Abstract

本发明为一种混合型线对线连接器结构,电源壳体具有容置空间及容置开口;电路板设置在容置空间中;混合型线对线连接器结构包括连接座及转接座。连接座具有信号线端口与电源线端口,连接座具有环扣部,并通过环扣部而设置在容置开口上;转接座相对信号线端口具有信号导接端及相对电源线端口具有电源导接端,转接座相对环扣部延伸有卡扣部,连接座及转接座通过信号导接端穿置信号线端口、电源导接端穿置电源线端口及卡扣部卡掣环扣部而连接;藉此整合电源及信号的连接,达到简化组设方式的目的。

Description

混合型线对线连接器结构及具有该结构的电源供应装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种连接器结构,尤其涉及一种线对线的连接器结构。
背景技术
传统的电源供应装置与外部其他电子装置之间的连接是通过导线及电连接器来传输电源及信号;而且,两者之间的连接方式是在电源供应装置的电路板上设置电源连接器及信号连接器,再分别利用导线连接并延长,以便于连接外部其他电子装置。
前述电源供应装置与外部其他电子装置之间的连接方式中,电源连接器及信号连接器的导线需以束线绑固在电源供应装置的壳体上,以达到理线的目的。然而,此种理线方式常有线材长度不一及组设时间过长等问题,故有待加以改善。
有鉴于此,本发明人为解决上述问题,潜心研究并配合学理之运用,终于提出一种设计合理且有效改善上述缺失的本发明。
发明内容
本发明的一个目的,在于提供一种混合型线对线连接器结构,其连接座具有信号线端口与电源线端口、转接座具有信号导接端及电源导接端、及导接座具有信号接孔及电源接孔,藉此整合电源及信号的连接而达到简化组设方式的目的。
本发明的另一目的,在于提供一种混合型线对线连接器结构,以降低人力、制作及材料成本,并能够提高生产合格率与效率。
为了达成上述目的,本发明提供一种混合型线对线连接器结构,用以组设在壳体的容置开口,包含连接座及转接座。连接座具有信号线端口与电源线端口,连接座的一端周缘相对容置开口而延伸有环扣部,连接座通过环扣部而设置容置开口上;转接座相对信号线端口具有信号导接端及相对电源线端口具有电源导接端,转接座相对该环扣部延伸有卡扣部,其中,连接座及转接座通过信号导接端穿置信号线端口、电源导接端穿置电源线端口及卡扣部卡掣环扣部而连接。
为了达成上述目的,本发明提供一种电源供应装置,包含电源壳体、电路板及混合型线对线连接器结构。电源壳体具有容置空间及容置开口;电路板设置在容置空间中;混合型线对线连接器结构包括连接座、导接座、多个信号导线、多个电源导线及转接座。连接座具有多个信号端子槽与多个电源端子槽,连接座的一端周缘相对容置开口而延伸有环扣部,连接座通过环扣部而设置在容置开口上;导接座插接在电路板上,导接座包含多个信号接孔及多个电源接孔;各信号导线的一端插接在信号接孔、另一端连接信号端子槽;各电源导线的一端插接在电源接孔、另一端连接电源端子槽;转接座相对该些信号端子槽具有多个信号导接柱及相对该些电源端子槽具有多个电源导接柱,转接座相对环扣部延伸有卡扣部,其中,连接座及转接座通过该些信号线导接柱分别穿置该些信号端子槽、该些电源线导接柱分别穿置该些电源端子槽、及卡扣部卡掣环扣部而连接。
相较于现有技术,本发明的混合型线对线连接器结构的连接座具有信号线端口与电源线端口、转接座具有信号导接端及电源导接端、及导接座具有信号接孔及电源接孔,藉此整合电源及信号的连接而达到简化组设方式的目的,并降低组设时的人工、制作及材料成本,且能够提高生产合格率与效率;再者,本发明的连接座作为延展接头,其设置除了固定在电源壳体上,也可设置在电路板上;此外,本发明的连接座的周边延伸有环扣部,且转接座相对环扣部延伸有卡扣部而定位在连接座上,藉此增加本发明的实用性。
以下结合附图和具体实施例对本发明进行详细描述,但不作为对本发明的限定。

