本发明涉及植物提取技术领域,具体的说,尤其涉及一种牡丹鲜花水及其制备方法。
背景技术
牡丹花素有“花中之王,国色天香”的美誉。但自古以来仅作为一种观赏花卉,中药材方面则主要取其根皮(即丹皮),近年来,随着牡丹籽油进入新资源食品行列,牡丹种植面积呈几何级数递增,牡丹花的产量大的惊人,为了充分利用这一废弃资源,许多专家学者先后对牡丹花的成分和应用展开了全面研究。结果发现其中的牡丹鲜花水是日化产品、饮品和食品的一种优质原料。目前,对牡丹鲜花水的有效成分及提取工艺已有比较深入的研究,但还不能满足日化品、饮品和食品特别是化妆品对其的需求,因此牡丹鲜花水的提取和应用还应进一步的研究。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种牡丹鲜花水及其制备方法,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种牡丹鲜花水,由牡丹鲜花或牡丹鲜花与芍药鲜花的混合物经萃取工艺制得。
一种牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,该制备方法按如下步骤进行:
S1:采摘新鲜花朵,随采随装,装入恒温车内运输;
S2:鲜花前处理,将采摘的鲜花去除花梗、花托得到纯净花瓣和雄蕊,再经揉搓、压片或直接经榨水脱除部分鲜花汁液;
S3:萃取,将鲜花加入萃取剂,在萃取罐中进行萃取,萃取液静置分层,取出下层溶液即为鲜花水;
S4:精制鲜花水,将S3中的鲜花水,经脱色、粗滤、精滤、超高温瞬时灭菌即得牡丹鲜花水成品。
优选的,所述S1中鲜花采摘时间为早晨6-10点,牡丹花成熟度为花朵绽口至初开,恒温车内温度为0.5℃-3℃。
优选的,所述S3中的萃取剂为甲醚、丁烷、丙烷、乙醇中的一种或多种的混合液,萃取剂的重量为原料的0.8-7倍,萃取温度为18-45℃,压力0.1-1.5MPa,萃取时间为1-6h;萃取液静置1.5-2h后放出下层的溶液为鲜花水。
优选的,所述S4中采用活性炭脱色使鲜花水达到基本无色透明,活性炭加量为2%-5%。
优选的,所述S4中精滤系采用微滤膜过滤,滤膜孔径规格1-10μm,过滤压力为2-3MPa。

在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用不同于在此描述的其他方式来实施,因此,本发明并不限于下面公开说明书的具体实施例的限制。
实施例1
一种牡丹鲜花水,由牡丹鲜花或牡丹鲜花与芍药鲜花的混合物经萃取工艺制得。
本实施例中的牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
S1:采摘新鲜花朵,鲜花采摘时间为早晨6点,牡丹花成熟度为花朵绽口至初开,随采随装,装入温度为0.5℃的恒温车内运输;
S2:鲜花前处理,将采摘的鲜花去除花梗、花托得到纯净花瓣和雄蕊,再经揉搓、压片或直接经榨水脱除部分鲜花汁液;
S3:萃取,将鲜花加入萃取剂甲醚中,萃取剂的重量为原料的0.8倍,在萃取罐中进行萃取,萃取温度为18℃,压力0.1MPa,萃取时间为1h;萃取液静置1.5h后分层,取出下层溶液即为鲜花水;
S4:精制鲜花水,将S3中的鲜花水,经脱色、粗滤、精滤、超高温瞬时灭菌即得牡丹鲜花水成品,其中,脱色采用2%的活性炭使鲜花水达到基本无色透明;精滤采用微滤膜过滤,滤膜孔径规格1μm,过滤压力为2Mpa;超高温瞬时灭菌的灭菌温度115℃、灭菌时间4s。
本实施例中的牡丹鲜花水在日化品、饮品和食品中的应用,牡丹鲜花水在膏类日化品中添加0.1-0.5%,在霜类日化品中添加0.2-0.6%,在面膜类日化品中添加0.14-0.45%,在牙膏类日化品中添加0.3-0.55%,在饮品中添加0.45-0.68%,在食品中添加0.38-0.75%。
实施例2
一种牡丹鲜花水,由牡丹鲜花或牡丹鲜花与芍药鲜花的混合物经萃取工艺制得。
本实施例中的牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
S1:采摘新鲜花朵,鲜花采摘时间为早晨8点,牡丹花成熟度为花朵绽口至初开,随采随装,装入温度为1.75℃的恒温车内运输;
S2:鲜花前处理,将采摘的鲜花去除花梗、花托得到纯净花瓣和雄蕊,再经揉搓、压片或直接经榨水脱除部分鲜花汁液;
S3:萃取,将鲜花加入萃取剂丁烷、丙烷的混合物中,萃取剂的重量为原料的3.9倍,在萃取罐中进行萃取,萃取温度为31.5℃,压力0.8MPa,萃取时间为3.5h;萃取液静置1.75h后分层,取出下层溶液即为鲜花水;
