本发明公开一种柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,涉及血管支架加工技术领域,包括以下步骤:步骤一、将一个柔性金属膜卷在一根金属棒上,对柔性金属膜施加向内的弯曲应力;步骤二、将柔性金属膜与金属棒固定,在柔性金属膜表面加工可降解血管支架的互补结构;步骤三、将加工好的柔性金属膜和金属棒的配合体与注塑机的模套相装配,进行注塑加工;步骤四、注塑结束,取下柔性金属膜和金属棒的配合体以及在柔性金属膜表面注塑成形的可降解血管支架,进行冷却,将金属棒和柔性金属膜拆开,抽出金属棒,再取下柔性金属膜,获得成形后的可降解血管支架。该方法解决了可降解血管支架注塑加工过程中难脱模、易变形、易造成损伤和断裂的问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及血管支架加工技术领域,特别是涉及一种柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法。
背景技术
血管支架植入术是目前治疗心血管堵塞问题的最常规、最有效的方法之一,新一代的可降解血管支架可以在其完成狭窄血管的扩张和疏通作用后自行降解并被吸收,无任何副作用,并且可降低晚期并发症如支架内再狭窄和炎症发生的几率。可降解血管支架的材料通常为生物可吸收的高分子聚合物,可通过注塑成形的方式一次性成形,现阶段支架注塑成形工艺主要将模具结构做一体化设计,注塑完成后,通过滑块设计将模具与支架分离。
现有技术可以设计可降解血管支架的制造,但存在以下几个问题,首先是支架脱模困难,支架在注塑完成后与模具紧紧结合,二者的分离比较困难,且容易在分离的过程中造成支架的损伤和断裂;其次,是支架脱模后的变形问题比较严重,因为模具为一体化设计,支架在温度未曾降下来之后就要进行脱模,脱模后受热胀冷缩影响,支架容易发生较为严重的变形,从而影响其精度。因此,亟需一种新型的模具结构设计,使其能够兼顾脱模以及脱模后变形等诸多问题。
发明内容
为解决以上技术问题,本发明提供一种柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,解决了可降解血管支架注塑加工过程中难脱模、易变形、易造成损伤和断裂的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下方案:
本发明提供一种柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将一个柔性金属膜卷在一根金属棒上,在所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒固定之前对所述柔性金属膜施加向内的弯曲应力;
步骤二、将所述柔性金属膜与所述金属棒固定,在所述柔性金属膜表面加工可降解血管支架的互补结构;
步骤三、将加工好的所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒的配合体与注塑机的模套相装配,进行所述可降解血管支架的注塑加工;
步骤四、注塑结束,取下所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒的配合体以及在所述柔性金属膜表面注塑成形的所述可降解血管支架,进行冷却,将所述金属棒和所述柔性金属膜拆开,抽出所述金属棒,此时所述柔性金属膜会向内卷曲,再取下所述柔性金属膜,获得成形后的所述可降解血管支架。
优选地,在步骤二中,通过多个螺栓将柔性金属膜固定于所述金属棒上。
优选地,在步骤二中,采用激光加工或高速铣削的加工方法在所述柔性金属膜表面加工所述可降解血管支架的互补结构。
优选地,在步骤四中,取下连接所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒的多个所述螺栓以实现将所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒拆开。
优选地,所述柔性金属膜为铝膜或铜膜。
优选地,所述可降解血管支架的外径为D1,D1=3~3.5mm,所述可降解血管支架的壁厚为T1,T1=0.15~0.2mm。
优选地,所述柔性金属膜的厚度为T2,T2=0.3~0.4mm,所述金属棒的直径为D2,D2=D1-2*T2。
本发明相对于现有技术取得了以下技术效果:
本发明提供的柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,将加工好的柔性金属膜和金属棒的配合体与注塑机的模套相装配,进行可降解血管支架的注塑加工,可降解血管支架包裹的部分与注塑机的模套相分离,可以取下,并且在冷却后再将可降解血管支架拿下来,避免了热胀冷缩导致的可降解血管支架变形的问题。柔性金属膜设计向内弯曲的应力,在取下金属棒后,柔性金属膜会向内卷曲,不会向外扩展,使得便于脱模,并避免破坏可降解血管支架,从而保护了可降解血管支架的结构。金属棒和柔性金属膜可以再次装配,重复使用。另外,此方法可以用于不同形状以及表面带有不同结构的可降解血管支架的注塑加工,同时也可以实现可降解血管支架内壁微结构的加工。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明的目的是提供一种柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,解决了可降解血管支架注塑加工过程中难脱模、易变形、易造成损伤和断裂的问题。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能够更加明显易懂,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明。
