It should be noted that, in the storage rack 10 of this preferred embodiment, at least one second rail 105 disposed perpendicular to the first rail 103 may be further added, the second baffle 106 is a baffle disposed at the bottom on the second rail 105, the platform 101 includes a second through hole 112 matching with the number of the second rail 105, and the second baffle 106 can move back and forth along the second rail 105 through the second through hole 112 of the platform 101. The first flap 104 and the second flap 106 move back and forth along the first rail 103 and the second rail 105, respectively, to change the size of the storage bin 107 to store different sized sheets.
In one embodiment, as shown in fig. 2, the storage rack 10 is provided with an automatic lifting platform 101 and can store plates of different sizes.
It should be noted that the storage rack 10 of the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention can store the sheet materials not only for the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention, but also for other automatic film tearing apparatuses or other automatic apparatuses that need to store sheet materials.
Material taking device
Fig. 3 and 4 are perspective views illustrating a process of taking a sheet from the magazine 10 by the material taking device 40 of the automatic film tearing apparatus, and as shown in fig. 3 and 4, the material taking device 40 takes out a sheet from the magazine 10 and conveys the sheet to the first film tearing station 20.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, the material taking device 40 includes a first arm 401 and a first holding portion 400 fixedly connected to an end of the first arm 401, the first arm 401 can drive the first holding portion to reciprocate between the storage rack 10 and the first film tearing station 20, and the first holding portion 400 can absorb and release the upper surface of the sheet material. When the first robot arm 401 drives the first holding portion to move from the first film tearing station 20 to the storage rack 10, the first holding portion 400 adsorbs a sheet of plate material from the storage rack 10, then the first robot arm 401 drives the first holding portion 400 with the plate material adsorbed thereon to move from the storage rack 10 to the first film tearing station 20, and then the first holding portion 400 releases the adsorbed plate material 100 and places the plate material at the first film tearing station 20.
Referring to fig. 3, in one embodiment, the first holding part 400 includes a plurality of first suction pads 403 and a first suction pad driving device 404, the first suction pads 403 suck and release the sheet material by being driven by the first suction pad driving device 404, and the first suction pads 403 move up and down between two predetermined positions in a longitudinal direction by being driven by the first suction pad driving device 404. When the first mechanical arm 401 drives the first holding portion to move from the first film tearing station 20 to the storage rack 10, or when the first mechanical arm 401 is located at the storage rack 10 (initial state), the plurality of first suction cups 403 move downward and suck the upper surface of the uppermost plate in the storage cavity 107 under the driving of the first suction cup driving device 405, and then the plurality of first suction cups 403 drive the uppermost plate to move upward under the driving of the first suction cup driving device 405. Subsequently, the first robot 401 drives the first holding portion 400 to move from the storage rack 10 to the first film tearing station 20 together with the sheet material 100, the plurality of first suction cups 403 move downward and release the sheet material to the first film tearing station 20 under the driving of the first suction cup driving device 405, and then the plurality of first suction cups 403 move upward under the driving of the first suction cup 403 driving device.
The take-off device 40 of the above embodiment delivers the sheet material to the first film tearing station 20 by adsorbing the upper surface 1002 of the uppermost single sheet material in the magazine 107. However, due to adhesion between some sheets (for example, plastic sheets), when the first suction tray 403 sucks the upper surface of the uppermost sheet, other sheets contacting the lower surface of the uppermost sheet may be simultaneously conveyed to the first film tearing station 20.
In order to increase the probability that the material taking device 40 takes only one sheet at a time, as shown in fig. 3 and 4, in a preferred embodiment, the material taking device 40 is provided with a vibrator 406 which is fixedly connected with the first holding part 400, and after the first suction cup 403 of the first holding part sucks one sheet from the magazine 10 and moves upward in the longitudinal direction, the vibrator contacts with the upper surface of the sucked sheet, and the vibrator presses the sucked sheet downward to form a curved surface so that the sucked sheet is separated from other sheets in the magazine chamber 107.
