Description

连接组件以及用于将第一塑料部件和第二塑料部件焊接在一 起的方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种根据独立权利要求所述类型的连接组件和一种根据独立权利要求所述类型的、用于将第一塑料部件与第二塑料部件焊接在一起的方法。
背景技术
在进行电磁电阻焊接(Elektromagnetisches-Widerstands-Schweiβen,EWS)时或者也在感应焊接时,通过通常由水冷却的线圈产生的交变电磁场(典型地在10kHz到40kHz之间)在封闭的环状的金属构件中或者在感应环中引起涡流。所述感应环由于热损耗而被加热并且由于热传导而引起两个接合配对物的塑料聚合物的熔化,所述两个接合配对物随后在压力下连接并且合并。
图9到图12示出了从现有技术中已知的连接组件1、1A,其具有第一塑料部件2、第二塑料部件3和封闭的感应环4,所述感应环具有带棱角的横截面并且布置在所述两个塑料部件2、3之间的接合缝隙1.1中。如可以从图9和图10中看出的那样,所述第一塑料部件2具有第一接合区域2.2,该第一接合区域包括容纳开口、环绕的第一凸缘2.4和接合缝隙1.1。所述第二塑料部件3具有第二接合区域3.2,该第二接合区域具有凸肩和环绕的第二凸缘3.4,其中在所述凸肩与所述环绕的第二凸缘3.4之间构造有凹口。如此外可以从图10中看出的那样,所述感应环4在接合缝隙1.1中布置在所述接合缝隙1.1的底部与所述第二凸缘3.4的端面之间,所述第二凸缘3.4同样插入到所述接合缝隙1.1中。所述第一凸缘2.4被插入到所述第二凸缘3.4与所述凸肩之间的凹口中。如此外可以从图10中看出的那样,所述感应环4和所述第二凸缘3.4将所述接合缝隙1.1划分成上环形缝隙1.3和下环形缝隙1.5。
图10示出了所述连接组件1、1A在焊接之前的状态,在焊接过程中未示出的线圈产生交变场,所述交变场通过所引起的涡流对所述感应环4进行加热并且在所述接合缝隙1.1的区域中引起第一塑料部件2和第二塑料部件3的局部的熔化。随后,如可以从图11中看出的那样,在压力下将所述两个塑料部件2、3连接起来并且利用塑料熔体1.7、1.9填充两个所预先形成的环形缝隙1.3、1.5。图11示出了在焊接过程之后的无瑕疵的连接组件1。如可以从图12中看出的那样,感应环1.1在所示出的连接组件1A中在焊接过程之后具有偏心的位置,因而与图11不同的是没有产生均匀的、利用塑料熔体1.7、1.9填充的环形缝隙1.3、1.5。不均匀的或者部分不存在的环形缝隙1.3、1.5可能损害所示出的连接组件1A的质量。
已知的连接组件的共同之处在于,所述两个塑料部件的塑料熔体基本上仅填充空腔,并且只在紧挨所述感应环处相互连接成“接缝”并且形成材料连接的连接部。
发明内容
具有按照独立权利要求1的特征的连接组件和具有按照独立权利要求9的特征的、用于将第一塑料部件和第二塑料部件焊接在一起的方法均具有下述优点,即,除了材料连接的连接部之外,还形成耐久的形状配合连接的连接部。
在本发明的实施方式中,所述塑料部件的接合几何形状能以有利的方式简单地在注塑模具中实现。所述感应环可作为量产产品成本低廉地被滚轧和深拉。此外,本发明的实施方式使得感应环具有径向柔性化的环设计,由此能以有利的方式改进TWS耐性(TWS:热冲击)。那么,由于金属与塑料的不同的膨胀系数,在热冲击检验之后,所述连接的耐疲劳强度可能会被削弱。这可以通过合适的环形设计来避免,该环形设计使得所述感应环尤其沿径向方向是柔性的。
本发明的实施方式提供一种连接组件,其具有第一塑料部件、第二塑料部件和封闭的感应环。所述第一塑料部件具有构造为容纳部的第一接合区域,并且第二塑料部件在一端具有插入到第一接合区域中的第二接合区域。所述感应环在所述接合区域处至少部分地熔合到所述两个塑料部件中,从而在第一塑料部件的第一塑料熔体与第二塑料部件的第二塑料熔体之间的接触区域形成材料连接的连接部。在此,所述感应环在形成至少一个第一底切部的情况下熔合到所述第一塑料部件中,并且在形成至少一个第二底切部的情况下熔合到所述第二塑料部件中,从而在所述塑料部件与所述感应环之间分别形成形状配合连接的连接部。
此外,提出一种用于将第一塑料部件和第二塑料部件焊接在一起的方法,所述第一塑料部件具有构造为容纳部的第一接合区域,所述第二塑料部件在一端具有第二接合区域。在所述两个塑料部件的接合区域之间布置有封闭的感应环,其中所述封闭的感应环通过交变电磁场被加热,并且使所述两个塑料部件的塑料聚合物熔化。被熔化的塑料部件在压力下朝向彼此运动,从而在所述第一塑料部件的第一塑料熔体与第二塑料部件的第二塑料熔体之间的接触区域处形成材料连接的连接部。在此,所述感应环在形成至少一个第一底切部的情况下熔合到所述第一塑料部件中,并且在形成至少一个第二底切部的情况下熔合到所述第二塑料部件中,从而在各塑料部件与所述感应环之间分别形成形状配合连接的连接部。
在本发明的实施方式中,所述至少一个第一底切部和由其在所述感应环与第一塑料部件之间形成的第一形状配合连接的连接部防止所述感应环从第一塑料部件的容纳部中被取出。所述至少一个第二底切部和由其在所述感应环与第二塑料部件之间形成的第二形状配合连接的连接部防止所述第二塑料部件从所述感应环中和从第一塑料部件的容纳部中被拉出。
通过在从属权利要求中实施的措施和进一步改进方案,在独立权利要求1中给出的连接组件和在独立权利要求9中给出的、用于将第一塑料部件和第二塑料部件焊接在一起的方法能实现有利的改进。
