背景技术
汽车尾气是汽车使用时产生的废气,尾气在直接危害人体健康的同时,还会对人类生活的环境产生深远影响,尾气中的二氧化硫具有强烈的刺激气味,达到一定浓度时容易导致“酸雨”的发生,造成土壤和水源酸化,影响农作物和森林的生长。。
传统的汽车尾气净化装置是将尾气颗粒物过滤,对于具有危害性的气体没有进一步处理,没有尾气余温回收利用,导致能源浪费。本发明阐明的一种能解决上述问题的装置。
发明内容
技术问题:对尾气颗粒物进行充分燃烧,使其全部转化为气体,对于具有危害性的气体进行化学沉淀过滤处理,回收尾气余温加以利用,增加隔音板,减少噪音污染。

下结合图1至图4对本文中的一种汽车尾气颗粒物及有害气体的净化装置的使用步骤进行详细说明:初始时,高温加热板21处于水平位置,高温电热丝22温度高于中温电热丝17温度高于低温电热丝15温度,添加剂腔31内充满添加剂,化学试剂箱37内充满化学试剂。
除颗粒物时,添加剂腔31内的添加剂不断加入催化腔25内,使尾气颗粒物燃点从六百五十摄氏度降至二百八十摄氏度,分别经过高温加热板21、中温加热板16和低温加热板14,使颗粒物充分燃烧,可使颗粒物完全转变为二氧化碳,余温回收板48回收余温传导给高温电热丝22、中温电热丝17和低温电热丝15以减少能耗,在冬季还可以给空调补充热量。
加热板清洁时,当高温加热板21上的杂质达到一定重量时,高温加热板21逆时针旋转,触发电机55启动,电机55带动电机轴63先逆时针转动,再顺时针转动,逆时针转动时,高温连杆58向左平移,高温刮板57刮下高温加热板21上的杂质,同时带动中温连杆19向右平移,刮下中温加热板16上的杂质,中温连杆19的移动使中温气腔65内气体进入低温气腔67,推动低温连杆51向左平移,刮下低温加热板14上的杂质。
有害气体沉淀时,化学试剂箱37内装有使尾气污染气体沉淀的化学试剂,当过滤网42上沾有足够多的沉淀时,过滤网42接触接触开关69,带动电机转动,使沉淀过滤腔41内的过滤网42更换,后侧过滤转轴68的扭簧使过滤网42拉紧不松动,气液分离网43将气液分离,液体通过单向阀70流进试剂回收腔72回收,气体通过气液分离网43从出气腔45排出。
结束时,高温加热板21处于水平位置,添加剂腔31内补充添加剂,化学试剂箱37内补充化学试剂。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过对汽车尾气颗粒物加入添加剂,使这些颗粒物燃点从六百五十摄氏度降低至二百八十摄氏度,再对其进行二次加热,使颗粒物充分燃烧,变成气体,对有害气体进行化学的沉淀过滤,对加热板和过滤网进行自动清理和更换,检测到杂质过多时,自动启动清理或者更换装置。
通过以上方式,本领域的技术人员可以在本发明的范围内根据工作模式做出各种改变。

Claims (1)