In order to improve the probability that the material taking device 40 takes only one sheet at a time, in another preferred embodiment, the first holding part is additionally provided with a material lifting suction cup 402 and a material lifting driving device 404, the material lifting suction cup 402 can adsorb and release the sheet under the driving of the material lifting driving device 404, and the material lifting suction cup 402 can move up and down between two preset positions along the longitudinal direction under the driving of the material lifting driving device. The material taking process comprises the following steps:
the first mechanical arm 401 drives the first holding portion to move from the first film tearing station 20 to the storage rack 10, or the apparatus is just started, the first mechanical arm 401 is located at the storage rack 10, the material lifting suction cup 402 is driven by the material lifting driving device 404 to move downwards and adsorb the upper surface of the uppermost plate in the storage cavity 107, then the material lifting suction cup 402 is driven by the material lifting driving device to move upwards, at this time, a part of the uppermost plate is separated from other plates and moves upwards along with the material lifting suction cup 402, and another part of the uppermost plate is still left in the storage cavity 107 to contact with other plates, as shown in fig. 3, which facilitates separation of the adhered plates. Then the plurality of first suction cups 403 move downwards and suck the upper surface of the plate material sucked by the material lifting suction cups 402 under the driving of the first suction cup driving device 405, and then the plurality of first suction cups 403 drive the plate material to move upwards under the driving of the first suction cup 403 driving device, as shown in fig. 4. Finally, the first holding part and the sheet are moved from the storage rack 10 to the first film tearing station 20 by the first robot 401, and the plurality of first suction cups 403 and the material lifting suction cups 402 are driven by the first suction cup driving device 405 and the material lifting driving device 404, respectively, to move downward and release the sheet to the first film tearing station 20.
To further improve the probability that the material extracting apparatus 40 extracts only one sheet at a time, the blowing apparatus 113 may be added to the blocking plate of the magazine 10 on the lifting suction cup 402 side, as shown in fig. 3, when a part of the uppermost sheet of the magazine chamber 107 is separated from other sheets and moves upward along with the lifting suction cup 402, and another part of the uppermost sheet is still in contact with other sheets in the magazine chamber 107, the blowing apparatus 113 blows air to facilitate the separation of the uppermost sheet of the magazine chamber 107 from other sheets in contact therewith.
In another preferred embodiment, the material extracting suction cup 402 and the first suction cup 403 of the first holding part 400 are elastic suction cups with elastic parts, the length of the elastic parts is longest when the elastic parts are not pressed, and the length of the elastic parts is shortened when the elastic parts are compressed after the elastic parts are pressed. When the elastic sucker adsorbs the plate in the storage cavity. When the elastic part is longest, the elastic sucker can suck the plate farthest from the sucker. When the elastic part is compressed to the shortest, the elastic suction cup can absorb the plate closest to the suction cup. The material taking process of the material taking device 402 with the elastic sucker matched with the material storage rack with the automatic lifting platform 101 is as follows:
the sheet stacked on the uppermost portion of the stocker 107 is located above the second position 110, the first holding portion 400 removes the sheet from the uppermost portion of the stocker 107 one by one until the sheet located at the second position 110 is removed, the detection device 108 detects that no sheet is located at the second position 110, and the lifting driving device 114 drives the platform 101 to move upward along the barrier by a distance corresponding to the thickness of N (N > -1) sheets. Then the first holding part 400 again removes the N sheets one by one, the detection device 108 again detects that there is no sheet at the second position 110, the lifting driving device 114 again drives the platform 101 to move upward along the barrier for a certain distance, and so on, until the platform 101 moves to the second position 110 along the barrier under the driving of the lifting driving device, at which time the platform 101 has risen to the highest position, and when the detection device 108 detects that there is no sheet at the second position 110, that is, the first holding part 400 has removed all the sheets on the platform 101, the platform 101 moves to the first position 109 under the driving of the driving device 114.
It should be noted that the material lifting suction cup 402 may be one or plural, and the blowing device 113 may be one or plural, as long as the principle and function thereof are the same as those of the present invention, and all of them fall into the protection scope of the present invention.
