络合剂选自二氯化钙和氯化锂中的一种。
纳米二氧化硅经表面改性剂进行表面改性处理得到,表面改性剂为钛酸酯偶联剂或复合铝钛酸酯偶联剂。
开口剂选自滑石粉、高岭土、二氧化硅、硅藻土、云母、碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙中的一种或者几种混合物。
硅烷偶联剂选自乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸脂类中的一种或任意几种混合物。
实施例二
本实施例与其他实施例的区别在于,在本实施例中:按重量份包括50份的尼龙6、25份的聚乙烯、10份的聚乳酸、2份的光降解剂、1份的光稳定剂、2份的络合剂、2份纳米二氧化硅、0.5份的开口剂、2份的硅烷偶联剂、以及2份的增塑剂。
其中,光降解剂选用二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸铁,光稳定剂为重量比1:0.03:0.2的2-甲氧基-5-[2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)乙基]苯酚、叠氮磷酸二苯酯、2-(2-硝基苯胺基)-3-氰基-5-甲基噻吩混合物,络合剂选用二氯化钙,纳米二氧化硅经钛酸酯偶联剂进行表面改性处理得到,开口剂选用滑石粉,硅烷偶联剂选用乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷。
实施例三
本实施例与其他实施例的区别在于,在本实施例中:按重量份包括55份的尼龙6、23份的聚乙烯、12份的聚乳酸、2.5份的光降解剂、1.5份的光稳定剂、3份的络合剂、3份纳米二氧化硅、1份的开口剂、2.5份的硅烷偶联剂、以及3份的增塑剂。
具体的,光降解剂选用二苯甲酮,光稳定剂为重量比1:0.05:0.3的2-甲氧基-5-[2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)乙基]苯酚、叠氮磷酸二苯酯、2-(2-硝基苯胺基)-3-氰基-5-甲基噻吩混合物,络合剂选用氯化锂,纳米二氧化硅经复合铝钛酸酯偶联剂进行表面改性处理得到,开口剂选用二氧化硅,硅烷偶联剂选用乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷。
实施例四
本实施例与其他实施例的区别在于,在本实施例中:按重量份包括60份的尼龙6、25份的聚乙烯、10份的聚乳酸、3份的光降解剂、2份的光稳定剂、5份的络合剂、4份纳米二氧化硅、1份的开口剂、3份的硅烷偶联剂、以及4份的增塑剂。
具体的,光降解剂选用邻苯二甲酸氢铈,光稳定剂为重量比1:0.06:0.4的2-甲氧基-5-[2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)乙基]苯酚、叠氮磷酸二苯酯、2-(2-硝基苯胺基)-3-氰基-5-甲基噻吩混合物,络合剂选用二氯化钙,纳米二氧化硅经酸酯偶联剂进行表面改性处理得到,开口剂选用碳酸钙,硅烷偶联剂选用γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷。

Claims (8)
1.一种可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,按重量份包括以下材料组分:50-60份的尼龙6、20-25份的聚乙烯、10-15份的聚乳酸、2-3份的光降解剂、1-2份的光稳定剂、2-5份的络合剂、2-4份纳米二氧化硅、0.5-1份的开口剂、2-3份的硅烷偶联剂、以及2-4份的增塑剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,所述光降解剂选自二烷基二硫代氨基甲酸铁、二苯甲酮、乙酰基丙酮钴、新癸酸锆、邻苯二甲酸氢铈、硬脂酸铈、硬脂酸铁中的一种或几种混合物。
3.根据权利要求2所述的可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,所述光稳定剂为重量比1:0.03-0.06:0.2-0.4的2-甲氧基-5-[2-(3,4,5-三甲氧基苯基)乙基]苯酚、叠氮磷酸二苯酯、2-(2-硝基苯胺基)-3-氰基-5-甲基噻吩混合物。
4.根据权利要求1所述的可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,所述络合剂选自二氯化钙和氯化锂中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,所述纳米二氧化硅经表面改性剂进行表面改性处理得到,表面改性剂为钛酸酯偶联剂或复合铝钛酸酯偶联剂。
6.根据权利要求1所述的可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,所述开口剂选自滑石粉、高岭土、二氧化硅、硅藻土、云母、碳酸钙、磷酸氢钙中的一种或者几种混合物。
7.根据权利要求1所述的可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,所述硅烷偶联剂选自乙烯基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三(β-甲氧基乙氧基)硅烷、γ-氨丙基三乙氧基硅烷、乙烯基三甲氧基硅烷中的一种或几种。
8.根据权利要求1所述的可光解的尼龙薄膜,其特征在于,所述增塑剂选自邻苯二甲酸脂类中的一种或任意几种混合物。
