The automatic gas-filled sealing equipment of the gas column bag has the following action sequence:
after the start button is pressed, the inflating nozzle 4 extends out, and air flows out from the inflating head; when the starting button is released, the sliding piece 13 moves upwards together with the bottom die 14, meanwhile, the first clamping and stretching cylinder 5 and the pressing block 16 connected with the first clamping and stretching cylinder move downwards, and the bottom die 14 and the pressing block 16 jointly fix an air column bag to be inflated;
when the pressure sensor detects that the air pressure in the air column bag reaches a set value, the alarm device on the equipment can automatically alarm, at the moment, the controller sends an inflation stopping signal to the inflation device, and the inflation nozzle 4 retracts to reset;
the clamping piece 15 moves downwards, then the pressing block 16 resets upwards, the heat-sealing heating component 9 moves downwards to heat-seal the inflation inlet, and after the set heat-sealing time is reached, the clamping piece 15, the heat-sealing heating component 9, the sliding component and the bottom die 14 all reset;
at which time a complete action is completed.
It should be noted that the inflation stop signal is a signal of a pressure value of the pressure sensor, a signal for artificially detecting normal inflation is superimposed, and a signal obtained by manually pressing a confirmation button is double-confirmed to ensure accurate inflation.