S4:精制鲜花水,将S3中的鲜花水,经脱色、粗滤、精滤、超高温瞬时灭菌即得牡丹鲜花水成品,其中,脱色采用3.5%的活性炭使鲜花水达到基本无色透明;精滤采用微滤膜过滤,滤膜孔径规格5.5μm,过滤压力为2.5Mpa;超高温瞬时灭菌的灭菌温度125℃、灭菌时间5s。
本实施例中的牡丹鲜花水在日化品、饮品和食品中的应用,牡丹鲜花水在膏类日化品中添加0.1-0.5%,在霜类日化品中添加0.2-0.6%,在面膜类日化品中添加0.14-0.45%,在牙膏类日化品中添加0.3-0.55%,在饮品中添加0.45-0.68%,在食品中添加0.38-0.75%。
实施例3
一种牡丹鲜花水,由牡丹鲜花或牡丹鲜花与芍药鲜花的混合物经萃取工艺制得。
本实施例中的牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,按如下步骤进行:
S1:采摘新鲜花朵,鲜花采摘时间为早晨10点,牡丹花成熟度为花朵绽口至初开,随采随装,装入温度为3℃的恒温车内运输;
S2:鲜花前处理,将采摘的鲜花去除花梗、花托得到纯净花瓣和雄蕊,再经揉搓、压片或直接经榨水脱除部分鲜花汁液;
S3:萃取,将鲜花加入萃取剂乙醇中,萃取剂的重量为原料的7倍,在萃取罐中进行萃取,萃取温度为45℃,压力1.5MPa,萃取时间为6h;萃取液静置2h后分层,取出下层溶液即为鲜花水;
S4:精制鲜花水,将S3中的鲜花水,经脱色、粗滤、精滤、超高温瞬时灭菌即得牡丹鲜花水成品,其中,脱色采用5%的活性炭使鲜花水达到基本无色透明;精滤采用微滤膜过滤,滤膜孔径规格10μm,过滤压力为3Mpa;超高温瞬时灭菌的灭菌温度135℃、灭菌时间6s。
本实施例中的牡丹鲜花水在日化品、饮品和食品中的应用,牡丹鲜花水在膏类日化品中添加0.1-0.5%,在霜类日化品中添加0.2-0.6%,在面膜类日化品中添加0.14-0.45%,在牙膏类日化品中添加0.3-0.55%,在饮品中添加0.45-0.68%,在食品中添加0.38-0.75%。
本发明提供的一种牡丹鲜花水及其制备方法,采用萃取技术,保证鲜花的营养成分不破坏、不变性、不污染,无残留;使用添加牡丹(芍药)天然鲜花水的日用品、饮品和食品,可以减少或杜绝化学合成原料的使用,有利于人体健康,有利于保护皮肤。

Claims (8)
1.一种牡丹鲜花水,其特征在于,由牡丹鲜花或牡丹鲜花与芍药鲜花的混合物经萃取工艺制得。
2.一种牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:采摘新鲜花朵,随采随装,装入恒温车内运输;
S2:鲜花前处理,将采摘的鲜花去除花梗、花托得到纯净花瓣和雄蕊,再经揉搓、压片或直接经榨水脱除部分鲜花汁液;
S3:萃取,将鲜花加入萃取剂,在萃取罐中进行萃取,萃取液静置分层,取出下层溶液即为鲜花水;
S4:精制鲜花水,将S3中的鲜花水,经脱色、粗滤、精滤、超高温瞬时灭菌即得牡丹鲜花水成品。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S1中鲜花采摘时间为早晨6-10点,牡丹花成熟度为花朵绽口至初开,恒温车内温度为0.5℃-3℃。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S3中的萃取剂为甲醚、丁烷、丙烷、乙醇中的一种或多种的混合液,萃取剂的重量为原料的0.8-7倍,萃取温度为18-45℃,压力0.1-1.5MPa,萃取时间为1-6h;萃取液静置1.5-2h后放出下层的溶液为鲜花水。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中采用活性炭脱色使鲜花水达到基本无色透明,活性炭加量为2%-5%。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4中精滤采用微滤膜过滤,滤膜孔径规格1-10μm,过滤压力为2-3MPa。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种牡丹鲜花水的制备方法,其特征在于,所述S4超高温瞬时灭菌中灭菌温度115-135℃、灭菌时间4-6s。
8.一种牡丹鲜花水在日化品、饮品和食品中的应用,其特征在于,所述牡丹鲜花水在膏类日化品中添加0.1-0.5%,在霜类日化品中添加0.2-0.6%,在面膜类日化品中添加0.14-0.45%,在牙膏类日化品中添加0.3-0.55%,在饮品中添加0.45-0.68%,在食品中添加0.38-0.75%。
