Abstract
本发明公开了一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,具体涉及中药技术领域,包括以下原料:防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶。本发明可保证消风止痒颗粒的正常功效;生姜与薄荷可起到消炎、止痛、止痒作用;地肤子与石膏、木通和亚麻子相互配合,加强清热利湿性能;阿胶与地黄、当归和地骨皮配合,加强养血活血凉血性能;使得药效发挥更快,提高药物利用率,可有效缩小药材的粒径,可将药材中挥发油的有效成分提取出来,可有效提高药物利用率,可加强消风止痒颗粒中各种物质的分布均匀性,药物中有效物质的发挥效果更佳,治疗效果更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及中药技术领域,更具体地说,本发明涉及一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
以中国传统医药理论指导采集、炮制、制剂,说明作用机理,指导临床应用的药物,统称为中药。简而言之,中药就是指在中医理论指导下,用于预防、治疗、诊断疾病并具有康复与保健作用的物质。中药主要来源于天然药及其加工品,包括植物药、动物药、矿物药及部分化学、生物制品类药物。消风止痒颗粒,消风清热,除湿止痒,主治丘疹样荨麻疹,也用于湿疹、皮肤瘙痒症。
现有的消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,药效发挥较慢,药物容易随着人体消化系统排出体外,药物利用率不高。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的上述缺陷,本发明的实施例提供一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂及其制备方法,本发明所要解决的问题是:如何加快药物扩散效率,加强药物利用率。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,包括以下重量份的原料:防风60-100份、蝉蜕60-100份、苍术80-120份、地黄220-280份、地骨皮110-150份、当归110-150份、荆芥60-100份、亚麻子110-150份、石膏400-600份、甘草30-70份、木通30-70份、生姜30-70份、薄荷30-70份、地肤子80-120份、阿胶20-40份;
在一个优选的实施方式中,包括以下重量份的原料:防风60份、蝉蜕60份、苍术80份、地黄220份、地骨皮110份、当归110份、荆芥60份、亚麻子110份、石膏400份、甘草30份、木通30份、生姜30份、薄荷30份、地肤子80份、阿胶20份。

本发明还提供一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂的制备方法,具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一:称取上述重量份的所述防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶;
步骤二:将防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶分别进行粉碎处理,过10-20目筛;
步骤三:将二分之一重量份的苍术、当归、荆芥和薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏法制取各组分挥发油A和残渣B;
步骤四:将残渣B与防风、蝉蜕、地黄、地骨皮、亚麻子、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和剩余的苍术、当归、荆芥和薄荷混合加入4-6倍重量份的水,浸泡2小时后,得到药液C和浸透药料D;
步骤五:取石膏打碎,加石膏的6-12倍量水,煮沸2小时,加入药液C和浸透药料D,煎煮三次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,第三次1小时,合并煎液,离心过滤处理后得到滤渣E和滤液,对滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.36-1.138(20℃)的稠膏F;
步骤六:将滤渣E以70%乙醇为溶剂,浸渍24小时后,进行渗漉,收集漉液,回收乙醇,减压浓缩成相对密度为1.36-1.38(20℃)的稠膏G;
步骤七:将阿胶进行研磨处理,过300-400目筛,混合均匀后,得到阿胶粉;
步骤八:将各组分挥发油A与阿胶粉混合均匀,得到混合物H,然后将混合物H与稠膏F和稠膏G进行搅拌混合均匀,加赋形剂、甜味剂、食用香精,混匀,制成颗粒,40-70℃低温干燥,即得消风止痒颗粒。
在一个优选的实施方式中,在步骤二前对防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶进行清洁除杂干燥处理。
在一个优选的实施方式中,各组分挥发油A密封保存,同时各组分挥发油A混合添加过程中进行密封处理。
在一个优选的实施方式中,在步骤八中,所述赋形剂为糊精、淀粉、木糖醇、微晶纤维素、乳糖、甘露醇中的一种或几种复配而成。
本发明的技术效果和优点:
1、采用本发明的原料配方所制备出的消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,可保证消风止痒颗粒的正常功效;生姜可散寒解表,解热、镇痛和抗炎作用;薄荷可宣散风热、清头目、透疹,可反向性地造成深部组织血管的变化而起到消炎、止痛、止痒作用;地肤子可清利湿热、止痒,与石膏、木通和亚麻子相互配合,加强清热利湿性能;阿胶,滋阴补血,可与地黄、当归和地骨皮配合,加强养血活血凉血性能;使得药效发挥更快,避免药物随着人体消化系统排出体外,提高药物利用率;
2、本发明在制备消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂的过程中,可有效缩小药材的粒径,可将药材中挥发油的有效成分提取出来,使得苍术、当归、荆芥和薄荷功效发挥更加全面,使得药物中有效成分发挥效果更佳,对药材进行浸透处理,可有效提高药物利用率,可加强消风止痒颗粒中各种物质的分布均匀性,药物中有效物质的发挥效果更佳,治疗效果更佳。