具体实施方式
有关本发明的详细说明及技术内容,配合附图说明如下,然而附图仅提供参考与说明用,并非用来对本发明加以限制者。
请参照图1及图2,为本发明的电源供应装置二侧方向的立体外观示意图。本发明的电源供应装置1,包括一电源壳体10、一电路板20及一混合型线对线连接器结构30。该电路板20安置在该电源壳体10内。该混合型线对线连接器结构30组设在该电源壳体10并电性连接该电路板20,藉以连接一外部电子装置;此外,该电源壳体10内的其他电子零件属于现有技术,不予赘述。更详细的描述该电源供应装置1及该混合型线对线连接器结构30的结构如后。
请续参照图3至图5,为本发明之转接座与壳体的组合示意图、混合型线对线连接器结构与电路板的连接示意图及混合型线对线连接器结构的转接座与连接座的连接示意图。如图3所示,该电源壳体10具有一容置空间11及一容置开口12。该电路板20设置在该容置空间11中,且该电路板20设置有一电连接器21。此外,该混合型线对线连接器结构30系组设在该电源壳体10的容置开口12,用以插接至该电连接器21并连接至外部电子装置。
请同时参照图6及图7,分别为本发明的连接座及转接座的插接示意图、导接座及电连接器的插接示意图。该混合型线对线连接器结构30包括一连接座31及一转接座32。该连接座31具有一信号线端口311与一电源线端口312。具体而言,该信号线端口311具有多个信号端子槽3110,此外,该电源线端口312具有多个电源端子槽3120。
再者,该连接座31的一端周缘相对该容置开口12而延伸有一环扣部313;该连接座31通过该环扣部313而设置该容置开口12上。要说明的是,该容置开口12的开口形状系对应该连接座31的外型轮廓而设置,此外,该连接座31在相对的二外侧面成型有一对弹性臂314。据此,当该连接座31的一侧从该电源壳体10的一外侧穿入该容置开口12后,该环扣部313会顶抵在该容置开口12的周缘上;另外,该对弹性臂314在通过该容置开口12时会略受到弹性压缩,并在穿过该容置开口12后会回复原位。藉此,当该转接座32相对该连接座31作插拔时,该连接座31可不致在外力的作用力下而发生松动或脱出的状况。
另一方面,该转接座32相对该信号线端口311具有一信号导接端321及相对该电源线端口312具有一电源导接端322。具体而言,该信号导接端321具有多个信号导接柱3210,此外,该电源导接端322具有多个电源导接柱3220。
值得注意的是,该些信号端子槽3110及该些电源端子槽3120分别设置为一方型槽。另外,该些信号端子槽3110的深度大于该些电源端子槽3120的深度;相对地,该些信号导接柱3210的长度大于该些电源导接柱3220的长度,藉此能够防止误插而具有防呆效果,并能够达到节省材料的目的。
值得注意的是,至少一部分的电源导接柱3220成型有一防呆结构3221,如设置有导斜角;另外,该些电源端子槽3120亦对应设置有导斜角的一防呆插孔3121。据此,该转接座32可确实地插置在该连接座31而不致发生误插。
此外,该转接座32相对该环扣部313延伸有一卡扣部323,其中,该连接座31及该转接座32通过该信号导接端321穿置该信号线端口311、该电源导接端322穿置该电源线端口312及该卡扣部323卡掣该环扣部313而连接。较佳地,该环扣部313的一端对应该卡扣部323具有一凹口3130,该卡扣部323穿过该凹口3130而卡掣在该容置开口12上。
在本发明的一实施例中,该混合型线对线连接器结构30更包括一导接座33、多个信号导线34及多个电源导线35。更详细地说,该导接座33包含多个信号接孔331及多个电源接孔332。各该信号导线34的一端插接在该信号接孔331、另一端连接该信号端子槽3110;此外,各该电源导线35的一端插接在该电源接孔332、另一端连接该电源端子槽3120。据此,该导接座33系通过该些信号导线34及该些电源导线35而连接该连接座31,并进一步插接至该电路板20的电连接器21上。
另外要说明的是,该连接座31的信号线端口311与电源线端口312、该转接座32的信号导接端321与电源导接端32、及该导接座33的信号接孔331与电源接孔332中分别设置有导接端子,该些导接端子的结构属现有技术,本实施例为简化结构而未予以显示。再者,本实施例中,各该电源线端口312、电源导接端322及电源接孔332可至少容置二条线径为16AWG的电源导线,提供使用上的便利性。
当然,本发明还可有其它多种实施例,在不背离本发明精神及其实质的情况下,熟悉本领域的技术人员当可根据本发明作出各种相应的改变和变形,但这些相应的改变和变形都应属于本发明所附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (8)

