本发明公开一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,将聚氨酯、羟基甲基纤维素、聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚乙烯醇、二水合酒石酸钠、六甲环三矽氧烷、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、薄荷叶和纳米二氧化硅混合形成原料A;将聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末、超高分子量聚乙烯粉末和多聚磷酸乙醇溶液混合形成原料B;将原料A、原料B、增塑剂和硅烷偶联剂加入高压均质机中混合均匀得到混合料C;将混合料C投入到熔融纺丝机中进行熔融纺丝,通过牵拉和烘干处理制得高强度以及高耐温性的纺织用纤维。

一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织用纤维技术领域,尤其是一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法。
背景技术
世界各国都把发展新材料作为发展经济、推动技术进步的重要方面。目前全球新型纤维产品的市场规模已超过千亿美元,成为纺织行业的新型“战略支柱产业”之一。纺织纤维可分为天然纤维和化学纤维。其中,化学纤维包括再生纤维、合成纤维和无机纤维。
纺织纤维大多采用熔融纺丝,现有的纺织纤维制备方法制备出的纺织纤维强度不高,耐高温性差,而且生产效率不高,成品率不高。
发明内容
为解决现有技术存在的上述问题,本发明提供一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用下述技术方案:
一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚氨酯40-60份、羟基甲基纤维素15-30份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15-20份、聚乙烯醇7-14份、二水合酒石酸钠3-5份、六甲环三矽氧烷2-4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-1.5份、薄荷叶2-3份和纳米二氧化硅1-1.5份混合,形成原料A;
步骤二,将聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末50-70份、超高分子量聚乙烯粉末10-25份和多聚磷酸乙醇溶液10-25份混合,形成原料B;
步骤三,将原料A、原料B、增塑剂和硅烷偶联剂加入高压均质机中混合均匀,得到混合料C;
步骤四,将混合料C投入到熔融纺丝机中,在340-350℃下熔融,以1800-1900米每分钟的纺丝速度进行纺丝,通过牵拉处理和烘干处理,制得纺织用纤维。
进一步地,多聚磷酸乙醇溶液中多聚磷酸与乙醇的体积比为1:1-1.2。
进一步地,步骤四中牵拉处理采用超倍热拉伸处理。
进一步地,步骤四的烘干过程在保护气氛或真空环境中进行,控制烘干温度为80-85℃,烘干时间为80-120min。
有益效果:
1.本发明中配合加入羟基甲基纤维素和聚二甲基硅氧烷,有利于提升聚酯纤维的强度,提升纺织纤维的强度,使得纺织更加坚固耐用,满足一些特殊使用需求。
2.本发明中的聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末是一种具有优异力学性能的可降解材料,并具备高阻燃、耐高温和耐腐蚀的优越性能;配合加入超高分子量聚乙烯粉末,能够对聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末的耐低温性能进行改善和提高,并可以提高聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末的柔度及降低密度。
3.本发明配合加入硅烷偶联剂,提高各组分之间的粘接强度,使亲和度更高。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明进一步说明。
实施例1
一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚氨酯50份、羟基甲基纤维素15份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、聚乙烯醇7份、二水合酒石酸钠3份、六甲环三矽氧烷4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.5份、薄荷叶3份和纳米二氧化硅1.5份混合,形成原料A;
步骤二,将聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末60份、超高分子量聚乙烯粉末25份和多聚磷酸乙醇溶液(多聚磷酸与乙醇的体积比为1:1)25份混合,形成原料B;
步骤三,将原料A、原料B、增塑剂和硅烷偶联剂加入高压均质机中混合均匀,得到混合料C;
步骤四,将混合料C投入到熔融纺丝机中,在340℃下熔融,以1800米每分钟的纺丝速度进行纺丝,通过超倍热拉伸处理,在保护气氛或真空环境中进行烘干处理,控制烘干温度为80℃,烘干时间为80min,制得纺织用纤维。
实施例2
一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚氨酯40份、羟基甲基纤维素20份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、聚乙烯醇12份、二水合酒石酸钠3份、六甲环三矽氧烷4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1.5份、薄荷叶3份和纳米二氧化硅1.5份混合,形成原料A;
步骤二,将聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末70份、超高分子量聚乙烯粉末10份和多聚磷酸乙醇溶液(多聚磷酸与乙醇的体积比为1:1.1)20份混合,形成原料B;
步骤三,将原料A、原料B、增塑剂和硅烷偶联剂加入高压均质机中混合均匀,得到混合料C;
步骤四,将混合料C投入到熔融纺丝机中,在345℃下熔融,以1850米每分钟的纺丝速度进行纺丝,通过超倍热拉伸处理,在保护气氛或真空环境中进行烘干处理,控制烘干温度为82℃,烘干时间为100min,制得纺织用纤维。
实施例3
步骤一,将聚氨酯55份、羟基甲基纤维素15份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15份、聚乙烯醇7份、二水合酒石酸钠3份、六甲环三矽氧烷2份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1份、薄荷叶2份和纳米二氧化硅1份混合,形成原料A;
步骤二,将聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末50份、超高分子量聚乙烯粉末25份和多聚磷酸乙醇溶液25份混合,形成原料B;
步骤三,将原料A、原料B、增塑剂和硅烷偶联剂加入高压均质机中混合均匀,得到混合料C;
步骤四,将混合料C投入到熔融纺丝机中,在350℃下熔融,以1900米每分钟的纺丝速度进行纺丝,通过超倍热拉伸处理,在保护气氛或真空环境中进行烘干处理,控制烘干温度为85℃,烘干时间为120min,制得纺织用纤维。

1.一种高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
步骤一,将聚氨酯40-60份、羟基甲基纤维素15-30份、聚二甲基硅氧烷15-20份、聚乙烯醇7-14份、二水合酒石酸钠3-5份、六甲环三矽氧烷2-4份、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮1-1.5份、薄荷叶2-3份和纳米二氧化硅1-1.5份混合,形成原料A;
步骤二,将聚对苯撑苯并二恶唑粉末50-70份、超高分子量聚乙烯粉末10-25份和多聚磷酸乙醇溶液10-25份混合,形成原料B;
步骤三,将原料A、原料B、增塑剂和硅烷偶联剂加入高压均质机中混合均匀,得到混合料C;
步骤四,将混合料C投入到熔融纺丝机中,在340-350℃下熔融,以1800-1900米每分钟的纺丝速度进行纺丝,通过牵拉处理和烘干处理,制得纺织用纤维。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述多聚磷酸乙醇溶液中多聚磷酸与乙醇的体积比为1:1-1.2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四中牵拉处理采用超倍热拉伸处理。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能纺织用纤维的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤四的烘干过程在保护气氛或真空环境中进行,控制烘干温度为80-85℃,烘干时间为80-120min。
