国家心血管病中心统计显示,我国血脂异常人数已经超过4亿人。中医理论认为,随着人们生活水平的提高,日常饮食多肥甘厚味,脾胃负担过重而受损,脾失健运,痰湿内生,摄入的物质则凝于血脉之中,血行不畅,而发血浊,逐而渐形成动脉粥样硬化。调节血脂的方法主要是生活方式及药物干预,药物主要适用于中重度患者,而饮食调节除了可以辅助药物调节,对于轻度血脂异常或出于预防目的,更是最有效、最健康的方式。中医很早就认识到食物不仅能营养,而且还能利用食物的特性来调节机体功能,疗疾祛病。针对高血脂的形成原因,选以适当食材调整脏器功能,推动机体各脏腑运化,不但可以达到调节血脂的目的,而且还可以减少药物带来的毒副作用。
现有降血脂的保健品,主要以鱼油、卵磷脂、螺旋藻或中药/植物的提取物(茶多酚、葛根素等)为原料,这类产品多以西医思路调节血脂,而以中医理论指通过调节机体功能达到降血脂作用的产品较少。
发明内容
本发明正是为了解决上述问题,以中医理论为指导,经过大量的实践与分析而研制的一种具有调节血脂作用的食物组合物,该组合物通过健脾和胃、祛痰活血等调节机体运化功能,从而减少血脂形成,达到调节血脂的目的。
本发明提供了一种食物组合物,该组合物的组分为:山楂30份、枳壳12-18份、菊花12-18份、麦芽8-15份、红花5-10份,以上份为重量份。
上述组合物中的各组分均为药食同源物品,集营养与功效于一身,正常食用安全无毒副作用。其中,山楂为蔷薇科山楂属植物的成熟果实,是我国特有且常用的食材,干制后可入药,酸甘、微温,入脾、胃、肝经,具消食健胃,行气散瘀之功。枳壳为芸香科植物酸橙的干燥未成熟果实,味苦、辛、酸,微寒,归脾、胃经,具有理气宽中,行滞消胀之功效。菊花为常用的中药,亦是常用的饮品,菊花茶起源于唐朝,至清朝广泛应用于民众生活中。菊花味甘苦,性微寒,具有疏风、清热、明目、解毒的功效。本发明所述菊花包括杭白菊、亳菊、滁菊、贡菊等。麦芽,为禾本科植物大麦的成熟果实经发芽干燥的炮制加工品。味甘,平,归脾、胃经。生麦芽健脾和胃,疏肝行气。红花为菊科、红花属植物的干燥管状花,味辛、温,入心、肝经,通经、活血,主治妇女病。
发明人经过大量的理论研究及科学实验,发现将特定用量的山楂、枳壳、菊花、麦芽和红花配合食用,具有很好的降血脂作用,特别是当其用量为山楂30份、枳壳12-18份、菊花12-18份、麦芽8-15份、红花5-10份时,有效率更高。其中,山楂与枳壳及红花相配合,发挥消食健脾,行气散瘀、祛痰除湿功效,促进运化,从而使摄入的脂肪等物质化生为气血,而不沉积瘀凝。山楂配麦芽,山楂性温善消油腻肉食,麦芽性平有消米面食积又有健胃的功效,它们结合在一起可以消各种食积,同时又可以进一步健胃和中。再辅以菊花清肝热,肝属木,克脾(胃)土;肝(木)的条达,可以疏泻脾(土)的壅滞。五组分相互配合,协同作用,达到调节血脂的功效。
上述组分中,所述山楂为生山楂,麦芽为生麦芽。
在一优选实施例中,本发明所述食物组合物的组分为:山楂30份、枳壳15份、菊花15份、麦芽10份、红花8份。
为了方便食用,本发明所述的食物组合物可以是任何一种可供食用的形式,如袋泡茶、饮料、口服液、片、胶囊或冲剂的食用形式,当具体选用上述任一种食用形式时,为了制成该食品的需要,该食用组合物还包含制成所述食用形式所需的辅料或添加剂,所述辅料包括茶叶,优选绿茶。
此外,本发明还提供了该食用组合物的制备方法,该方法与食品形式相对应。上述食用组合物可以在洗净、干燥、粉碎、混合后直接分装,代茶饮。或者将所述重量份的原料洗净一起加水提取,提取液浓缩后与茶叶混匀,干燥后分装,成为具有茶叶味道的袋泡茶饮品。也可以将所述重量份的原料洗净一起加水提取,提取液浓缩、干燥、粉碎,添加常规辅料制成固体饮料、片、胶囊或冲剂的食用形式,或者,提取液浓缩后加适宜的辅料制成饮料、口服液的形式。其中,所述的辅料及具体制备方法为相应食用形式的常规辅料和常规工艺,属于本领域公知技术,不再赘述。
本发明还提供了上述食物组合物在制备调节血脂功能食品中的应用。
本发明的创造性在于,发明人在众多具有降血脂功能的物质中,通过理论研究及临床验证筛选出本发明的几种常用食物原料及特定配比,实现对饮食厚味或脾胃虚弱等原因引起的血脂异常的有效调节,有效率达70%左右。本发明组合物从血脂异常的根本出发,通过调节机体各脏腑运化功能,达到调节血脂的目的,而且还可以减少药物带来的毒副作用。
发明人进一步通过实验来验证本发明的技术效果。
再次重申:以下实验只是本发明研制过程中众多实验中的举例性实验,并未涵盖和穷尽发明人为本发明所做的所有实验,目的仅仅在于本发明的有益效果。
临床试验
