Description

Nano seed coating agent and preparation method thereof
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of ecological agriculture, in particular to a nano seed coating agent and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Seeds are the basis of agricultural growth processes and bear the development of agricultural technologies, so that the rapid development of seed protection technologies is very important for promoting agricultural growth. The cultivated land in China is widely distributed, and the agricultural production is influenced by various complex environmental factors (drought, waterlogging, saline alkali and the like). In the agricultural production process, the seed vigor is also obviously influenced to some extent by the large-amount release and accumulation of chemicals such as pesticides, chemical fertilizers and the like. In this context, seed coating technology has been developed rapidly. The use of the seed coating reduces the application amount of pesticide and seeds and the pollution to the environment urgently, and saves labor, cost and efficiency. Therefore, the seed coating technology is beneficial to agricultural sustainable development and has wide development prospect.
At present, seed coating becomes a comprehensive high-tech technology with high technological content and remarkable economic benefit, and the application of the seed coating is developed from the initial standard sowing to the aspects of preventing and controlling diseases, improving stress resistance, promoting crop growth and the like. The seed coating technology in China started in the last 70 th century and is developed slowly. After the implementation of the national "seed engineering program", the seed coating technology is rapidly developed and popularized. At present, a great deal of seed coating technical research in China mainly focuses on the aspects of research and development of film-forming materials and auxiliary agents, film-forming technology, active ingredient proportion and the like. However, the coating technology in China still has the following key problems: the coating dosage form is relatively laggard, the overall quality qualification rate of the coating agent is low, the development of new products is laggard, the development of coating machines is carried out, and the like. Therefore, the technology for vigorously developing the seed coating agent is urgently needed by the development of novel green agriculture at the present stage in China.
The research of the coating agent is a hot direction through a novel high polymer film-forming material and a composite film-forming technology. By adding some active ingredients, such as pesticides, bactericides, trace elements, plant growth regulators and the like, into the seed coating agent, multiple functions including promotion of seed germination, seedling growth and resistance to diseases and insect pests can be realized simultaneously. For example, patent application with publication number CN110946136A discloses a wheat seed coating agent and a preparation method thereof, which is prepared by the following raw materials: 0.08-0.10 part of benflumethamine, 0.01-0.02 part of menthol, 0.01-0.02 part of cytokinin, 4-5 parts of trehalose alcohol, 2-3 parts of amylose, 10-20 parts of methoxy polyethylene glycol, 3-5 parts of calcium bicarbonate, 1-2 parts of salicylic acid and 20-30 parts of Arabic gum, so that the germination rate of wheat seeds is improved, the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests is reduced, and the using amount of pesticides is reduced.
The existing wheat coating agent is mainly the traditional coating agent containing high-residue pesticide, has certain influence on the vitality of wheat seeds, and has great harm to people, livestock and environment. Therefore, the research and development of the active ingredients which are green and environment-friendly and have high-efficiency sterilization characteristics are also a key direction of the research of the coating agent at present. The major problems with seed coating technology include the poor compatibility of a single type of coating agent to different environmental conditions. For example, patent publication No. CN104094961A discloses a cold-resistant seed coating agent, which comprises the following components: 0.5-5 parts of dimethyl sulfoxide, 0.05-1 part of proline, 6 parts of 70% imidacloprid water dispersible granules, 2 parts of gum arabic and 81.28-90.68 parts of water by weight, so that the cold resistance of the corn seeds can be effectively improved.
However, the breadth of our country is broad, the climate, the sudden change, the seed species and the diseases are different, and no single coating agent formula can be suitable for most regions. Therefore, the multifunctional nano coating material which can be suitable for different environmental conditions is developed, and the nano coating material plays an important role in the development of novel seed coating technology in China.

And (3) measuring results:
(1) as shown in FIG. 5, the germination rate of wheat seeds under drought conditions can be improved after the wheat seeds are treated by the coating agent.
(2) As shown in FIG. 6, the germination rate of wheat seeds under drought and waterlogging conditions can be improved after the wheat seeds are treated by the coating agent. The upper graph in FIG. 6 shows the growth of seedlings after 3 days of treatment, and the lower graph shows the growth of seedlings after 5 days of treatment, and it is obvious that the swelling potential of wheat seeds treated by the coating agent is obviously better than that of the control group.
(3) As shown in FIG. 7, the germination rate of wheat seeds under the condition of microbial contamination can be improved after the wheat seeds are treated by the coating agent. Coating agents 1, 2 and 3 are respectively attapulgite: CaO (CaO)2The proportion is 200: 50, 200: 100, 200: 200. wherein the microbial contamination rate of the coating agent 3 is minimal.
Example 12
Water retentivity of the coating agent of comparative examples 1-2 and examples 6-10 to the seeds was measured
The determination method comprises the following steps: seeds of wheat (about 5g) coated with different coating agents were weighed T0, respectively, and then placed in a glass petri dish having a diameter of 5 cm; uniformly spraying purified water on the surfaces of the seeds, and weighing the seeds by T1; after the petri dish was placed at room temperature for one hour, the seeds were weighed as T2; the seed water retention is (T2-T0)/(T1-T0) × 100.
And (3) measuring results: as shown in FIG. 8, the coating agents contained attapulgite and CaO2The ratios of (A) to (B) are respectively 0: 0; 5:0,5: 1,5: 2,5: 3,5: 4,5: 5,0: 5. with CaO2The water-retaining property of the material tends to increase remarkably with the increase of the addition ratio, while CaO alone is used2Cannot increase the water retention of wheat seeds, and is used when the attapulgite and CaO2When the ratio of (a) to (b) is more than 5:3, the water retentivity of the wheat seeds is reduced. Each experimental treatment contained three biological replicates.
Example 13
The adsorption performance of the coating agent of comparative examples 1-2 and 8 on heavy cadmium metal ions was measured
The determination method comprises the following steps: respectively uniformly suspending 30 mg of nano coating agent in 50ml of cadmium chloride (with the concentration of 10ppm), standing at room temperature for 1 hour, absorbing 5ml of supernatant solution, centrifuging, filtering by using a 0.22um filter membrane, and measuring the concentration of cadmium ions in different solutions by using an atomic absorption spectrophotometer.
And (3) measuring results: as shown in FIG. 9, 1 is a control solution, and 2-4 is attapulgite and CaO in the coating agent2In a ratio of 5:0,5: 3,0: 5. the result shows that the attapulgite and the calcium peroxide can well reduce the content of heavy metal cadmium in the solution, but the coating agent prepared by the attapulgite and the calcium peroxide according to a certain proportion (such as 5: 3) can better absorb cadmium ions. Each experimental treatment contained three biological replicates.
The above examples are only intended to illustrate the technical solution of the present invention, but not to limit it; although the present invention has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, it will be understood by those of ordinary skill in the art that: the technical solutions described in the foregoing embodiments may still be modified, or some technical features may be equivalently replaced; and such modifications or substitutions do not depart from the spirit and scope of the corresponding technical solutions of the embodiments of the present invention.
