Abstract
The invention relates to the technical field of local chicken breeding, in particular to a local chicken breeding method for improving the taste and the nutritive value of chicken, which comprises the following specific steps of constructing a henhouse, preparing feed, brooding and stocking; the chicken house is constructed in a structure that the chickens can obtain enough activities when eating and feeding water, and hawthorn, amino acid, houttuynia cordata and dried orange peel are added into the feed to improve the food intake of the local chickens and enhance the immunity of the local chickens; the method solves the problems that the existing breeding method causes the local chicken to have soft meat, poor taste, low nutritional value and low survival rate, and the breeding method of the application leads the local chicken to have enough activity when eating and feeding water by improving the environment for stocking the local chicken, so that the mature local chicken has compact muscle and delicious taste; meanwhile, the local chicken fed by the feed is high in nutritive value, the morbidity of the local chicken in the breeding process is low, the resistance and the immunity of the local chicken are improved, and the bred local chicken is healthier and safer to eat.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of local chicken breeding, is used for improving the taste and the nutritional value of chicken, and particularly relates to a local chicken breeding method.
Background
The local chicken is also called grass chicken and stupid chicken, and is formed by natural foraging or combined rough feeding for a long time without any hybridization and optimized breeding, has stronger field foraging and survival ability, and has the characteristics of rough feeding resistance, strong nesting property, strong disease resistance and the like.
The rural free-range local chickens are popular with consumers because of being healthy, delicious and rich in nutrition, but rural free-range households are reduced year by year, the local chicken products are not in demand, some farmers are present at present, and the local chickens are specially bred and sold, but selected young chickens are usually placed in a chicken breeding cage, or a chicken pen is used for enclosing a chicken pen on a barren land, and a feed trough is placed on the ground of the chicken pen for breeding the local chickens, and the breeding methods can prevent the local chickens from moving enough, so that the meat quality of the local chickens is soft and the taste is poor; and the local chicken fed by the existing local chicken feed has lower nutritional value and lower survival rate.
Disclosure of Invention
The method for breeding the local chickens is characterized in that the breeding method of the local chickens improves the environment of free-range breeding of the local chickens, so that the local chickens can move enough when eating and intaking water, and the mature local chickens have tight muscles and delicious taste; the feed composition for feeding the local chickens is improved, the local chickens fed by the feed have high nutritive value and low morbidity in the breeding process, and the resistance and immunity of the local chickens are improved, so that the bred local chickens are healthier and safer to eat.
The technical scheme provided by the invention is a local chicken breeding method, which specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) building a henhouse: a wasteland of a steel wire net ring station is used as a henhouse, the height of the henhouse is 2-3 meters, a feed trough and a drinking trough are built in the henhouse, the feed trough and the drinking trough are built on the steel wire net, the height of the feed trough and the drinking trough is 0.5-0.7 meter, and a crawling ladder is connected between the feed trough and the drinking trough and the ground;
(2) preparing a feed: the feed comprises the components of corn, wheat bran, hawthorn, amino acid, houttuynia cordata, dried orange peel and salt, all the components are crushed into powder and uniformly mixed to obtain the local chicken feed;
(3) brooding: placing the local chickens 35-40 days old in the room for breeding, breeding according to a breeding mode of little feeding and much eating, and blending the local chicken feed into a thick state;
(4) stocking: when the age of the local chicken is more than 35-40 days old, putting the female chicken and the male chicken into the constructed chicken house separately for stocking; the method comprises the following steps of strictly disinfecting and cleaning a henhouse every day, feeding the local chicken feed into a feed trough in a mode of feeding the feed for multiple times a day, and keeping water in a water trough all the time.
Through the technical scheme, the henhouse used in the method enables local chickens to get enough activities when eating and intaking water, increases the daily activity of the local chickens, and further enables the muscles of the local chickens after being raised to be more compact and the taste to be more delicious; meanwhile, the feed for feeding the local chickens takes corn and wheat bran as main satiety raw materials, the added hawthorn and dried orange peel have the effects of appetizing and tonifying spleen, the digestion function of the local chickens can be enhanced, the daily food intake of the local chickens can be increased, the time required by the mature breeding of the local chickens can be shortened, the added amino acid can enhance the physique of the local chickens, the immunity of the local chickens can be enhanced, and the morbidity of the local chickens can be reduced, so that the bred local chickens are healthier and safer to eat, meanwhile, the added cordate houttuynia mainly contains various components such as volatile oil, decanoyl acetaldehyde houttuyfonate and the like, has the antibacterial effect on various pathogenic bacilli, cocci, influenza viruses, leptospira and the like, and forms an auxiliary synergistic effect with the amino acid, so that the immunity of the local chickens is better.
Further, the local chicken feed in the step (2) comprises the following components in parts by weight: 50-70 parts of corn, 40-50 parts of wheat bran, 10-15 parts of hawthorn, 5-10 parts of amino acid, 10-15 parts of houttuynia cordata, 10-15 parts of dried orange peel and 3-6 parts of salt.
Furthermore, the dosage of each component of the local chicken feed in the step (2) is as follows: 55-65 parts of corn, 43-48 parts of wheat bran, 12-14 parts of hawthorn, 7-9 parts of amino acid, 12-14 parts of houttuynia cordata, 12-14 parts of dried orange peel and 4-5 parts of salt.
Furthermore, the dosage of each component of the local chicken feed in the step (2) is as follows: 60 parts of corn, 45 parts of wheat bran, 13 parts of hawthorn, 8 parts of amino acid, 13 parts of houttuynia cordata, 13 parts of dried orange peel and 4.5 parts of salt.
Further, when the local chicken feed for brooding is prepared in the step (3), a vitamin additive is also added into the local chicken feed.
Further, the vitamin additives include vitamin B1, vitamin B2, vitamin B6, and vitamin B12.
Furthermore, the mass percent of the vitamin additive is 6-8%.
Based on the explanation, compared with the prior art, the technical scheme of the application has the advantages that:
(1) according to the invention, the environment for stocking the local chickens is improved, so that the local chickens can move enough when eating and feeding water, and the mature local chickens have compact muscles and delicious taste;
(2) the feed improves the components of the feed for feeding the local chickens, and the local chickens fed by the feed have high nutritive value and low morbidity in the breeding process, improve the resistance and immunity of the local chickens, and ensure that the bred local chickens are healthier and safer to eat.