病例选取:关于高脂血症的诊断标准,目前国际和国内尚无统一的方法,总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)均用于血脂异常的判断,本实验以肥甘厚味饮食影响更大的TC和LDL-C为血脂异常评判指标。参照《血脂异常基层诊疗指南(2019年)》中我国ASCVD一级预防血脂合适水平和异常分层标准,选取TC水平在5.2~6.5mmol/L范围和/或LDL-C水平在3.4~4.4mmol/L范围内患者,且年龄在18-65岁之间,入选病例排除已患有动脉粥样硬化性心血管疾病(ASCVD)患者及孕产妇。
供试品:本发明食用组合物的袋泡茶形式(按实施例1内容制得),食用方法,每日一袋,以沸水冲泡(多次),饮用。
试验方法:选取符合上述标准患者60名(男女各半),按上述供试品及食用方法连续食用6周,检测对应指标并与入选时血脂水平进行比较。试验期间脱离1人。其余人中,男性29人,两指标均高22人,TC单高4人,LDL单高3人;女性30人,两指标均高21人,TC单高3人,LDL单高6人
评价方法:有效:TC降低>10%;LDL-C低>10%;
无效:未到达有效标准者。
实验结果:经过6周本发明食用组合物的食用,所有受试人员的总胆固醇和低密度脂蛋白水平均有降低,不同人降低幅度存在差异,按照评价方法中有效的标准,总有效率在70%左右,其中,对女性的效果略优于男性,分析有可能是由于女性在饮用过程及持续性方面做的更好。详见下表:
上述试验结果表明,发明食用组合物的食用可以有效降低血液中TC、LDL-C含量,即,具有调节血脂的功能。
具体实施方式
实施例1
袋泡茶(100袋)
配方:山楂3kg、枳壳1.5kg、菊花1.5kg、麦芽1kg、红花0.8kg、绿茶0.5kg。
工艺:除绿茶外的原料混合,水煎煮提取2次,首次8倍水1小时,二次6倍水0.5小时,提取液混合浓缩成稠膏,与绿茶混匀,干燥后分装即得。
实施例2
代茶饮(100袋)
配方:山楂3kg、枳壳1.2kg、菊花1.8kg、麦芽0.8kg、红花1kg。
工艺:将各原料粗粉混匀分装。
食用方法:取上述袋泡茶1袋,煮水,日常饮用。
实施例3
胶囊剂(400粒)
配方:山楂3kg、枳壳1.8kg、菊花1.5kg、麦芽1.2kg、红花0.5kg。
工艺:上述原料进行提取,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,再按常规工艺添加常规辅料,制成胶囊剂。食用方法:每日2次,每次2粒。
实施例4
片剂(600片)
配方:山楂3kg、枳壳1.5kg、菊花1.2kg、麦芽1.5kg、红花0.8kg。
工艺:上述原料进行提取,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,再按常规工艺添加常规辅料,制成片剂。食用方法:每日2次,每次3片。
实施例5
饮料(100袋)
配方:山楂3kg、枳壳1.6kg、菊花1.5kg、麦芽1.2kg、红花1kg。
工艺:上述原料进行提取,浓缩,干燥,粉碎,添加常用矫味剂、助悬剂后分装。
食用方法:每日1次,每次1袋,温水冲服。

1.一种食物组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的组分为:山楂30份、枳壳12-18份、菊花12-18份、麦芽8-15份、红花5-10份,以上份为重量份。
2.如权利要求1所述的食物组合物,其特征在于,该组合物的组分为:山楂30份、枳壳15份、菊花15份、麦芽10份、红花8份。
3.如权利要求1所述的食物组合物,其特征在于,所述山楂为生山楂,麦芽为生麦芽。
4.如权利要求1所述的食物组合物,其特征在于,该食物组合物为袋泡茶、饮料、口服液、片、胶囊或冲剂的食用形式。
5.如权利要求4所述的食物组合物,其特征在于,该食用组合物还包含制成所述食用形式所需的辅料。
6.如权利要求5所述的食物组合物,其特征在于,所述辅料包括茶叶。
7.如权利要求1所述的食物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述重量份的原料洗净、晾干、粉碎后混匀,分装。
8.如权利要求1所述的食物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述重量份的原料洗净加水提取,提取液浓缩后与茶叶混匀,干燥,分装。
9.如权利要求1所述的食物组合物的制备方法,其特征在于,将所述重量份的原料洗净加水提取,提取液浓缩、干燥、粉碎,添加常规辅料制成饮料、口服液、片、胶囊或冲剂的食用形式。
10.如权利要求1所述的食物组合物在制备调节血脂功能食品中的应用。