本实施例提供一种柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、如图1所示,将一个柔性金属膜2卷在一根金属棒1上,在柔性金属膜2和金属棒1固定之前对柔性金属膜2施加向内的弯曲应力,使其在与金属棒1拆卸分离后向内收缩;
步骤二、如图2所示,将柔性金属膜2与金属棒1固定,在柔性金属膜2表面加工可降解血管支架3的互补结构;
步骤三、如图3所示,将加工好的柔性金属膜2和金属棒1的配合体与注塑机的模套相装配,进行可降解血管支架3的注塑加工,具体地,该操作过程与传统血管支架注塑工艺一致;
步骤四、注塑结束,取下柔性金属膜2和金属棒1的配合体以及在柔性金属膜2表面注塑成形的可降解血管支架3,进行冷却,将金属棒1和柔性金属膜2拆开,抽出金属棒1,如图4所示,此时柔性金属膜2会向内卷曲,再取下柔性金属膜2,如图5所示,获得成形后的可降解血管支架3。
本实施例中的柔性金属膜2和金属棒1的配合体为分离式柔性模芯,与注塑机的模套配合使用,注塑加工之后,可降解血管支架3包裹的部分与注塑机的模套相分离,可以取下,并且在冷却后再将可降解血管支架3拿下来,避免了热胀冷缩导致的可降解血管支架3变形的问题。柔性金属膜2设计向内弯曲的应力,在取下金属棒1后,柔性金属膜2会向内卷曲,不会向外扩展,使得便于脱模,并避免破坏可降解血管支架3,从而保护了可降解血管支架3的结构。
本实施例中的金属棒1和柔性金属膜2可以再次装配,重复使用,且第二次使用时无需加工可降解血管支架3的互补结构,使得后续使用时提高加工效率。另外,通过在柔性金属膜2上加工不同形状的互补结构,能够加工出与互补结构相对应的不同形状的可降解血管支架3,同时,采用不同尺寸的分离式柔性模芯以及注塑机的模套,能够加工出不同尺寸的可降解血管支架3,可见,此方法可以用于不同形状以及表面带有不同结构的可降解血管支架3的注塑加工,同时也可以实现可降解血管支架3内壁微结构的加工。
具体地,在步骤二中,通过多个螺栓将柔性金属膜2固定于金属棒1上。在步骤四中,取下连接柔性金属膜2和金属棒1的多个螺栓以实现将柔性金属膜2和金属棒1拆开。通过采用螺栓使得柔性金属膜2和金属棒1连接及拆卸方便,提高工作效率。
具体地,在步骤二中,采用激光加工或高速铣削的加工方法在柔性金属膜2表面加工可降解血管支架3的互补结构。
具体地,柔性金属膜2为铝膜或铜膜。
具体地,可降解血管支架3的外径为D1,D1=3~3.5mm,可降解血管支架3的壁厚为T1,T1=0.15~0.2mm。
具体地,柔性金属膜2的厚度为T2,T2=0.3~0.4mm,金属棒2的直径为D2,D2=D1-2*T2。
于本具体实施例中,可降解血管支架3的外径为3.5mm且壁厚为0.15mm,柔性金属膜2的厚度为0.3mm,金属棒1的直径为2.9mm。
本说明书中应用了具体个例对本发明的原理及实施方式进行了阐述,以上实施例的说明只是用于帮助理解本发明的方法及其核心思想;同时,对于本领域的一般技术人员,依据本发明的思想,在具体实施方式及应用范围上均会有改变之处。综上所述,本说明书内容不应理解为对本发明的限制。

Claims (7)

1.一种柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一、将一个柔性金属膜卷在一根金属棒上,在所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒固定之前对所述柔性金属膜施加向内的弯曲应力;
步骤二、将所述柔性金属膜与所述金属棒固定,在所述柔性金属膜表面加工可降解血管支架的互补结构;
步骤三、将加工好的所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒的配合体与注塑机的模套相装配,进行所述可降解血管支架的注塑加工;
步骤四、注塑结束,取下所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒的配合体以及在所述柔性金属膜表面注塑成形的所述可降解血管支架,进行冷却,将所述金属棒和所述柔性金属膜拆开,抽出所述金属棒,此时所述柔性金属膜会向内卷曲,再取下所述柔性金属膜,获得成形后的所述可降解血管支架。
2.根据权利要求1所述的柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,其特征在于,在步骤二中,通过多个螺栓将柔性金属膜固定于所述金属棒上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,其特征在于,在步骤二中,采用激光加工或高速铣削的加工方法在所述柔性金属膜表面加工所述可降解血管支架的互补结构。
4.根据权利要求2所述的柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,其特征在于,在步骤四中,取下连接所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒的多个所述螺栓以实现将所述柔性金属膜和所述金属棒拆开。
5.根据权利要求1所述的柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,其特征在于,所述柔性金属膜为铝膜或铜膜。
6.根据权利要求1所述的柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,其特征在于,所述可降解血管支架的外径为D1,D1=3~3.5mm,所述可降解血管支架的壁厚为T1,T1=0.15~0.2mm。
7.根据权利要求6所述的柔性模芯结构的可降解血管支架注塑加工方法,其特征在于,所述柔性金属膜的厚度为T2,T2=0.3~0.4mm,所述金属棒的直径为D2,D2=D1-2*T2。