It should be noted that the material taking device 40 of the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention can take materials not only for the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention, but also for other automatic film tearing apparatuses or other automatic apparatuses that need to take sheet-shaped plate materials.
Tear film conveyer
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, after the material taking device 40 takes out a sheet of plate material from the storage rack 10 and places the sheet of plate material at the first film tearing station 20, the material taking device 40 moves back to the storage rack 10, and then, as shown in fig. 5 to 9, the film tearing conveying device 50 of the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention moves from the second film tearing station 30 to the first film tearing station 20, conveys the plate material placed at the first film tearing station 20 to the second film tearing station 30, and in the process, cooperates with the first film tearing mechanism 60 to tear off the film adhered to the lower surface of the plate material. Referring to fig. 1 and 5, the film tearing and conveying device 50 includes a second robot 501 and a second holding portion 503 fixedly connected to a distal end of the second robot 501, the second robot 501 can drive the second holding portion 503 to reciprocate between the first film tearing station 20 and the second film tearing station 30, and the second holding portion 503 can adsorb and release one surface of the plate. When the second mechanical arm 501 drives the second holding portion to move from the second film tearing station 30 to the first film tearing station 20, the second holding portion 503 adsorbs a sheet of plate material from the first film tearing station 20, then the second mechanical arm 501 drives the second holding portion adsorbed with the sheet material to move from the first film tearing station 20 to the second film tearing station 30, and the second holding portion 503 releases the adsorbed sheet material to the second film tearing station 30.
Referring to fig. 5, in one embodiment, the second holding part 503 includes a plurality of second suction cups 502 and a second suction cup driving device 504, the second suction cups 502 can suck and release the sheet material 100 by being driven by the second suction cup driving device 504, and the second suction cups 502 can move up and down between two predetermined positions in the longitudinal direction by being driven by the second suction cup driving device 504.
Referring to fig. 1 and 5, when the second robot 501 drives the second holding portion 503 to move from the second film tearing station 30 to the first film tearing station 20, the plurality of second suction cups 502 are driven by the second suction cup driving device 504 to move downward and suck the upper surface of the sheet material 100 on the first film tearing station 20, and then the plurality of second suction cups 502 are driven by the second suction cup driving device 504 to drive the sheet material to move upward. Then, the second robot 501 drives the second holding portion together with the sheet material to move from the first film tearing station 20 to the second film tearing station 30, and then the plurality of second suction cups 502 are driven by the second suction cup driving device 504 to move downwards and release the sheet material to the second film tearing station 30, and then the plurality of second suction cups 502 are driven by the second suction cup driving device 504 to move upwards. After releasing the plate 100 to the second film tearing station 30, the second mechanical arm 501 drives the second holding portion 503 to move back from the second film tearing station 30 to the first film tearing station 20, and the actions of adsorbing the plate and moving to the second station 30 are repeated.
First film tearing mechanism
As shown in fig. 5-7, the first film tearing mechanism 60 of the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention is disposed between the first film tearing station 20 and the second film tearing station 30, and the first film tearing mechanism 60 cooperates with the film tearing conveyer 50 to tear off the film attached to the lower surface of the plate.
As shown in fig. 7, the first film tearing mechanism 60 includes a first adhesive roller 601, a first clamping portion 602, and a first clamping driving device 603, and the first clamping portion 602 can be driven by the first clamping driving device 603 to repeatedly perform clamping and releasing actions.
As shown in fig. 5 and 6, the first film tearing mechanism 60 cooperates with the film tearing conveyer 50 to tear off the film on the lower surface of the plate material as follows: the second holding portion 503 of the film tearing conveying device 50 adsorbs the upper surface of the plate 100, when the second mechanical arm 501 drives the second holding portion to move from the first film tearing station 20 to the second film tearing station 30, one corner of the lower surface of the plate 100 is firstly contacted with the first adhesive roller 601, the first adhesive roller 601 adheres one corner of the film adhered to the lower surface of the plate and rolls, then the first clamping portion 602 is driven by the first clamping driving device 603 to clamp the film adhered to the first adhesive roller 601, and then the second mechanical arm 501 drives the second holding portion 503 to further move to the second film tearing station 30 until the film is separated from the lower surface of the plate.
