Background
The blue glue printing process is a process for printing a layer of blue glue on some parts of a PCB in a screen printing mode or an aluminum sheet screen printing mode and playing a role in protection and resistance welding after curing. When only holes with the aperture smaller than 2.0mm need to be sealed by blue gel, the blue gel can be directly printed by adopting a screen printing mode, and the holes can be sealed while the board surface is printed; if the holes with the aperture larger than 2.0mm need to be sealed by blue gel, and the shape of the blue gel is regular, an aluminum sheet silk-screen printing mode can be directly adopted; however, the blue glue is irregular in shape, and is inconvenient to use for forming an aluminum sheet, and the current method which is commonly used in the industry is to simultaneously print a plate surface by adopting a screen printing mode and seal holes by adopting the aluminum sheet. The current industry is more common in the preparation method of the blue printing glue: drilling an aluminum sheet, plugging holes with blue glue, curing, printing the blue glue on the surface of the board by screen printing, and curing. At this time, two tools, namely blue gel film and aluminum sheet, are needed, and the process is complicated.

step 6, drying the screen printing plate: baking at 40 + -2 deg.C for 45-50min after development, and oven drying the screen plate developed in step 4;
step 7, punching: and (4) flattening the screen printing plate dried in the step (6), punching out the gauze at the position of the circular pattern on the circular pattern corresponding to the position of the PCB needing blue gel hole plugging by using a cylindrical belt puncher, and forming holes with the size equal to that of the position of the PCB needing blue gel hole plugging.
