Traditional Chinese medicine extract powder granulating system and method for treating cervical spondylosis
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicine granulation, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine extract powder granulation system and method for treating cervical spondylosis.
Background
The information in this background section is only for enhancement of understanding of the general background of the invention and is not necessarily to be construed as an admission or any form of suggestion that this information forms the prior art that is already known to a person of ordinary skill in the art.
In the existing granulation method, the extract is filtered and boiled to remove large particles to obtain fine powder, and the fluidity is increased by utilizing the boiling process, and then spray granulation is carried out. However, through the process, some effective substances contained in the traditional Chinese medicine are removed, and the retention effect of the medicine effect is influenced.
However, in the complicated preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine components, different components are required to be respectively and independently extracted, then the components are combined together for granulation, and finally, the physical states of various extracts before mixing are different, such as flowability, compressibility, powder structure characteristics and the like. And due to different Chinese medicine types, the physical properties of the extracts obtained by different methods are different.
Therefore, when the conventional spray granulation method is adopted, the obtained powder component is not uniform and is liable to agglomerate and agglomerate due to the difference in flowability of the pharmaceutical ingredient during the process of flowing. The resulting dry powder has an uneven structure and uneven particle diameters due to the uneven composition. If the complex treatment process is adopted, the fluidity of the extract is improved, the retention of the drug effect is influenced, and the quality of the traditional Chinese medicine granules is influenced.

A Chinese medicine extract for treating cervical spondylopathy is prepared from two clear pastes, notoginseng powder and volatile oil. By utilizing the system, the obtained product has better fluidity and certain compressibility. The mixture is relatively uniform.
The clear paste is a mixed phase dispersion and is a complex organic compound system. Miscible dispersions comprising eutectic mixtures, solid solutions, amorphous precipitates, and the like. The miscible dispersion has a large surface area and surface energy, and therefore has increased moisture absorption and blocking characteristics.
The properties of the clear paste obtained by different clear paste preparation methods are different, and the properties of the clear paste obtained by the traditional Chinese medicine with different components are also different.
The mixing device is used for reducing the surface energy of the mixture, and after the surface energy is reduced, the wettability of the mixture is better, so that the materials in the mixture are more uniform, the flowability is better, and the granulation quality is better.

mixing the raw materials and the auxiliary materials at normal temperature and low temperature in sequence;
carrying out low-temperature freeze drying on the mixture;
and (4) carrying out dry granulation on the mixture obtained by low-temperature freeze drying.
One or more technical schemes of the invention have the following beneficial effects:
the granulation method suitable for the traditional Chinese medicine is obtained by considering the fluidity, compressibility and other aspects of the physical properties of the intermediate components of the traditional Chinese medicine extract.
After the mixing treatment of the granulating system, the difference between the fluidity and the compressibility of different extractum is met, and the fluidity of the mixture is improved from the aspect of influencing the surface energy of the fluidity of the mixture.
The raw materials and the auxiliary materials are comprehensively proportioned, so that the flowability and the compressibility of the mixture are in a proper range, the obtained granulated particles are facilitated, and the surface smoothness and the uniformity of the particles are better.
The quality and clinical curative effect of the traditional Chinese medicine granules are ensured, the granulation efficiency is improved, a reliable and rapid technical platform can be provided for the research of a traditional Chinese medicine forming process and a medicament prescription, and the traditional Chinese medicine granules have wide application prospects in the aspects of improving the research level of a traditional Chinese medicine extraction process, promoting the research of a traditional Chinese medicine preparation, promoting the modernization of a traditional Chinese medicine industry and promoting the export of the traditional Chinese medicine preparation.

Test example 2
The freeze-dried materials of example 1 and comparative example 1 were tabletted using a tabletting machine, and the powder obtained by drying the raw materials by spray drying was tabletted, specifically, the two clear pastes were mixed and boiled for 5 minutes, and then the notoginseng powder and the auxiliary materials (the ratio of the raw materials to the auxiliary materials was the same as in example 1) were added, followed by spray granulation, and the results were as shown in table 2. From fig. 2, it can be seen that the freeze-dried mix of example 1 has better compressibility, better cohesive impact than spray drying, and better friability of the powder. In comparative example 1, the proportion of the auxiliary materials was changed, and although the hardness was better, the sticking property was reduced as compared with example 1.
TABLE 2 compressibility
Figure BDA0002605929740000092
Test example 3
Example 1, comparative example 1 and comparison of the surface morphology of the granules obtained after spray drying and dry granulation, as shown in table 3, the spray drying method was the same as that of test example 2, and the operating conditions of dry granulation were the same as those of example 1. As can be seen from table 3, the particle size after granulation in example 1 was uniform, indicating that the granulation process in example 1 improved the granulation quality. The granules obtained by the spray drying and dry granulation methods are different in size and have a small amount of agglomeration. The particle diameter obtained in comparative example 1 is regular, but the surface of the particle has some pits, so that the whole granulation effect is influenced.
