Description

电子管的真空封接装置
本发明涉及电子管(例如显像管)的真空封接装置,该装置具有一真空泵系统及其与电子管之间的管形连接件,可以在电子管抽真空后,借助一熔封单元把电子管封接。
用一专门适于特定生产工艺的泵系统可对电子管抽真空。以玻璃为外壳的电子管通常经一玻璃管连接到泵系统上。这些玻璃管,技术术语称为“泵道”(pump stem),在抽真空后,以熔封的方式与泵系统分离。泵道对着电子管的一端因为电子管插入其中,会留下一部分。在连续的生产中,利用一种称为熔封单元的设备进行熔封。
该熔封单元由许多部件组成,它们轴向装配在一起示于图1。
电子管1被泵系统2抽真空。电子管和泵系统之间的连接是由管形件4(即泵道)实现的。为了保持泵道中气导尽可能高,从而抽气时间最少,抽气时间要尽可能短。这就意味着,管座16和泵系统2必须相互紧密安装。在管座16和泵系统2之间是熔封单元5。熔封单元5由带有盖8的外壳6、各绝缘件9、10、11和加热线圈6组成。为了更换加热线圈,熔封单元必须是可拆卸的。这可在拧下螺钉12后在轴向完成。基于前述理由,轴向设计要非常紧凑。把握电子管的外端件3及其在泵气过程中的元件使拆卸工作非常不方便和耗时。
加热线圈是一个高温部分,因此,有很大消耗。这个部件需要频繁理更换。对于连续生产来说,鉴于复杂性和时间,这些部件的更换和维护任务带来许多问题。希望能快速而有效的完成制造操作。如上所述,传统设计是不能令人满意的。
本发明的目的是设计熔封单元,在连续生产的情况下,更换加热线圈,也可以进行其他维护任务而不用大量花费和占用大量时间。
本发明的目的是通过如下设备实现的:在所述的电子管真空封接设备中,加热线圈由一壳体径向和轴向包围,壳体的一个部件可以横向取下,从而加热线圈也能够沿所述部件取下,而无需松开拧紧的连接部分,而且用一个锁紧的连接部分,例如弹簧来固定所述元件。本发明的设计不需要工具,很容易从径向上取下熔封单元,更换线圈,以及重新组装。
本发明将根据电子管的实例来解释,但并不限于真空密封电子管,它可用于所有的用熔封方式实现的永久性封接的真空密封。
参照图2将更详细地解释本发明。
根据本发明的结构,不需要从轴向上取下熔封单元。它包括壳体13,壳体包围着加热线圈6和轴向的绝缘件。壳体13的一个部件14可以横向取下。用这个部件,可以取下加热圈6和绝缘件,而勿需松开拧紧的连接件。整个熔封单元由锁紧单元15例如弹簧,组合在一起,锁紧单元在部件14取下之前可以被释放。

Claims (1)

1.一种电子管真空封接装置,具有真空泵系统(2)及其与电子管(1)之间的管形连接件(4)在电子管轴真空后,以熔封方式将电子管永久性真空封接,由一特殊熔封单元(5)完成熔封,该熔封单元装有加热线圈(6),其特征在于,所述加热线圈(6)被一壳体(13)轴向和径向围绕,该壳体(13)的一部件(14)可以横向取下,而勿需松开拧紧的连接部份,一个锁紧件(15),例如弹簧,用来保持部件(14)。
