秋葵又名黄秋葵,原产印度,营养丰富,素有蔬菜之王美称,经济和食用价值极高,秋葵的粘性物质可促进肠胃蠕动,加快胃液分泌,有助于消化,对食欲不振的人效果极佳。秋葵的粘性物质中富含可溶性纤维,能降低胆固醇,降低血脂,可预动脉硬化、冠心病等心血管疾病,秋葵方法纤维物质有利于通便排毒,还可防止肠胃癌症,秋葵的黄酮含量高达2.8%,黄酮是一种很强的抗氧剂,可有效清除体内的氧自由基,可以阻止细胞的退化和衰老,秋葵的含钙量与奶类相等,但它的吸收量是钙的一倍以上,是补钙最为理想的食物。
秋葵嫩荚发酵液作为动物肠道调节类新型饲料添加剂,具有无污染、无残留、无副作用的优点,对于畜禽的健康养殖和食品安全生产具有重要的意义,其功能的有效性、特殊性使其作为抗生素替代物应用具有广阔发展前景,至今,虽然国内外对秋葵嫩荚发酵液的添加剂在畜禽饲料中的应用上有较多的研究报道,但对其在肉种鸡养殖生产上的应用研究还较为少见,进而使得秋葵嫩荚的应用范围严重受限。

S3、将S2中制成的原料液进行发酵,制成发酵液,即可完成秋葵嫩荚发酵液制成的肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备。
优选的,在S2中,加水的重量与原料重量的比例为1:1。
优选的,在S3中,发酵时温度控制在30~35℃,发酵时间为48~96小时。

饲养试验结束后,每个重复随机选取一只肉种鸡翅下静脉采取血样于肝素锂血凝管中,做好标记,肝功能测定指标:白蛋白、总蛋白、球蛋白、白球比、总胆红素、谷氨酰基转移酶、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶、丙氨酸氨基转移酶、碱性磷酸酶、总胆汁酸、总胆固醇;肾功能测定指标:白蛋白、肌酐、尿酸、尿素、血糖、总二氧化碳、钙、无机磷、尿酐比。
测定方法为提前从冰箱中取出试剂盒,室温放置20min,将血样注入肝素锂抗凝管,上下颠倒3-5次,用SMT-100全自动生化分析仪检测血清中肝肾相关功能指标,结果见下表:

实验结果分析,选取420日龄的肉种鸡,是由于其心、肝、肾病发病率很高,特别是代表心脏和肝脏功能的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的含量的变化,天冬氨酸氨基转移酶亦或称天门冬氨酸基转移酶(AST),旧称谷草转氨酶(GOT),AST(GOT)存在于心肌、骨骼肌、肝脏,以心肌含量最高,肝脏次之,GOT有两种同工酶,存在于胞浆内的称s-GOT,存在于线粒体内的称为m-GOT.GOT同工酶测定有助于了解组织损伤程度,心肌、肝、肾病变时,s-GOT升高;组织损伤时m-GOT才能在血清中测得,心肌梗塞时,m-GOT先于s-GOT而升高改变最明显,说明心肝功能得到改善的情况比较明显;
实验例中肉鸡的天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶的含量大幅度降低,说明心肝功能得到改善的情况比较明显,同时肌酐和尿酸使用后相较于使用前也大幅度降低,说明添加了秋葵嫩荚发酵液添加剂的饲料喂养使得肉鸡肾脏功能得以明显的改善。

Claims (4)
1.一种利用秋葵嫩荚发酵液制成的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,包括以下组份(按质量百分比表示):秋葵嫩荚49.97%,纯水49.97%,植物乳杆菌0.019-0.021%,屎肠球菌0.019-0.021%,酵母菌0.019-0.021%。
2.一种利用秋葵嫩荚发酵液制成的肉鸡饲料添加剂的制作方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、称取秋葵嫩荚若干,清洗干净,然后在秋葵嫩荚中按配比加入植物乳杆菌、屎肠球菌和酵母菌,混匀;
S2、在S1中制备的原料中加水,加水后将组织捣碎,制成原料液;
S3、将S2中制成的原料液进行发酵,制成发酵液,即可完成秋葵嫩荚发酵液制成的肉鸡饲料添加剂的制备。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种利用秋葵嫩荚发酵液制成的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,在S2中,加水的重量与原料重量的比例为1:1。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种利用秋葵嫩荚发酵液制成的肉鸡饲料添加剂,其特征在于,在S3中,发酵时温度控制在30~35℃,发酵时间为48~96小时。