尤其有利的是,所述第一塑料部件的第一接合区域可以是圆柱形容纳开口,并且所述第二塑料部件的第二接合区域可以是圆柱形区段,其能以不形成间隙的方式插入到第一塑料部件的圆柱形容纳开口中。这说明,所述第二塑料部件的圆柱形区段的外直径基本上相当于所述圆柱形容纳开口的直径。这能实现所述两个接合区域的尤其简单的且成本低廉的制造。
在所述连接组件的有利的设计方案中,所述第一塑料部件的第一接合区域可以是圆锥形容纳开口,并且所述第二塑料部件的第二接合区域可以是圆锥形区段,其能整体插入到第二塑料部件的圆锥形容纳开口中。这也能实现所述两个接合区域的简单的且成本低廉的制造。两个接合轮廓的圆锥形构造以有利的方式起到使所述第一塑料部件、第二塑料部件和感应环相互自主地定中心的作用。由此得到均匀的底切部,从而能改善所述连接组件或焊接部位的质量。此外,所述实施方式对于构件公差来说是不敏感的。
在所述连接组件的其它有利的设计方案中,所述封闭的感应环具有构造为圆柱形空心体或圆锥形空心体的基体、并且由金属或由导电的塑料或由以铁磁性颗粒填充的塑料制成。在由以铁磁性颗粒填充的塑料制成的感应环的实施方式中,为了加热所述感应环,不再利用涡流损耗,而是利用磁滞损耗(Ummagnetisierungsverlust)。此外,具有圆锥形基体的感应环能均匀地熔合到所述两个塑料部件中。金属环的实施方式能尤其成本低廉地实现所述感应环。在由导电的塑料或由以铁磁性颗粒填充的塑料制成的感应环的实施方式中,所述两个塑料部件和感应环的膨胀系数以有利的方式更好地协调。除此以外,所述感应环可熔化,这可进一步提升连接的质量。此外,通过由导电的塑料制成的感应环的实施方式也可进一步改进所述焊接连接部的抗热冲击疲劳性并且因而也进一步改进所述焊接连接部的质量。
在所述连接组件的其它有利的设计方案中,所述基体在其侧面中具有至少一个开口和/或至少一个凹部。由此可在所述连接部件与感应环之间形成底切部并且改进所述形状配合连接的连接部。所述至少一个开口可具有例如圆形横截面或多边形横截面,其中角部可以是经过倒圆的。由此可减弱所述感应环的切口应力集中效应,从而能够提高焊接连接部的抗热冲击疲劳性。所述至少一个凹部例如可以是波形凹部或搭环形凹部。
在所述连接组件的其它有利设计方案中,所述基体在其侧面中局部地具有滚花和/或压纹。由此也可在所述连接部件与感应环之间形成底切部并且改进所述形状配合连接的连接部。
为了实施所述方法,所述感应环例如无间隙地嵌入到所述第一塑料部件的构造为容纳部的第一接合区域中。备选地,所述感应环能无间隙地套在所述第二塑料部件的第二接合区域上。由此能以有利的方式在安装顺序方面并且因此也在生产线方面实现高的自由度。

具体实施方式
如由图1至图8可以看出,所示出的按照本发明的连接组件10A、10B的实施例均包括第一塑料部件20、20A、20B、第二塑料部件30、30A、30B和封闭的感应环40。第一塑料部件20、20A、20B具有构造为容纳部的第一接合区域22,并且第二塑料部件30、30A、30B在一端具有插入到第一接合区域22中的第二接合区域32。感应环40在所述接合区域22、32处至少部分地熔合到所述两个塑料部件20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B中,从而在第一塑料部件20、20A、20B的第一塑料熔体与第二塑料部件30、30A、30B的第二塑料熔体34之间的接触区域形成材料连接的连接部。在此,感应环40在形成至少一个第一底切部14的情况下熔合到第一塑料部件20、20A、20B中,并且在形成至少一个第二底切部16的情况下熔合到第二塑料部件30、30A、30B中,从而在各塑料部件20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B与感应环40之间分别形成形状配合连接的连接部。

如由图4进一步可以看出,在所示出的实施例中,所述感应环40以无间隙的方式嵌入到第一塑料部件20B的构造为容纳部的第一接合区域22中。备选地,所述感应环40能以无间隙的方式套在第二塑料部件30B的第二接合区域32上。这类似地适用于参考图1和图2所描述的实施例。
如由图7进一步可以看出,所述感应环40的基体46在所示出的实施例中是圆柱形空心体46C,所述圆柱形空心体在其侧面中具有多个成排布置的、具有菱形横截面42B的开口42,其中所述菱形的角部是倒圆的。此外,所述圆柱形空心体46C的侧面在上下边缘分别具有波形凹部43、43A。备选地,所述空心体46C也可以是截锥体形的。

1.一种连接组件(10A、10B),具有第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)、第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)和封闭的感应环(40),其中所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)具有构造为容纳部的第一接合区域(22),并且所述第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)在一端具有插入到所述第一接合区域(22)中的第二接合区域(32),其中所述感应环(40)在接合区域(22、32)处至少部分地熔合到两个塑料部件(20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B)中,从而在所