背景技术
便秘是指大便干燥,秘结而不通畅,抑或两次排便间隔时间比较长,或者欲排而费力。由于生活方式的改变、社会老龄化、刺激性泻药的过度使用等因素,造成便秘的情况越来越多。婴幼儿及中老年人易出现便秘的情况。这两类人群脾胃及肝肾功能较弱,以传统泻下药物治疗,虽见效较快,但药物副作用较大,且泻下药物多数口味苦涩,难于下咽,婴幼儿及中老年人的服药依从性较差,无法保证正常用药。现有技术公开了具有润肠通便功效的功能食品,例如紫菜食品或海带食品,但目前的这些功能食品还存在原料和功效单一、润肠通便功效的效果不够理想的技术问题。

1)将软化后的黄油和所述白砂糖、食盐、鸡蛋、组合物、低筋面粉混合,得到面团;
2)将所述面团压制成型,于160~180℃条件下烘烤15~30min,得到糕点。

本发明的有益效果:本发明提供了一种具有润肠通便功效的组合物,包括以下制备用原料:火麻仁、甜杏仁、山核桃仁、紫苏子、松子仁、桃仁、山药和陈皮。本发明组合物的原料均为药食同源原料,其中,火麻仁能促进肠蠕动,甜杏仁、山核桃仁能减少大肠水分吸收,润肠通便,紫苏子、松子仁、桃仁、山药、陈皮能够和胃助阳有助于提升机体正气,润肠通便,缓泻而不伤正气。各原料综合作用,在保证良好口感的同时,起到润肠通便、和胃助阳的作用。本发明的组合物作用缓和,补而不滞,润而不泻,口感良好,具有良好润肠通便效果。
具体实施方式
本发明提供了一种具有润肠通便功效的组合物,包括以下重量份的制备用原料:火麻仁3~8份、甜杏仁1~3份、山核桃仁2~5份、紫苏子2~5份、松子仁2~5份、桃仁2~5份、山药2~5份和陈皮2~5份。
本发明中,所述组合物的制备用原料优选的包括火麻仁5重量份。在本发明中,所述火麻仁的作用是促进肠蠕动。
本发明中,所述组合物的制备用原料优选的包括甜杏仁2份和山核桃仁3份。在本发明中,所述甜杏仁和山核桃仁的作用是减少大肠水分吸收,润肠通便。
本发明中,所述组合物的制备用原料优选的包括紫苏子3份、松子仁3份、桃仁3份、山药4份和陈皮3份。在本发明中,所述紫苏子、松子仁、桃仁、山药和陈皮能够和胃助阳,有助于提升机体正气,润肠通便,缓泻而不伤正气。本发明提供了所述组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述火麻仁、甜杏仁、山核桃仁、紫苏子、松子仁、桃仁、山药和陈皮混合,粉碎,过40~60目筛,得到组合物。
本发明提供了上述方案所述组合物在制备具有润肠通便功效的功能食品中的应用;所述功能食品优选的包括糕点、饼干或代餐粉。
本发明对所述功能食品或药品中的各种原料的来源没有特殊限定,采用本领域常规市售原料即可。
本发明中,以火麻仁3~8份计,所述糕点还包括以下重量份的制备用原料:黄油40~80份、白砂糖30~70份、鸡蛋全蛋液30~60份、食盐0.5~2份和低筋面粉150~250份;优选的,以火麻仁5份计,所述糕点还包括以下重量份的制备用原料:黄油65份、白砂糖55份、鸡蛋全蛋液40份、食盐1份和低筋面粉190份。
本发明中,所述食盐和白糖优选的经过60目筛过筛处理。
本发明中,所述糕点的制备方法优选的包括以下步骤:
1)将软化后的黄油和所述白砂糖、食盐、鸡蛋、组合物、低筋面粉混合,得到面团;
2)将所述面团压制成型,于160~180℃条件下烘烤15~30min,得到糕点。
本发明首先对黄油进行软化;所述软化的方式优选的包括加热软化;得到软化的黄油后,本发明将软化后的黄油和所述白砂糖、食盐、鸡蛋、组合物、低筋面粉混合,得到面团;在本发明具体市售过程中,先将软化后的黄油和所述白砂糖、食盐和鸡蛋搅拌混合,得到混合料,再将混合料和所述组合物混合,得到面团;本发明对所述混合和搅拌混合的时间没有特殊限制,以混合均匀为准。
得到面团后,本发明将所述面团压制成型,于160~180℃条件下烘烤15~30min,得到糕点;所述烘烤的温度优选为170℃,时间优选为20~25min。本发明对压制后的面团的形状没有特殊限制,采用本领域常规设置即可。
本发明对所述饼干和代餐粉的其他原料及制备方法没有特殊限制,采用本领域常规设置即可。
本发明提供了上述方案所述组合物在制备缓解便秘的药品中的应用;所述药品优选的还包括药学可接受的辅料;所述药品的剂型优选为口服制剂。在本发明具体实施过程中,建议服用量为替代3餐制的1餐。
下面将结合本发明中的实施例,对本发明中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1一种润肠通便的糕点
火麻仁50g、甜杏仁20g、山核桃仁30g、紫苏子30g、松子仁30g、桃仁30g、山药40g、陈皮30g、黄油650g、白砂糖550g、鸡蛋全蛋液400g、食盐10g和低筋面粉1900g,按以下步骤生产:
