、填料与预聚体B在真空下混合均匀,然后充入氮气,搅拌均匀后降温到35℃出料得到产品。
性能测试如下:

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述的聚醚多元醇B为分子量1000-5000的官能度为3的聚氧化丙烯氧化乙烯三醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述的扩链剂为1,4-丁二醇、乙二醇或三羟基丙烷中的一种或几种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述的催化剂为双吗啉基二乙基醚。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚氨酯密封胶,其特征在于:所述的填料为纳米二氧化硅。
7.一种权利要求1~6任一所述的聚氨酯密封胶的制备方法,其特征在于:将聚醚多元醇A和聚醚多元醇B在100~120℃抽真空脱水1.5~2.0h,降温至45~55℃后加入计量的MDI-50和PAPI,然后在70~80℃合成NCO%为3~10%的预聚体A,加入扩链剂继续反应生成NCO%为0.5~7%的预聚体B,然后再加入催化剂、填料与预聚体B在真空下混合均匀,然后充入氮气,搅拌均匀后降温到35℃出料得到产品。