In a preferred embodiment, the first clamping portion 602 is capable of reciprocating between a first clamping position and a first release position under the driving of a first clamping driving device 603; after the first adhesive roller 601 adheres and rolls a corner of the film attached to the plate, the first clamping portion 602 is driven by the first clamping driving device 603 to move from a first release position to a first clamping position, and at this time, a corner of the film is between the first clamping portion 602 and the first adhesive roller 601, and the first clamping portion 602 and the first adhesive roller 601 fix a corner of the film together; after the film attached to the sheet material is detached from the sheet material, the first clamping portion 602 is moved from the first clamping position to the first release position by the first clamping driving means 603.
Second film tearing mechanism
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the second film tearing mechanism 70 of the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention can be driven by the second mechanical arm 501 to cooperate with the second film tearing station 30 to tear off the film attached to the upper surface of the plate.
The second film tearing mechanism 70 includes a second adhesive roller 701, a second clamping portion 702 and a second clamping driving device 703, and the second clamping portion 702 can be driven by the second clamping driving device 703 to repeatedly perform clamping and releasing actions.
Preferably, the second film tearing mechanism 70 is arranged at the end of a second mechanical arm 501 of the film tearing conveying device 50, and is fixedly connected with the end of the second mechanical arm 501, and the second mechanical arm 501 can drive the second film tearing mechanism 70 to reciprocate between the first film tearing station 20 and the second film tearing station 30.
Referring to fig. 10, the second film tearing station 30 is provided with a fourth holding part 301 capable of adsorbing and releasing the lower surface of the plate material, the film attached to the upper surface of the plate material can be removed by the second film tearing mechanism 70 when the lower surface of the plate material is adsorbed and fixed by the fourth holding part 301, and the plate material can be removed when the lower surface of the plate material is released by the fourth holding part 301.
As shown in fig. 8 and 9, the second film tearing mechanism 70 is driven by the second mechanical arm 501 to cooperate with the fourth holding portion 301 of the second film tearing station 30, and the process of tearing off the film on the upper surface of the plate material is as follows:
after the second holding part 503 with one plate fixed moves the plate from the first film tearing station 20 to the second film tearing station 30 under the driving of the second robot arm 501, the lower surface of the plate is adsorbed and fixed by the fourth holding portion 301 of the second film tearing station 30, the second mechanical arm 501 drives the second film tearing mechanism 70 to move from the second film tearing station 30 to the first film tearing station 20, in the process, as shown in fig. 8, the second adhesive roller 701 first contacts with one corner of the upper surface of the board, the second adhesive roller 701 adheres to one corner of the film on the upper surface and rolls, then the second clamping portion 702 clamps the film adhered to the second adhesive roller 701 under the driving of the second clamping driving device 703, and then the second mechanical arm 501 drives the second film tearing mechanism 70 to further move to the first film tearing station 20 until the film is separated from the upper surface of the board and moves to the first film tearing station 20 along with the second mechanical arm 501. That is, when the transfer device 50 moves back to the first film tearing station 20, the film on the upper surface of the sheet material is torn off.
In a preferred embodiment of the second film tearing mechanism 70, the second clamping part 702 can reciprocate between the second clamping position and the second release position under the driving of the second clamping driving device 703; after the second adhesive roller 701 adheres and rolls one corner of the film attached to the plate, the second clamping portion 702 is driven by the second clamping driving device 703 to move from the second release position to the second clamping position, at this time, one corner of the film is between the second clamping portion 702 and the second adhesive roller 701, and the second clamping portion 702 and the second adhesive roller 701 fix one corner of the film together; when the film attached to the upper surface of the plate is detached from the upper surface of the plate and moves to the first film tearing station 20 along with the second mechanical arm 501, the second clamping portion 702 is driven by the second clamping driving device 703 to move from the second clamping position to the second release position.
The film tearing conveying device 50, the first film tearing mechanism 60, the second film tearing mechanism 70 and the fourth fixing part 301 of the second film tearing station 30 of the automatic film tearing equipment are matched together to automatically tear off the films attached to the upper surface and the lower surface of the plate.