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)的第一塑料熔体(24)与第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)的第二塑料熔体(34)之间的接触区域处形成材料连接的连接部,其中所述感应环(40)在形成至少一个第一底切部(14)的情况下熔合到所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)中,并且在形成至少一个第二底切部(16)的情况下熔合到所述第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)中,从而在所述塑料部件(20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B)与所述感应环(40)之间分别形成形状配合连接的连接部,其特征在于,所述封闭的感应环(40)具有构造为圆柱形空心体或圆锥形空心体(46A、46B)的基体(46),其中,所述基体(46)在其侧面中具有至少一个凹部(43),所述至少一个凹部(43)是波形凹部(43A)或搭环形凹部(43B)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的连接组件(10A、10B),其特征在于,所述第一塑料部件(20、20A)的第一接合区域(22)是圆柱形容纳开口(22A),并且所述第二塑料部件(30、30A)的第二接合区域(32)是圆柱形区段(32A),其能以不形成间隙的方式插入到所述第一塑料部件(20、20A)的圆柱形容纳开口(22A)中。
3.根据权利要求1所述的连接组件(10A、10B),其特征在于,所述第一塑料部件(20、20B)的第一接合区域(22)是圆锥形容纳开口(22B),并且所述第二塑料部件(30、30B)的第二接合区域(32)是圆锥形区段(32B),其能整体地插入到所述第二塑料部件(20、20B)的圆锥形容纳开口(22B)中。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接组件(10A、10B),其特征在于,所述封闭的感应环(40)由金属或由导电的塑料或由以铁磁性颗粒填充的塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接组件(10A、10B),其特征在于,所述基体(46)在其侧面中具有至少一个开口(42)。
6.根据权利要求5所述的连接组件(10A、10C),其特征在于,所述至少一个开口(42)具有圆形横截面(42A)或多边形横截面(42B)。
7.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的连接组件(10A、10B),其特征在于,所述基体(46)在其侧面中局部地具有滚花和/或压纹。
8.一种用于将第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)和第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)焊接在一起的方法,所述第一塑料部件具有构造为容纳部的第一接合区域(22),所述第二塑料部件在一端具有第二接合区域(32),其中在所述两个塑料部件(20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B)的接合区域(22、32)之间布置有封闭的感应环(40),其中所述封闭的感应环(40)通过交变电磁场被加热,并且使所述两个塑料部件(20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B)的塑料聚合物熔化,其中被熔化的塑料部件(20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B)在压力下朝向彼此运动,从而在所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)的第一塑料熔体(24)与第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)的第二塑料熔体(34)之间的接触区域处形成材料连接的连接部,其特征在于,所述感应环(40)具有构造为圆柱形空心体或圆锥形空心体(46A、46B)的基体(46),所述基体(46)在其侧面中具有至少一个凹部(43),所述至少一个凹部(43)是波形凹部(43A)或搭环形凹部(43B),并且在形成至少一个第一底切部(14)的情况下熔合到所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)中,并且在形成至少一个第二底切部(16)的情况下熔合到所述第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)中,从而在所述塑料部件(20、20A、20B、30、30A、30B)与所述感应环(40)之间分别形成形状配合连接的连接部。
9.根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述感应环(40)无间隙地嵌入到所述第一塑料部件(20、20A、20B)的构造为容纳部的第一接合区域(22)中或者无间隙地套在所述第二塑料部件(30、30A、30B)的第二接合区域(32)上。
