Background
Bamboo fiber is cellulose fiber extracted from naturally growing bamboo, and the fifth most natural fiber is cotton, hemp, wool and silk. The bamboo fiber has the characteristics of good air permeability, instant water absorption, strong wear resistance, good dyeing property and the like.
The chemical components of the bamboo fibril are mainly cellulose, hemicellulose and lignin, the three belong to high glycan, the total amount accounts for more than 90% of the dry mass of the fiber, and the protein, fat, pectin, tannin, pigment, ash and the like exist in the inner cavity of a cell or a special organelle, and directly or indirectly participate in the physiological action of the cell. Cellulose is the main substance constituting the bamboo fibril cell and is also of significance for its ability to serve as a textile fiber. Due to the different ages of bamboos, the cellulose content of the bamboos is different, for example, the bamboo is 75% of tender bamboos of moso bamboos, 66% of young bamboos of 1 year and 58% of young bamboos of 3 years. The hemicellulose content of the bamboo fiber is generally 14-25%, the average content of the moso bamboo is about 22.7%, and the content is reduced along with the increase of the age of the bamboo, such as 24.9% of the bamboo grown in 2 years and 23.6% of the bamboo grown in 4 years.
In the bamboo fiber degumming process, the bamboo fiber treated by the traditional degumming process has poor antibacterial and bacteriostatic effects, and the treated bamboo fiber has low health care, moisture absorption and desorption, heat retention, softness and comfort.

s1: selecting materials, namely selecting a Sagittaria sagittifolia material as a raw material of a degumming process, and cleaning and drying the raw material for later use;
s2: rolling, namely, putting the Sasa albo-marginata into a rolling and sorting equipment machine for rolling treatment to obtain broken branches, and dividing the branches into pieces for later use;
s3: weighing 1000kg of the bamboo chips split in the step S2, and weighing 1000kg of cellulase for later use;
s4: sealing reaction, namely pouring the bamboo chips weighed in the step S3 into a sealing tank for sealing reaction, adding water for soaking for 3-5 days, generating fructose, hemicellulose and impurities after degumming reaction, and obtaining degummed and dried bamboo strips for later use by using a degreasing method;
s5: performing health maintenance culture, namely adding 1000kg of the cellulase weighed in the step S3 into the degummed and dried bamboo strips in the step S4, and performing health maintenance culture for 24 hours;
s6: inactivating, namely adding an enzyme agent into the material in the step S5 to inactivate so that the quality of the bamboo fiber does not damage the fiber component;
s7: filtering, namely filtering the raw material in the step S6, and respectively collecting bamboo fiber and filtrate for later use
S8: recovering bacteria liquid, namely adding an enzyme agent into the filtrate obtained in the step S7 again to form a usable bacteria liquid pool for recovery, wherein no excrement exists, and zero waste discharge is achieved;
s9: and (5) pressing and carding, namely pressing and carding the bamboo fiber collected in the step S7 on a carding machine to obtain the textile bamboo fiber.
Preferably, the cleaning in the step S1 is performed by using a high-pressure water gun, and the temperature of the drying process is 30 to 40 ℃.

Preferably, the solution soaking temperature is 35 ℃ when the sealing reaction is performed in the step S4.
Preferably, the enzyme agent in step S6 and step S8 is soda water spraying fiber bamboo strip solvent, and the concentration is 1%.

The cleaning in the step S1 is carried out by adopting a high-pressure water gun flushing mode, the drying process is carried out at the temperature of 30 ℃, the sealing tank in the step S4 adopts a stainless steel sealing tank structure, the solution soaking temperature is 35 ℃ during the sealing reaction in the step S4, the enzyme agents in the steps S6 and S8 are both soda water fiber bamboo strip spraying solvents, the using concentrations are 1%, the using amount of the enzyme agent in the step S6 is 30% of the total materials, the using amount of the enzyme agent in the step S8 is 5% of the filtrate, the bacterium liquid recovered in the step S8 is quantitatively filled in a vacuum filling machine, and the carding machine in the step S9 adopts a high-uniformity semi-fine carding machine.