1.一种汽车尾气颗粒物及有害气体的净化装置,包括箱体,所述箱体内设有隔音板,所述隔音板内设有催化腔,其特征在于:所述催化腔内设有降燃点装置,所述降燃点装置包括位于所述催化腔右侧的添加剂箱,所述添加剂箱内设有添加剂腔,所述添加剂腔下侧设有清理箱,所述清理箱左侧固定设有加热板转轴,所述加热板转轴扭簧连接有加热板转轮,所述加热板转轮固定设有高温加热板,所述高温加热板内固定设有高温电热丝,所述清理箱内设有加热板清理装置,所述加热板清理装置包括位于所述清理箱内的清理腔,所述清理腔后侧内壁固定设有电机,所述电机动力连接有电机轴,所述电机轴固定设有推杆轮,所述推杆轮上侧固定设有高温推杆,所述高温推杆内固定设有高温滑槽,所述清理腔左侧设有高温刮板腔,所述清理腔内滑动连接有贯通至所述高温刮板腔的高温连杆,所述高温连杆下侧固定设有与所述高温刮板腔滑动连接的高温刮板,所述高温滑槽内滑动连接且与所述高温连杆固定连接有高温滑块,所述清理腔下侧设有中温气腔,所述中温气腔内滑动连接有中温连杆,所述推杆轮下侧设有中温推杆,所述中温推杆内设有中温滑槽,所述中温滑槽内滑动连接且与所述中温连杆固定连接有中温滑块,所述清理箱右侧设有有害气体处理装置,所述有害气体处理装置包括位于所述清理箱右侧的气体上升腔,所述气体上升腔右侧设有隔板,所述隔板右侧设有上侧与所述气体上升腔贯通的沉淀过滤腔,所述沉淀过滤腔下侧设有气液分离腔,所述气液分离腔内设有气液分离装置;
所述降燃点装置还包括位于所述催化腔左侧内壁固定连接的中温加热板,所述中温加热板内设有中温电热丝,所述清理箱右侧固定设有位于所述中温加热板下侧的低温加热板,所述低温加热板内设有低温电热丝,所述低温加热板下侧设有余温回收腔,所述余温回收腔下侧内壁固定设有余温回收板,所述催化腔左侧内壁固定设有贯穿至所述箱体外侧的进气管,所述进气管内设有内外贯穿的进气腔,所述添加剂腔左侧设有贯穿至所述催化腔的添加剂管,所述添加剂管左侧固定设有添加剂喷头,所述添加剂腔上侧设有内外贯穿的添加剂活塞,所述添加剂活塞内滑动连接有添加剂补充管;
所述加热板清理装置还包括与所述中温连杆下侧固定连接且与所述中温加热板上侧滑动连接的中温刮板,所述中温连杆内设有上下贯通的中温连杆通孔,所述中温气腔下侧设有贯穿至所述催化腔的低温气腔,所述低温气腔与所述中温气腔之间固定设有连管,所述低温气腔下侧设有低温刮板腔,所述低温气腔内滑动连接有低温连杆,所述低温连杆下侧固定设有与所述低温刮板腔滑动连接的低温刮板;
所述有害气体处理装置还包括位于所述沉淀过滤腔右侧内壁固定连接的化学试剂箱,所述化学试剂箱右侧设有贯穿至所述箱体外的试剂管,所述试剂管内滑动连接有试剂活塞,所述化学试剂箱左侧固定设有试剂喷头,所述沉淀过滤腔右侧内壁与所述气体上升腔左侧内壁之间滑动连接有贯穿所述隔板的过滤网,所述过滤网下侧设有与所述沉淀过滤腔前侧内壁固定连接的接触开关,所述沉淀过滤腔内壁转动连接有前后对称且缠绕所述过滤网的过滤转轴,后侧所述过滤转轴设有扭簧,前侧所述过滤转轴设有电机;
所述气液分离装置包括与所述气液分离腔内壁固定连接的气液分离网,所述气液分离腔右侧内壁设有贯穿至所述箱体外的出气管,所述出气管内设有内外贯通的出气腔,所述气液分离网上侧设有位于所述气液分离腔前侧内壁的单向阀管,所述单向阀管下侧设有试剂回收腔,所述单向阀管内固定设有液体从所述气液分离腔至所述试剂回收腔的单向阀;
初始时,高温加热板处于水平位置,高温电热丝温度高于中温电热丝温度高于低温电热丝温度,添加剂腔内充满添加剂,化学试剂箱内充满化学试剂;
除颗粒物时,添加剂腔内的添加剂不断加入催化腔内,使尾气颗粒物燃点从六百五十摄氏度降至二百八十摄氏度,分别经过高温加热板、中温加热板和低温加热板,使颗粒物充分燃烧,可使颗粒物完全转变为二氧化碳,余温回收板回收余温传导给高温电热丝、中温电热丝和低温电热丝以减少能耗,在冬季还可以给空调补充热量;
加热板清洁时,当高温加热板上的杂质达到一定重量时,高温加热板逆时针旋转,触发电机启动,电机带动电机轴先逆时针转动,再顺时针转动,逆时针转动时,高温连杆向左平移,高温刮板刮下高温加热板上的杂质,同时带动中温连杆向右平移,刮下中温加热板上的杂质,中温连杆的移动使中温气腔内气体进入低温气腔,推动低温连杆向左平移,刮下低温加热板上的杂质;
有害气体沉淀时,化学试剂箱内装有使尾气污染气体沉淀的化学试剂,当过滤网上沾有足够多的沉淀时,过滤网接触接触开关,带动电机转动,使沉淀过滤腔内的过滤网更换,后侧过滤转轴的扭簧使过滤网拉紧不松动,气液分离网将气液分离,液体通过单向阀流进试剂回收腔回收,气体通过气液分离网从出气腔排出;
结束时,高温加热板处于水平位置,添加剂腔内补充添加剂,化学试剂箱内补充化学试剂。