It should be noted that, when the sheet-shaped plate is rectangular, the positions of the plate at the first film tearing station and the second film tearing station are diagonally arranged, so that the film tearing mechanisms (the first film tearing mechanism 60 and the second film tearing mechanism 70) can contact with the plate at an angle first when tearing the film, and the film tearing is more labor-saving.
Film tearing unit
As can be seen from the specific implementation and embodiment of the film tearing conveying device 50, the first film tearing mechanism 60 and the second film tearing mechanism 70, the principle that the first film tearing mechanism 60 tears off the film attached to the lower surface of the plate and the principle that the second film tearing mechanism 70 tears off the film attached to the upper surface of the plate are the same, and the film attached to the plate is torn off by the relative movement of the film tearing mechanisms (such as the aforementioned first film tearing mechanism 60 and the aforementioned second film tearing mechanism 70) and the holding portions (such as the aforementioned second holding portion and the aforementioned fourth holding portion 301) fixed with the plate.
Therefore, the automatic film tearing equipment further comprises a film tearing unit, wherein the film tearing unit is used for removing the film attached to the surface of the plate, the plate is in a sheet shape and has at least one corner, the plate comprises an upper surface and a lower surface, the film is attached to at least one surface, the film tearing unit comprises a fixing part and a film tearing mechanism, the fixing part can fix one surface of the plate, the film tearing mechanism comprises a sticking roller, a clamping part and a clamping driving device, and the clamping part can repeatedly perform clamping and loosening actions under the driving of the clamping driving device.
The specific film tearing process of the film tearing unit is as follows: the fixing part is used for fixing one surface of the plate, the surface is designated as an upper surface for convenience of description, a film is attached to the lower surface of the plate, when the fixing part fixed with the plate and the film tearing mechanism move relatively, one corner of the lower surface of the plate is firstly contacted with the adhesive roller, the adhesive roller adheres one corner of the film attached to the lower surface of the plate and rolls, then the clamping part clamps the film adhered to the adhesive roller under the driving of the clamping driving device, and then the fixing part and the film tearing mechanism move relatively further until the film is separated from the plate.
It should be noted that the film tearing unit of the automatic film tearing device of the present invention can be used in other automatic film tearing devices or other automatic devices requiring film tearing, rather than the automatic film tearing device of the present invention.
In the film tearing mechanism of the present invention, the adhesive roller, the clamping portion and the clamping driving device are all disposed on a base, wherein: the adhesive roller is a roller with a rolling surface having viscosity, the adhesive roller can be arranged on the base in a rolling manner, and the adhesive roller can adhere to the film on the edge surface of the plate after contacting with the film;
the clamping part can repeatedly perform clamping and loosening actions under the driving of the clamping driving device, and after the film at the edge of the plate is separated from the plate by the sticky roller, the film can be clamped by the clamping part under the driving of the clamping driving device.
In a specific embodiment, the clamping portion is capable of moving back and forth towards and away from the roller surface of the adhesive roller under the driving of a clamping driving device, and the clamping portion is in contact with the roller surface of the adhesive roller when the clamping driving device drives the clamping portion to be close to the roller surface of the adhesive roller, so that the film separated from the edge of the plate can be clamped.
In a preferred embodiment, the clamping part comprises a clamping plate which can repeatedly perform clamping and loosening actions under the driving of a clamping driving device, and the clamping plate can clamp the film under the driving of the clamping driving device after the film at the edge of the plate is separated from the plate by the adhesive roller.
It should be noted that the film tearing mechanism of the automatic film tearing device of the present invention can be used not only in the automatic film tearing device of the present invention, but also in other automatic film tearing devices or other automated devices requiring film tearing.
Waste film treatment device
As shown in fig. 5 to 7 and 9, the automatic film tearing apparatus of the present invention may be configured to manually process the waste film torn from the surface of the plate material, or may be further provided with a waste film processing device 80 for automatically processing the waste film torn from the surface of the plate material.
