本发明公开了一种节能减排烤箱,包括烤箱本体,所述烤箱本体底部设有调节支撑脚,所述烤箱本体前端通过铰链铰接箱门,所述箱门内侧设有橡胶密封条,所述烤箱本体顶部固定设有热交换组件,所述热交换组件底部设有空气入口,一侧设有空气出口,并通过空气出口与过滤组件相连通。本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构原理简单,具有节能减排的功效;采用的热交换组件换热效率高,提高烘烤效果,其中热交换翅片能够降低凝露水或融霜水的表面张力,从而减少凝露水或融霜水在翅片之间的积聚,改善换热性能;采用的过滤组件能够有效的过滤排放的热废气,环保性能好。

技术领域
本发明涉及厨房电器设备技术领域,具体涉及一种节能减排烤箱。
背景技术
烤箱是一种箱体结构,在对工件进行烘烤加工的加工过程中,会产生热废气的排放,并和箱体外的冷空气交换,这些热废气常伴有一些有害气体物质。既损耗热能又影响环保。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题,本发明提供了结构设计合理的一种节能减排烤箱。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,包括烤箱本体,所述烤箱本体底部设有调节支撑脚,所述烤箱本体前端通过铰链铰接箱门,所述箱门内侧设有橡胶密封条,所述烤箱本体顶部固定设有热交换组件,所述热交换组件底部设有空气入口,一侧设有空气出口,并通过空气出口与过滤组件相连通。
所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述热交换组件包括多个热交换翅片、换热管、接头及导液片,多个所述热交换翅片处于相同的水平高度;所述换热管贯穿于多个热交换翅片,所述换热管在所述热交换组件的两端处向下弯转;所述接头与所述热交换组件的两端的向下弯转的部位相连接;所述导液片分别设置于所述热交换组件的两端处。
所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述过滤组件包括净化筒,所述净化筒内腔依次设有微波净化组件及等离子净化组件,所述微波净化组件与等离子净化组件之间设置碳纤维过滤网;所述微波净化组件包括单层陶瓷多孔过滤板、第一微波发生器、第二微波发生器、臭氧发生器,所述臭氧发生器设置在第一微波发生器和第二微波发生器之间,所述单层陶瓷多孔过滤板设置在第二微波发生器一侧。
所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述等离子净化组件包括等离子发生器和单层金属多孔过滤板,所述单层金属多孔过滤板贴合于等离子发生器一侧。
所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述调节支撑脚包括调节套筒,所述调节套筒底部设置支撑脚,所述支撑脚底部设有防滑垫。
所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述烤箱本体内腔从上往下依次设有多块放置板,所述放置板上设有多个导流孔。
所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述导流孔的孔径由放置板中心向两侧依次减小。
所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于:所述箱门上设有观察窗,所述观察窗采用钢化玻璃。
与现有的技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构原理简单,具有节能减排的功效;采用的热交换组件换热效率高,提高烘烤效果,其中热交换翅片能够降低凝露水或融霜水的表面张力,从而减少凝露水或融霜水在翅片之间的积聚,改善换热性能;采用的过滤组件能够有效的过滤排放的热废气,环保性能好;其中,采用的微波净化组件和等离子净化组件,能够有效的分解有害气体并转化,废气净化充分,大大提高了净化效率;而且在微波净化组件与等离子净化组件之间设置碳纤维过滤网,能够有效的去除废气臭味;此外,烤箱本体内腔从上往下依次设有多块放置板,放置板上设有多个导流孔;导流孔的孔径由放置板中心向两侧依次减小;采用的放置板能够均衡气体流速,进一步提高烘烤效果。

