在图3所示的第三步骤中,将具有导体11的电缆10沿着与纵向方向L平行的插入方向I插入圆筒状的端部部分25,以使圆筒状的端部部分25沿着周向方向C围绕导体11。在部分25的外侧处,存在绝缘织物30。
图4示出了第四步骤,其中,将端部部分25插入压接元件50中,特别是插入由压接元件50形成的容纳部52中。随后,使压接元件50,特别是压接部分55变形,使得压接部分55围绕导体11、金属织物20和绝缘织物30。然后,压接部分55沿周向方向C闭合,并且特别是在导体11和金属织物20之间形成压配合,使得在两者之间实现可靠的电接触。
图5示出了通过图1至4的方法产生的电连接组件100的实施例的横截面。压接部分55包括两个实施为压接侧面56的支腿59,压接侧面56附接至基部57。压接部分55限定了一容积,电导体11、金属织物20和绝缘织物30位于其中。压接元件50通过绝缘织物30在导体11和金属织物20之间产生间接压配合。
导体11包括若干单个股线12,但是在另一示例中,导体11也可以仅包括一根粗线或股线12。类似地,金属织物20包括若干丝线23,其可以由金属制成或包括金属,例如为覆层形式的。
图6示出了另一可能的实施例。在该示例中,绝缘织物30已经部分地从电元件90移除。由此,可以实现压接元件50的压接部55、金属织物20和导体11之间的直接按压连接。绝缘织物30可以例如通过切割或加热来去除。
在图7中,示出了通过由图6中的部件形成的电连接组件100的横截面。可以看出,连接器11的股线12、金属织物20的丝线23和压接元件50直接电和机械接触。同样,压接部分55沿着周向方向C闭合。两个支腿59或压接侧面56已经朝向彼此弯曲,使得它们的端部接触。压接部分55的高力的塑性变形导致即使在主动变形步骤之后也仍然保持按压力并且此后产生恒定压力。
图8示出了为电加热元件91形式的整个电元件90。电元件90包括加热部分93,该加热部分93电连接至接触区域96,电缆10又附接至接触区域96。在接触区域96中,存在两条金属织物20,二者均位于绝缘织物13的顶部。金属织物20经由压接元件50附接到电缆10。这使得容易进行连接。
在图9中,示出了用于电连接组件100的套件。该套件包括具有导体11的电缆10,导体11包括若干单个股线12,具有两个压接部分55的压接元件50,以及附接到绝缘织物13上的金属织物20。如图10中所示的,电缆11的导体11可以缠绕有金属织物20并插入压接元件50中。
在图11中,示出了电连接组件100的另一实施例,其类似于由图9和图10的实施例产生的电连接组件。然而,在该实施例中,金属织物20、绝缘织物30和电缆10向远离压接元件50的同一侧突出。

Claims (10)

1.一种电连接组件(100),包括具有导体(11)的电缆(10)、与所述导体(11)电接触的金属织物(20),所述电连接组件(100)还包括压接元件(50),其中压接元件(50)在导体(11)和金属织物(20)之间产生压力。
2.根据权利要求1所述的电连接组件(100),其中,绝缘织物(30)位于所述压接元件(50)和所述金属织物(20)之间。
3.根据权利要求2所述的电连接组件(100),其中,所述金属织物(20)和所述绝缘织物(30)是电元件(90)的一部分。
4.根据权利要求2或3之一所述的电连接组件(100),其中,所述金属织物(20)和所述绝缘织物(30)是所述电元件(90)的接触部分(96)的一部分。
5.根据权利要求2至4之一所述的电连接组件(100),其中,所述绝缘织物(30)与所述金属织物(20)机械地互连。
6.根据权利要求1至5之一所述的电连接组件(100),其中,所述压接元件(50)围绕所述导体(11)和/或所述金属织物(20)。
7.一种将电缆(10)的导体(11)与金属织物(20)电连接的方法,其中,压接元件(50)用于将导体(11)和金属织物(20)按压成电接触。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其中,绝缘织物(30)位于所述压接元件(50)与所述金属织物(20)之间。
9.根据权利要求7或8之一所述的方法,其中,将所述金属织物(20)和所述导体(11)插入由所述压接元件(50)形成的容纳部(52)中,并且随后将所述压接元件(50)围绕金属织物(20)和导体(11)压接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,首先将导体(11)与金属织物(20)接合,然后将两者的组合插入压接元件(50)的容纳部(52)中。