1.一种混合型线对线连接器结构,用以组设在一壳体的一容置开口,其特征在于,包含:
一连接座,具有一信号线端口与一电源线端口,该连接座的一端周缘相对所述容置开口而延伸有一环扣部,该连接座通过该环扣部而设置所述容置开口上,该信号线端口包含多个信号端子槽,该电源线端口包含多个电源端子槽,该些信号端子槽的深度大于该些电源端子槽的深度;
一转接座,相对该信号线端口具有一信号导接端及相对该电源线端口具有一电源导接端,该转接座相对该环扣部延伸有一卡扣部,该信号导接端包含多个信号导接柱,该电源导接端包含多个电源导接柱,该些信号导接柱的长度大于该些电源导接柱的长度,其中,该连接座及该转接座通过该信号导接端穿置该信号线端口、该电源导接端穿置该电源线端口及该卡扣部卡掣该环扣部而连接;以及
一导接座,插接在一电路板上,该导接座包含多个信号接孔及多个电源接孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合型线对线连接器结构,其特征在于,该些信号端子槽及该些电源端子槽分别设置为一方型槽。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合型线对线连接器结构,其特征在于,该些信号导接柱分别成型有一防呆结构。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合型线对线连接器结构,其特征在于,该环扣部的一端对应该卡扣部具有一凹口,该卡扣部穿过该凹口而卡掣在该容置开口上。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合型线对线连接器结构,其特征在于,该连接座在相对的二外侧面成型有一对弹性臂。
6.一种电源供应装置,其特征在于,包含:
一电源壳体,具有一容置空间及一容置开口;
一电路板,设置在该容置空间中;
一混合型线对线连接器结构,包括:
一连接座,具有多个信号端子槽与多个电源端子槽,该连接座的一端周缘相对该容置开口而延伸有一环扣部,该连接座通过该环扣部而设置在所述容置开口上;
一导接座,插接在该电路板上,该导接座包含多个信号接孔及多个电源接孔;
多个信号导线,各该信号导线的一端插接在该信号接孔、另一端连接该信号端子槽;
多个电源导线,各该电源导线的一端插接在该电源接孔、另一端连接该电源端子槽;以及
一转接座,相对该些信号端子槽具有多个信号导接柱及相对该些电源端子槽具有多个电源导接柱,该转接座相对该环扣部延伸有一卡扣部,该些信号端子槽的深度大于该些电源端子槽的深度,该些信号导接柱的长度大于该些电源导接柱的长度,其中,该连接座及该转接座通过该些信号导接柱分别穿置该些信号端子槽、该些电源导接柱分别穿置该些电源端子槽、及该卡扣部卡掣该环扣部而连接。
7.根据权利要求6所述的电源供应装置,其特征在于,该环扣部的一端对应该卡扣部具有一凹口,该卡扣部穿过该凹口而卡掣在该容置开口上。
8.根据权利要求6所述的电源供应装置,其特征在于,该连接座在相对的二外侧面成型有一对弹性臂。