下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
如图1-4所示,一种节能减排烤箱,包括烤箱本体1,所述烤箱本体1底部设有调节支撑脚,调节支撑脚包括调节套筒23,所述调节套筒23底部设置支撑脚24,所述支撑脚24底部设有防滑垫25;设置的调节支撑脚能够防止烤箱出现晃动现象;所述烤箱本体1前端通过铰链2铰接箱门3,箱门3上设有观察窗28,所述观察窗28采用钢化玻璃;设置的观察窗,便于工作人员观察烤箱内部工件烘烤状况;所述箱门3内侧设有橡胶密封条4,设置的橡胶密封条能够防止热气外逸,影响烘烤质量;所述烤箱本体1顶部固定设有热交换组件5,所述热交换组件5底部设有空气入口6,一侧设有空气出口7,所述空气出口7连通设置在热交换组件5一侧的过滤组件8;
热交换组件5包括多个热交换翅片9、换热管10、接头11以及导液片12,多个所述热交换翅片9处于相同的水平高度;所述换热管10贯穿于多个热交换翅片9,所述换热管10在所述热交换组件5的两端处向下弯转;所述接头11与所述热交换组件的两端的向下弯转的部位相连接;所述导液片12分别设置于所述热交换组件的两端处;热交换翅片能够降低凝露水或融霜水的表面张力,从而减少凝露水或融霜水在翅片之间的积聚,改善换热性能,接头11设有两个,其中一个用于冷却水进,一个用于冷却水出。
本发明,过滤组件8包括净化筒13,所述净化筒13内腔依次设有微波净化组件14和等离子净化组件15,所述微波净化组件14与等离子净化组件15之间设置碳纤维过滤网16;所述微波净化组件14包括单层陶瓷多孔过滤板17、第一微波发生器18、第二微波发生器19、臭氧发生器20,所述臭氧发生器20设置在第一微波发生器18和第二微波发生器19之间,所述单层陶瓷多孔过滤板17设置在第二微波发生器19一侧;等离子净化组件15包括等离子发生器21和单层金属多孔过滤板22,所述单层金属多孔过滤板22贴合于等离子发生器21一侧;臭氧发生器产生的臭氧气体可以直接利用;采用的单层陶瓷多孔过滤板能够吸附微米尺寸的细小夹杂物粒子。
此外,本发明中,烤箱本体1内腔从上往下依次设有多块放置板26,所述放置板26上设有多个导流孔27;导流孔27的孔径由放置板中心向两侧依次减小,本发明采用的放置板能够均衡气体流速,进一步提高烘烤效果。
本发明结构原理简单,具有节能减排的功效;采用的热交换组件换热效率高,提高烘烤效果,其中热交换翅片能够降低凝露水或融霜水的表面张力,从而减少凝露水或融霜水在翅片之间的积聚,改善换热性能;采用的过滤组件能够有效的过滤排放的热废气,环保性能好;其中,采用的微波净化组件和等离子净化组件,能够有效的分解有害气体并转化,废气净化充分,大大提高了净化效率;而且在微波净化组件与等离子净化组件之间设置碳纤维过滤网,能够有效的去除废气臭味

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述热交换组件(5)包括多个热交换翅片(9)、换热管(10)、接头(11)及导液片(12),多个所述热交换翅片(9)处于相同的水平高度;所述换热管(10)贯穿于多个热交换翅片(9),所述换热管(10)在所述热交换组件(5)的两端处向下弯转;所述接头(11)与所述热交换组件(5)的两端的向下弯转的部位相连接;所述导液片(12)分别设置于所述热交换组件的两端处。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种节能减排烤箱,其特征在于,所述过滤组件(8)包括净化筒(13),所述净化筒(13)内腔依次设有微波净化组件(14)及等离子净化组件(15),所述微波净化组件(14)与等离子净化组件(15)之间设置碳纤维过滤网(16);所述微波净化组件(14)包括单层陶瓷多孔过滤板(17)、第一微波发生器(18)、第二微波发生器(19)、臭氧发生器(20),所述臭氧发生器(20)设置在第一微波发生器(18)和第二微波发生器(19)之间,所述单层陶瓷多孔过滤板(17)设置在第二微波发生器(19)一侧。