1)将黄油加热软化后,加入白砂糖细粉(过60目筛)、食盐细粉(过60目筛)搅拌15min,加入鸡蛋搅拌5min,得到混合物;
2)将配方中的山药、陈皮粉碎成细粉(过40目筛),火麻仁等6种果仁粉碎成颗粒(过20目筛),与步骤1)所述混合物及低筋面粉混合后调制面团。
3)将调至好的面团压制成型,170℃烘烤20min,冷却,即得。
实施例2一种润肠通便的糕点
火麻仁40g、甜杏仁30g、山核桃仁40g、紫苏子40g、松子仁50g、桃仁30g、山药40g、陈皮30g、黄油450g、白砂糖450g、鸡蛋全蛋液300g、食盐10g和低筋面粉2100g,按以下步骤生产:
1)将黄油加热软化后,加入白砂糖细粉(过60目筛)、食盐细粉(过60目筛)搅拌25min,加入鸡蛋搅拌5min;
2)将配方中的山药、陈皮粉碎成细粉(过40目筛),火麻仁等6种果仁粉碎成颗粒(过20目筛),与步骤1)所述混合物及低筋面粉混合后调制面团。
3)将调至好的面团压制成型,170℃烘烤20min,冷却,即得。
实施例3本发明实施例2制备得到的糕点对慢传输便秘小鼠肠道动力影响研究
1、材料与方法
1)实验动物健康KM小鼠48只SPF级,体重18~20g,雌雄各半,购于辽宁长生生物技术股份有限公司,合格号:SCXK(辽)2015-0001。饲养于长春中医药大学实验动物中心。4只/笼,温度:20~25℃。相对湿度:40%~60%。每日明暗12h/12h,交替照明。自由饮水和饮食。
2)药品及试剂
本发明实施例2制得的本发明所述糕点;
阳性对照药:枸橼酸莫沙必利片(消化道促动力剂,可作为慢传输便秘的对照药物),规格:1片/5mg,亚宝药业集团股份有限公司,H20090158;
0.9%氯化钠注射液:100ml:0.9g;
印度墨水:100ml/瓶,北京索莱宝科技有限公司。
3)实验器材电子天平、灌胃针、解剖台、烧杯、刻度尺。
4)实验方法将48只小鼠随机分成4组,正常组、模型组、本发明所述糕点喂养组、莫沙必利组,每组各12只,每组雌雄各半。适应3日后,除正常组外各组小鼠皮下注射盐酸吗啡注射液,2.5mg/(kg·d),连续注射45天。同时用75%酒精棉球擦拭尾部,使血管扩张充血,剪去鼠尾尖端(0.25~0.3cm),然后将鼠尾伤口浸入37℃温水中直至小鼠失去血液约0.15~0.2ml,每周1次,连续4周,复制血虚便秘模型。正常组注射等量生理盐水。隔日测量小鼠体重,根据体重调整注射剂量。
造模结束后第二天开始给与饮食干预,除本发明所述糕点喂养组外均给与正常营养饲料,本发明所述糕点喂养组给予总饲料的三分之一重量的糕点替代正常营养饲料,干预期间,所有小鼠自由饮水。
每周收集小鼠粪便1次,造模完成后再收集1次,收集粪便前24h每只小鼠单独置于笼中,各饲养笼中放置滤纸,期间自由饮食饮水,收集各笼中小鼠24h粪便,晾干称重。
干预14日结束后,给予各组禁食不禁水24h。禁食24h后,给予每只小鼠印度墨水0.5ml灌胃,灌胃结束同时开始计时30min,用颈椎脱臼法处死各组小鼠。摘除从幽门到肛门的所有肠道,轻轻牵拉肠道,使其拉直,使肠道处于无张力状态。测量幽门至肛门的肠道总长度及肠道推进距离(墨汁距幽门距离即肠道推进距离)。计算肠道推进距离占肠道全长的百分比。按照公式计算肠道推进的百分比,即:肠道推进率=(肠道推进距离与幽门的距离/肠道总长度)×100%。
2、结果
1)一般情况体征实验过程中,48只小鼠无死亡,说明实验方法安全可靠。模型组较正常组小鼠倦怠少动,背毛翻毛少光泽,粪便粒数较少,呈较小的颗粒状;本发明所述糕点组、莫沙必利组;较模型组,各组小鼠倦怠少动、背毛翻毛少光泽改善,排便粒数增多,粪便水分增多表面较湿润,粪便呈光滑软便;8组小鼠饮食水、小便等,无均显著差异。
2)服用前后体重观察干预前,8组小鼠体重无明显差异(P>0.05)。干预后,正常组与模型组、本发明所述糕点组、莫沙必利组各组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。模型组、本发明所述糕点组、莫沙必利组各组间比较无明显差异(P>0.05)。详细结果见表1。
3)粪便重量变化干预前,模型组与正常组比较24h平均粪便干重显著减轻(P<0.01)。
干预14日后,与正常组比较,模型组24h平均粪便干重仍显著减轻(P<0.01);本发明所述糕点组、莫沙必利组24h平均粪便干重减轻(P<0.05)。与模型组比较本发明所述糕点组、莫沙必利组24h平均粪便干重增重显著(P<0.01)。详细结果见表2。