The waste film treatment device 80 is arranged near the first adhesive roller 601 and comprises a clamping plate device 801, a clamping plate driving device 802, a clamping plate moving driving device 803 and a waste bin, wherein the clamping plate driving device 802 can drive the clamping plate device 801 to clamp and fix and clamp and release the film 1003, and the clamping plate moving driving device 803 can drive the clamping plate device 801 to reciprocate between the first adhesive roller 601 and the waste bin.
The process of treating the waste film comprises the following steps: after the film 1003 adhered to the lower surface of the plate material is detached from the plate material 100 and is released by the first clamping portion 602 by the driving of the first clamping driving device 603, the clamping device 801 clamps and fixes the film 1003 by the driving of the clamping driving device 802, then the clamping device 801 moves to the waste bin from the first adhesive roller 601 by the driving of the clamping movement driving device 803, then the clamping device 801 clamps and releases the film to the waste bin by the driving of the clamping driving device 802, then the clamping device 801 moves to the first adhesive roller 601 from the waste bin by the driving of the clamping movement driving device 803, and the clamping device 801 opens the clamping device by the driving of the clamping driving device 802.
When the film attached to the upper surface is separated from the upper surface of the plate, and moves to the first film tearing station 20 along with the second mechanical arm 501 and is positioned at the first adhesive roller 601 of the first film tearing mechanism 60, the second clamping portion 702 is driven by the second clamping driving device 703 to move from the second clamping position to the second release position, at which time the film is adhered to the second adhesive roller 701, and is not contacted with the second clamping part 702, the film is clamped and fixed by the clamping device 801 at the first gluing roller 601 under the driving of the clamping driving device 802, and then the clamping device 801 is moved to the waste bin from the first gluing roller 601 under the driving of the clamping moving driving device 803, the clamping device 801 is driven by the clamping driving device 802 to clamp and release the film to the waste bin, and then the clamping device 801 is driven by the clamping moving driving device to move from the waste bin to the first adhesive roller 601.
In the waste film disposal apparatus 80, when the waste film detached from the upper surface of the plate member is disposed, the reference "at the first pasting roller 601" means "in the vicinity of the first pasting roller 601", as shown in fig. 9, the waste film 1003 detached from the upper surface of the plate member is in the vicinity of the first pasting roller 601, and the nip plate apparatus 801 is also in the vicinity of the first pasting roller 601.
Material receiving device

The material receiving device 90 comprises a third mechanical arm 901, a third holding part 902 and a material receiving station (not shown in the figure), the third holding part 902 is fixedly connected with the tail end of the third mechanical arm 901, the third mechanical arm 901 can drive the third holding part 902 to reciprocate between the second film tearing station 30 and the material receiving station, and the third holding part 902 can adsorb and release the upper surface of the plate; when the third mechanical arm 901 drives the third holding portion 902 to move from the receiving station to the second film tearing station 30, the third holding portion 902 adsorbs the sheet material from the second film tearing station 30, and then the third mechanical arm 901 drives the third holding portion 902 adsorbed with the sheet material to move from the second film tearing station 30 to the receiving station, and the third holding portion 902 releases the adsorbed sheet material to the receiving station.
The first film tearing station 20, the second film tearing station 30 and the material receiving station (not shown) can be arranged in a row in sequence, and the material receiving station is arranged on the right side of the second film tearing station 30, but the length of the whole automatic film tearing equipment is longer. In a preferred embodiment, the receiving station is arranged at the upper right of the second film tearing station 30, and under the condition that the receiving station is at the same linear distance with the second film tearing station, the overall length of the automatic film tearing equipment can be reduced. Meanwhile, the third mechanical arm 901 comprises a rotating part 903, the rotating part 903 is arranged at the tail end of the third mechanical arm 901, the rotating part 903 is fixedly connected with a third holding part 902, the third mechanical arm 901 with the rotating part 903 can drive the third holding part 902 to rotate anticlockwise by a certain angle, and the third holding part is located above the material receiving station after rotation, so that the plate can be conveyed to the material receiving station from the second film tearing station 30 by the third holding part.
