Rotating the gynostemma pentaphylla material along with the double helix in the opposite direction, separating juice and residues, collecting the gynostemma pentaphylla juice, performing centrifugal filtration by using a centrifugal machine, wherein the centrifugal parameter is 2500-2800 rpm and is 4-6 min, and collecting filtrate to obtain light brown clear liquid without chlorophyll; (3) putting the light brown clear liquid obtained in the step (2) into a freeze dryer for freeze drying, wherein the parameters during freeze drying are as follows: the flow rate is 2-5 mL/min, the drying temperature is-10 to-15 ℃, the rotation speed of a peristaltic pump is 10-15 r/min, the drying time is 2-4 h, after drying is finished, the dried powder is collected and is sieved by a 200-mesh sieve, and a powdery solid of gynostemma pentaphylla is obtained; (4) putting the freeze-dried gynostemma pentaphylla powder solid into a low-temperature plant cell wall breaking machine for wall breaking ultramicro, wherein the parameters during wall breaking ultramicro are as follows: the indoor temperature is 18-22 ℃, the humidity is 30-32%, the temperature of materials in the wall breaking pulverizer is-8 to-5 ℃, and the pulverizing time is 35-40 minutes; pulverizing into 1800 mesh powder to obtain herba Gynostemmatis extract.