4)小鼠肠道推进实验模型组与正常组相比较,小鼠肠道推进率显著降低(P<0.01);与模型组相比较,本发明所述糕点组、莫沙必利组肠道推进率(肠道运动能力指标)显著增高(P<0.01);与本发明所述糕点组比较,莫沙必利组推进率作用相似(P>0.05)。详细结果见表3。

由上述实施例可知,本发明的具有润肠通便功效的糕点对慢传输便秘具有有效缓解作用。

Claims (9)
1.一种具有润肠通便功效的组合物,包括以下重量份的制备用原料:火麻仁3~8份、甜杏仁1~3份、山核桃仁2~5份、紫苏子2~5份、松子仁2~5份、桃仁2~5份、山药2~5份和陈皮2~5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的组合物,其特征在于,所述组合物包括以下重量份的制备用原料:火麻仁5份、甜杏仁2份、山核桃仁3份、紫苏子3份、松子仁3份、桃仁3份、山药4份和陈皮3份。
3.权利要求1或2所述组合物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:将所述火麻仁、甜杏仁、山核桃仁、紫苏子、松子仁、桃仁、山药和陈皮混合,粉碎,过40~60目筛,得到组合物。
4.权利要求1或2所述组合物在制备具有润肠通便功效的功能食品中的应用。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用,其特征在于,所述功能食品包括饼干、糕点或代餐粉。
6.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,以火麻仁3~8份计,所述糕点还包括以下重量份的制备用原料:黄油40~80份、白砂糖30~70份、鸡蛋全蛋液30~60份、食盐0.5~2份和低筋面粉150~250份。
7.根据权利要求5所述的应用,其特征在于,以火麻仁5份计,所述糕点还包括以下重量份的制备用原料:黄油65份、白砂糖55份、鸡蛋全蛋液40份、食盐1份和低筋面粉190份。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的应用,其特征在于,所述糕点的制备方法包括以下步骤:
1)将软化后的黄油和所述白砂糖、食盐、鸡蛋、组合物、低筋面粉混合,得到面团;
2)将所述面团压制成型,于160~180℃条件下烘烤15~30min,得到糕点。
