Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural waste treatment and organic fertilizer preparation, and particularly relates to a pig manure and chicken manure based harmless treatment process, an efficient organic fertilizer prepared by the process and application of the organic fertilizer in corn planting.
Background
In a large-scale farm, pigs and chickens are common raised animals, a large amount of excrement produced by the pigs and the chickens is an important problem troubling the farm owner, and if the pig and the chickens are not treated well, the pig and the chickens easily pollute the environment, breed germs and are not beneficial to the health of people and livestock.
At present, in the aspect of harmless treatment technology of pig manure and chicken manure, the harmless treatment technology is mostly carried out through processes of solid-liquid separation, anaerobic digestion, ammonia nitrogen removal and the like, such as Chinese patent CN 201210513731.7. In the biological treatment, specific microorganisms are usually used, and for example, CN200810058576.8 discloses a method for detoxifying human feces mainly by fermenting a mixture of water plants of water hyacinth and blue algae, and soil plants of straw plants by using yeasts, Bacillus subtilis and Lactobacillus of Candida species.
In the field of biological treatment, many techniques are currently available to achieve the detoxification of feces, but the resulting treated products have little or low utility. Therefore, if efficient organic fertilizers can be obtained through harmless treatment, the value of pig manure and chicken manure can be maximized.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects and social requirements of the prior art, one of the purposes of the invention is to provide a harmless treatment process of a high-efficiency organic fertilizer based on pig manure and chicken manure, wherein the harmless treatment process comprises the following steps:
(1) collecting and mixing fresh pig manure and fresh chicken manure to obtain a mixture A, and performing filtrate operation and drying operation on the mixed manure; when filtrate operation is carried out, the collected excrement is suspended, the aperture of the used filter cloth or filter plate is based on that the solid excrement does not flow out but only liquid flows out, and the operation time is based on that no liquid drops drop after suspension is carried out for at least 3 minutes; the drying operation is carried out after the filtrate operation is carried out, and drying is carried out at the temperature of 50-80 ℃ until the moisture content is not more than 10%;
(2) culturing bacillus subtilis B9601-Y2, collecting thallus, and suspending in PBS buffer solution to make the thallus concentration be 1-2 × 103CFU/mL to obtain a treatment solution A, and uniformly spraying the treatment solution in the product obtained in the step (1) to enable the water content to reach 30-40%; the bacillus subtilis B9601-Y2 is preserved in the China general microbiological culture Collection center of the China Committee for culture Collection of microorganisms, and the preservation number is CGMCC NO. 0954;
(3) performing sealed fermentation on the product obtained in the step (2) at 25-30 ℃ for 3-5 days;
(4) collecting and mixing additional fresh pig manure and fresh chicken manure to obtain a mixture B, and adding the product obtained in the step (3), the crushed corn straw and kaolin into the mixture B and mixing; wherein the weight ratio of the product obtained in the step (3), the crushed corn straw, the kaolin and the mixture B is 1: 3-5: 25-35, and the mixture B is subjected to stack retting fermentation at the temperature of 20-30 ℃ for 12-15 days and is inoculated during fermentation.
Preferably, in the step (4), the weight ratio of the product obtained in the step (3), the crushed corn straw, the kaolin and the mixture B is 1:4:3: 35.
The invention also aims at the high-efficiency organic fertilizer obtained by the harmless treatment process.
Preferably, when the organic fertilizer is prepared by a harmless treatment process, humic acid is further added after the step (4); wherein the weight of the humic acid is 0.5-1.0% of the weight of the product obtained in the step (4).
In the research process, the invention discovers that when Bacillus subtilis ACCC03120 is used as a fermentation strain, the fertilizer efficiency of the obtained organic fertilizer is poor. Meanwhile, the inventor also finds that when kaolin is not adopted, the fermentation time is very long and reaches more than 20 days. Through a large amount of grope, the fact that a small amount of kaolin is added to be matched with the crushed corn straws is discovered accidentally, the fermentation time can be well shortened, and meanwhile, the obtained organic fertilizer is high in fertilizer efficiency and particularly suitable for planting of corn.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the harmless treatment process is simple and convenient to implement;
2. the organic fertilizer obtained by the invention has excellent fertilizer efficiency, is particularly suitable for the cultivation of corn, the yield per mu of the corn is as high as 1200kg, and the utilization rate of nitrogen is 51-52%.
Detailed Description
The present invention is described in detail below by way of examples, and it should be noted that the following examples are only for illustrating the present invention and should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention.
In the following examples, the term "fresh" means that the discharge is less than 1 day.
Both Bacillus subtilis ACCC03120 and Bacillus subtilis B9601-Y2 of the present invention are commercially available, and the two strains of bacteria were not screened by the present invention.