分别取上述实施例1-3所制得的消风止痒颗粒与对照组一消风止痒颗粒、对照组二消风止痒颗粒、对照组三消风止痒颗粒、对照组四消风止痒颗粒和对照组五消风止痒颗粒进行实验,对照组一消风止痒颗粒为市面上的普通消风止痒颗粒,对照组二消风止痒颗粒与实施例相比无生姜,对照组三消风止痒颗粒与实施例相比无薄荷,对照组四消风止痒颗粒与实施例相比无地肤子,对照组五消风止痒颗粒与实施例相比无阿胶,分八组分别试用三个实施例中制备的消风止痒颗粒以及五个对照组消风止痒颗粒,每组选择门诊病人30例,其中男15例,女15例(无孕妇),最大年龄65岁,最小年龄20岁,临床表现丘疹样荨麻疹、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒,每天服用三次,每次2袋,一袋25g,进行多项试用并调查,得到以下数据,调查结果如表一所示:

由表一可知,当消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂的原料配比为:防风83份、蝉蜕83份、苍术100份、地黄250份、地骨皮136份、当归136份、荆芥83份、亚麻子136份、石膏500份、甘草50份、木通50份、生姜50份、薄荷50份、地肤子100份、阿胶30份时,消风清热,除湿止痒效果更佳,药效发挥更快,可避免浪费药材,治疗丘疹样荨麻疹、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒症效果更佳,故实施例3中原料配合为本发明的优选方案,配方中的运用防风、荆芥祛风止痒,苍术健脾燥湿,蝉蜕解表散热、透疹除痒,石膏、木通、亚麻子清热利湿,地黄、当归、地骨皮养血活血凉血,甘草清热解毒、调和诸药,为消风止痒颗粒中原有的中药材成分,保证消风止痒颗粒的正常功效;生姜,散寒解表,降逆止呕,化痰止咳,解鱼蟹毒,属解表药下属分类的辛温解表药,有镇静及抗惊厥作用;有解热、镇痛和抗炎作用;松弛胃肠道平滑肌;止吐和抗运动病;兴奋心脏,增强心房收缩力,保护胃黏膜;保肝利胆;抗血小板聚集;抗5-羟色胺,抗氧化,抗微生物,中枢兴奋,促进体内活性物质释放,促进吸收,止咳,降血脂,抗过敏,诱变和抗诱变,抑制亚硝胺合成,无明显毒性;薄荷,宣散风热、清头目、透疹,属解表药下属分类的辛凉解表药,具有发汗、解热、缓解胃肠平滑肌痉挛、兴奋中枢神经、促进呼吸道腺体分泌而具消炎及解痉等作用;还能刺激神经末梢冷感受器而产生冷感,并反向性地造成深部组织血管的变化而起到消炎、止痛、止痒作用;对革兰氏阻性、革兰氏阴性球菌、杆菌及多种病毒有一定的抑制作用,具有明显的解痉作用、保肝利胆作用、抗早孕及子宫的作用;对心血管,可麻痹心脏,扩张血管;对呼吸系统,具有祛痰作用及良好的止咳作用;促进透皮吸收,可用于抗微生物;地肤子,清利湿热、止痒,属利水渗湿药下分类的利尿通淋药,用于皮肤瘙痒、荨麻疹、湿疹、小便不利,与石膏、木通和亚麻子相互配合,加强清热利湿性能;阿胶,滋阴补血,安胎,治血虚,虚劳咳嗽,可与地黄、当归和地骨皮配合,加强养血活血凉血性能;使得药效发挥更快,避免药物随着人体消化系统排出体外,提高药物利用率。

步骤七:将阿胶进行研磨处理,过300-400目筛,混合均匀后,得到阿胶粉;
步骤八:将各组分挥发油A与阿胶粉混合均匀,得到混合物H,然后将混合物H与稠膏F和稠膏G进行搅拌混合均匀,加赋形剂、甜味剂、食用香精,混匀,制成颗粒,40-70℃低温干燥,即得消风止痒颗粒。
在步骤二前对防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶进行清洁除杂干燥处理。
各组分挥发油A密封保存,同时各组分挥发油A混合添加过程中进行密封处理。
在步骤八中,所述赋形剂为糊精、淀粉、木糖醇、微晶纤维素、乳糖、甘露醇中的一种或几种复配而成。
实施例5
与实施例4不同的是,无步骤二中操作,在步骤一之后直接进行后续操作。
实施例6
与实施例4-5均不同的是,在步骤八中,直接将各组分挥发油A与、阿胶粉、稠膏F和稠膏G进行搅拌混合处理。
分别取上述实施例4-6所制得的消风止痒颗粒与对照组六消风止痒颗粒和对照组七消风止痒颗粒进行实验,对照组六消风止痒颗粒与实施例相比无步骤三中的操作,直接将步骤三中涉及的药材在步骤四中使用,对照组七消风止痒颗粒与实施例相比没有步骤四中的操作处理,直接将步骤四中涉及的药材在步骤五中使用;分五组分别试用三个实施例中制备的消风止痒颗粒以及对照组六消风止痒颗粒和对照组七消风止痒颗粒,每组选择门诊病人30例,其中男15例,女15例(无孕妇),最大年龄65岁,最小年龄20岁,临床表现丘疹样荨麻疹、湿疹、皮肤瘙痒,每天服用三次,每次2袋,一袋25g,进行多项试用并调查,得到以下数据,调查结果如表二所示:

由表二可知,在制备消风止痒颗粒的过程中,当实施例四中的制备方法为本发明的优选方案,在步骤二将原料中的各种药材进行分别粉碎处理,可有效缩小药材的粒径,使得对药材的后续加工处理效果更佳,在步骤三中对苍术、当归、荆芥和薄荷进行提取挥发油处理,可将药材中挥发油的有效成分提取出来,使得苍术、当归、荆芥和薄荷功效发挥更加全面,同时这部分药材留有备用组分,加入到后续的煎煮和渗漉处理,使得药材中有效物质提取更加全面,使得药物中有效成分发挥效果更佳,对药材进行浸透处理,可在煎煮过程中,将药材中的有效物质由内而外全面提取出来,可有效提高药物利用率,对将各组分挥发油A先与阿胶粉混合均匀后,再与稠膏F和稠膏G进行搅拌混合均匀,可加强消风止痒颗粒中各种物质的分布均匀性,药物中有效物质的发挥效果更佳,治疗效果更佳。

Claims (10)
1.一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:防风60-100份、蝉蜕60-100份、苍术80-120份、地黄220-280份、地骨皮110-150份、当归110-150份、荆芥60-100份、亚麻子110-150份、石膏400-600份、甘草30-70份、木通30-70份、生姜30-70份、薄荷30-70份、地肤子80-120份、阿胶20-40份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:防风60份、蝉蜕60份、苍术80份、地黄220份、地骨皮110份、当归110份、荆芥60份、亚麻子110份、石膏400份、甘草30份、木通30份、生姜30份、薄荷30份、地肤子80份、阿胶20份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:防风100份、蝉蜕100份、苍术120份、地黄280份、地骨皮150份、当归150份、荆芥100份、亚麻子150份、石膏600份、甘草70份、木通70份、生姜70份、薄荷70份、地肤子120份、阿胶40份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,其特征在于:包括以下重量份的原料:防风83份、蝉蜕83份、苍术100份、地黄250份、地骨皮136份、当归136份、荆芥83份、亚麻子136份、石膏500份、甘草50份、木通50份、生姜50份、薄荷50份、地肤子100份、阿胶30份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,其特征在于:所述防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶均选用无病虫害产品。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂,其特征在于:所述苍术炒制,所述地黄为熟地黄和生地黄按照重量份比1∶1复配而成。
7.根据权利要求1-6任意一项所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:具体制备步骤如下:
步骤一:称取上述重量份的所述防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶;
步骤二:将防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶分别进行粉碎处理,过10-20目筛;
步骤三:将二分之一重量份的苍术、当归、荆芥和薄荷进行水蒸气蒸馏法制取各组分挥发油A和残渣B;
步骤四:将残渣B与防风、蝉蜕、地黄、地骨皮、亚麻子、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和剩余的苍术、当归、荆芥和薄荷混合加入4-6倍重量份的水,浸泡2小时后,得到药液C和浸透药料D;
步骤五:取石膏打碎,加石膏的6-12倍量水,煮沸2小时,加入药液C和浸透药料D,煎煮三次,第一次3小时,第二次2小时,第三次1小时,合并煎液,离心过滤处理后得到滤渣E和滤液,对滤液浓缩成相对密度为1.36-1.138(20℃)的稠膏F;
步骤六:将滤渣E以70%乙醇为溶剂,浸渍24小时后,进行渗漉,收集漉液,回收乙醇,减压浓缩成相对密度为1.36-1.38(20℃)的稠膏G;
步骤七:将阿胶进行研磨处理,过300-400目筛,混合均匀后,得到阿胶粉;
步骤八:将各组分挥发油A与阿胶粉混合均匀,得到混合物H,然后将混合物H与稠膏F和稠膏G进行搅拌混合均匀,加赋形剂、甜味剂、食用香精,混匀,制成颗粒,40-70℃低温干燥,即得消风止痒颗粒。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤二前对防风、蝉蜕、苍术、地黄、地骨皮、当归、荆芥、亚麻子、石膏、甘草、木通、生姜、薄荷、地肤子和阿胶进行清洁除杂干燥处理。
9.根据权利要求7所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:各组分挥发油A密封保存,同时各组分挥发油A混合添加过程中进行密封处理。
10.根据权利要求7所述的一种消风止痒、清热除湿的复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于:在步骤八中,所述赋形剂为糊精、淀粉、木糖醇、微晶纤维素、乳糖、甘露醇中的一种或几种复配而成。
