本发明涉及复合材料领域,特别是一种PC板材及其制备方法。
背景技术
PC板材,即聚碳酸酯板材,是一种综合性能极佳的工程塑料,具有杰出的物理、机械、电气和热性能;PC板材被广泛应用于公用、民用建筑的采光和挡雨棚、通道顶棚、高架路隔音墙、商场顶盖、植物温室。
研发一种PC板材,使其能兼具各种良好性质,例如抗压、耐高温和隔音的,是本领域亟需解决的难题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一,提供一种PC板材及其制备方法。
本发明解决其问题所采用的技术方案是:
本发明的第一方面,一种PC板材,包括主体,所述主体的一侧设有第一抗压层,所述第一抗压层远离所述主体的一侧设有隔热层,所述隔热层远离所述第一抗压层的一侧设有耐磨花纹;所述主体的远离所述第一抗压层的另一侧设有第二抗压层,所述第二抗压层远离所述主体的一侧设有隔音层;所述主体包括以下组成:聚碳酸酯60-80%、增韧剂1-5%、抑烟剂1-5%、阻燃剂2-10%、抗氧剂0.1-1%、润滑剂0.1-2%和溶剂4-20%。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述第一抗压层和所述第二抗压层均由ABS树脂制成。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述隔热层由石棉制成。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述隔音层由离心玻璃棉制成。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述抑烟剂为氢氧化物、金属钼化物、水滑石、硅橡胶类增韧剂中的一种或几种。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述阻燃剂为多聚芳基磷酸酯。
根据本发明的第一方面,所述抗氧剂为酚类化合物和/或亚磷酸酯类化合物。

本发明的第二方面,一种PC板材的制备方法,包括:
将聚碳酸酯、增韧剂、抑烟剂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂逐个加入至溶剂中,得到混合物;
将所述混合物加热熔化;
将熔化的所述混合物倒至模具中;
将所述混合物冷却;
将冷却后的所述混合物挤出,得到主体;
将第一抗压层、第二抗压层连接至所述主体的两侧,在所述第一抗压层远离所述主体的一侧连接隔热层,在所述第二抗压层远离所述主体的一侧连接隔音层。
根据本发明的第二方面,所述第一抗压层、所述隔热层、所述主体、所述第二抗压层和所述隔音层相互之间通过粘合树脂连接。
上述方案至少具有以下的有益效果:通过该制备方法制备得到的PC板材的主体具有耐燃性、高韧性,另外通过增加第一抗压层和第二抗压层提升了PC板材的抗压性,通过增加隔音层达到隔音效果,通过增加隔热层达到抗高温性能;是一种优质的PC板材,能在各个领域得到广泛应用。

在该实施例中,PC板材的主体100具有耐燃性、高韧性,由于添加了抑烟剂、阻燃剂以及抗氧剂,即使遇到高温而燃烧也可以减低燃烧时产生的黑烟以及减小燃烧产生的烟的密度。另外通过增加第一抗压层210和第二抗压层220提升了PC板材的抗压性,使其适用于建筑的遮顶。通过增加隔音层400达到隔音效果,使其适用于建筑的墙壁。通过增加隔热层300达到抗高温性能。在隔热层300增设耐磨花纹310提高了该PC板材的耐磨性。该实施例提供了PC板材是一种优质的PC板材,能在各个领域得到广泛应用。
在一个实施例中,主体100的组成如下:
聚碳酸酯60%、增韧剂5%、抑烟剂5%、阻燃剂10%、抗氧剂1%、润滑剂2%和溶剂17%。
在另一个实施例中,主体100的组成如下:
聚碳酸酯70%、增韧剂1%、抑烟剂1%、阻燃剂10%、抗氧剂1%、润滑剂1%和溶剂16%。
在另一个实施例中,主体100的组成如下:
聚碳酸酯80%、增韧剂2%、抑烟剂2%、阻燃剂10%、抗氧剂1%、润滑剂1%和溶剂4%。
具体地,溶剂采用二氯甲烷。
具体地,第一抗压层210和第二抗压层220均由ABS树脂制成。
具体地,隔热层300由石棉制成。
具体地,隔音层400由离心玻璃棉制成。
具体地,抑烟剂为氢氧化物、金属钼化物、水滑石、硅橡胶类增韧剂中的一种或几种。
具体地,阻燃剂为多聚芳基磷酸酯。
具体地,抗氧剂为酚类化合物和/或亚磷酸酯类化合物。
具体地,润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺。
本发明的另一个实施例,提供了一种PC板材的制备方法,包括:
将聚碳酸酯、增韧剂、抑烟剂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂逐个加入至溶剂中,并通过搅拌机搅拌,得到混合物;
将混合物加热熔化,具体为230度至300度;
将熔化的混合物倒至模具中;
将混合物冷却;
将冷却后的混合物挤出,得到主体100;
将第一抗压层210、第二抗压层220连接至主体100的两侧,在第一抗压层210远离主体100的一侧连接隔热层300,在第二抗压层220远离主体100的一侧连接隔音层400。
在该实施例中,通过该制备方法制得的PC板材的主体100具有耐燃性、高韧性,另外通过增加第一抗压层210和第二抗压层220提升了PC板材的抗压性,通过增加隔音层400达到隔音效果,通过增加隔热层300达到抗高温性能;是一种优质的PC板材,能在各个领域得到广泛应用。
具体地,第一抗压层210、隔热层300、主体100、第二抗压层220和隔音层400相互之间通过粘合树脂连接。使各层相互之间连接更密实。
以上所述,只是本发明的较佳实施例而已,本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,只要其以相同的手段达到本发明的技术效果,都应属于本发明的保护范围。
Claims (10)
1.一种PC板材,其特征在于,包括主体,所述主体的一侧设有第一抗压层,所述第一抗压层远离所述主体的一侧设有隔热层,所述隔热层远离所述第一抗压层的一侧设有耐磨花纹;所述主体的远离所述第一抗压层的另一侧设有第二抗压层,所述第二抗压层远离所述主体的一侧设有隔音层;所述主体包括以下组成:聚碳酸酯60-80%、增韧剂1-5%、抑烟剂1-5%、阻燃剂2-10%、抗氧剂0.1-1%、润滑剂0.1-2%和溶剂4-20%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC板材,其特征在于,所述第一抗压层和所述第二抗压层均由ABS树脂制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC板材,其特征在于,所述隔热层由石棉制成。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC板材,其特征在于,所述隔音层由离心玻璃棉制成。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC板材,其特征在于,所述抑烟剂为氢氧化物、金属钼化物、水滑石、硅橡胶类增韧剂中的一种或几种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC板材,其特征在于,所述阻燃剂为多聚芳基磷酸酯。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC板材,其特征在于,所述抗氧剂为酚类化合物和/或亚磷酸酯类化合物。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种PC板材,其特征在于,所述润滑剂为脂肪酸酰胺。
9.一种PC板材的制备方法,包括:
将聚碳酸酯、增韧剂、抑烟剂、阻燃剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂逐个加入至溶剂中,得到混合物;
将所述混合物加热熔化;
将熔化的所述混合物倒至模具中;
将所述混合物冷却;
将冷却后的所述混合物挤出,得到主体;
将第一抗压层、第二抗压层连接至所述主体的两侧,在所述第一抗压层远离所述主体的一侧连接隔热层,在所述第二抗压层远离所述主体的一侧连接隔音层。
10.根据权利要求9所述的一种PC板材的制备方法,其特征在于,所述第一抗压层、所述隔热层、所述主体、所述第二抗压层和所述隔音层相互之间通过粘合树脂连接。
