技术领域

背景技术

第一支撑轴承纯构成为径向的轴承/径向轴承或者更优选地构成为轴向的和径向的轴承/轴向和径向轴承。第二支撑轴承也纯构成为径向的轴承/径向轴承或者更优选地构成为轴向的和径向的轴承/轴向和径向轴承。
第一支撑轴承和/或第二支撑轴承适宜地构成为滚珠轴承(更优选地为深沟球轴承)。
此外有利的是,第二支撑轴承装入在承载件和至少一个从动缸的执行器壳体之间。通过将第二支撑轴承集成在执行器壳体上进一步节约轴向结构空间。
在这方面,也有利的是,第二支撑轴承(直接)装入在承载件和执行器壳体的径向外侧之间。由此能相对简单地实现第二支撑轴承容纳在执行器壳体上。
还符合目的的是,执行器壳体具有两个从动缸,其中所述从动缸的两个分别通过壳体区域和活塞限界的流体腔在径向上套装地,即在径向上彼此错开(优选彼此共轴)地设置。由此能尤其灵活地设置两个离合器的操纵。
还有利的是,第二支撑轴承在轴向方向上至少部分地与至少一个从动缸的流体腔重叠/覆盖地(即在相同的轴向高度上)设置。由此进一步减少轴向的结构空间需求。
如果第一支撑轴承容纳在壳体的中间壁上,所述中间壁在径向上在转子和/或在至少一个离合器或多个离合器的多个摩擦元件旁延伸经过,那么实现紧凑地构成壳体。
在这方面,还有利的是,在中间壁中至少部分地设有操纵第一离合器的操纵单元的流体供应装置。
此外本发明涉及一种用于机动车的动力传动系的驱动单元,其具有根据本发明的根据上述实施例中的至少一个实施例的离合器装置以及变速器设备,其中所述变速器设备的至少一个变速器输入轴与所述离合器装置的离合器的离合器组成部分抗扭地连接。
在这方面,对于安装还有益的是,变速器设备具有与所述离合器装置的壳体牢固地连接的变速器壳体并且所述至少一个从动缸容纳在固定于变速器壳体的区域上。
执行器壳体有利地直接地或(间接地)经由连接元件如中间板安置在固定于变速器壳体的区域上。
换言之,因此根据本发明实现三重离合器(三个离合器),其在变速器侧具有附加的支承装置。作为混动模块应用的离合器装置尤其具有转子以及三重离合器,所述离合器在其两个(轴向)侧上被支撑。第一轴承(第一支撑轴承)朝向(轴向的)能与内燃机连接的一侧设置,并且第二轴承(第二支撑轴承)朝向(轴向的)能与变速器连接的一侧设置。第二轴承径向地通过用于操纵双离合器的两个子离合器(第二和第三离合器)的双从动缸支撑。

具体实施方式
在图1中能良好地看到根据优选实施例的根据本发明的离合器装置1的构造。离合器装置1是驱动单元30的部分。驱动单元30在运行中以典型的方式装在机动车的动力传动系中。驱动单元30形成由离合器装置1以及变速器设备24构成的单元。在变速器设备24那侧,为了清楚仅示出两个变速器输入轴25a、25b,所述变速器输入轴能转动地支承在变速器设备24的变速器壳体中。如下面详细描述的那样,离合器装置1实施为混动模块。
离合器装置1总共具有三个离合器6、7、8。因此离合器装置1也称作为三重离合器。第一离合器6以分离式离合器的形式设置在离合器装置1的输入端那侧。离合器装置1的输入端是如下区域,所述区域在运行时与为了清楚而没有示出的内燃机旋转地耦联。第二离合器7以及第三离合器8一起形成双离合器,此外所述双离合器与两个变速器输入轴25a、25b共同作用。
在离合器装置1的输入端侧设有输入部件27。输入部件27(也称作为连接部件/中间部件)在运行时直接地或间接地与内燃机的输出轴抗扭地连接。输入部件27直接地抗扭地安置在内燃机的输出轴上或者间接地借助于扭振减振设备,例如双质量飞轮,与输出轴耦联/连接。输入部件27能转动地支承在离合器装置1的壳体2上。输入部件27从壳体2(也称作为离合器壳体)的轴向外侧伸入到壳体2的内腔28中。尤其输入部件27穿过所述壳体2的在径向方向上延伸的中间壁22。
在内腔28中,输入部件27形成第一离合器6的第一离合器组成部分9a。输入部件27对此具有第一离合器6的第一离合器组成部分9a的承载区域29。第一离合器6的多个第一摩擦元件15抗扭地以及在轴向方向上相对彼此可移动地容纳在承载区域29上。在第一离合器6的另一第二离合器组成部分10a上设有多个第二摩擦元件16。第一离合器6的第二摩擦元件16抗扭地以及轴向相对彼此可移动地容纳在承载件3上。因此,第一离合器6的第二离合器组成部分10a容纳在承载件3上。承载件3具有在径向方向上延伸的第一支撑部段31,所述第一支撑部段31形成/容纳第一离合器6的第二离合器组成部分10a。第一支撑部段31在径向方向上借助于第一支撑轴承12直接地支撑/支承在壳体2/中间壁22上。中间壁22为此形成承载部段32,所述承载部段在轴向方向上从径向内部覆盖第一离合器6的摩擦元件15、16。第一支撑轴承12设置在承载部段32和第一支撑部段31的径向内侧之间的径向的中间腔中。第一支撑轴承12本身径向地设置在第一离合器6的摩擦元件15、16之内。因此第一支撑轴承12也轴向地支撑在第一支撑部段31以及壳体2那侧,使得第一支撑轴承作用为轴向轴承。
此外第二支撑区域31与承载件3的在轴向上延伸的(套筒状的)容纳部段33抗扭地连接。为了该目的,第一支撑部段31在该实施方式中焊接在容纳部段33上。同样是离合器装置1的组成部分的电机5的转子4直接抗扭地容纳在容纳部段33上。转子4固定在容纳部段33的径向外侧上。电机5的定子34与壳体2牢固地连接/牢固地容纳在壳体2中,其中转子4相对于定子能旋转。因此,电机5的转子4与转动轴线13同轴地设置,承载件3能围绕转动轴线13转动地支承并且涉及所应用的径向和轴向方向。
在容纳部段33的轴向地背离第一支撑部段31的端部上设有承载件3的另一第二支撑部段35。该第二支撑部段35也如第一支撑部段31一样从容纳部段33在径向方向上向内延伸。第二支撑部段35在该实施方式中借助于螺接安置在容纳部段33上。
根据本发明,在承载件3上,即在第二支撑部段35上,设有第二支撑轴承14,所述第二支撑轴承在轴向方向上与第一支撑轴承12间隔开地定位。也如第一支撑轴承12一样,第二支撑轴承14呈滚珠轴承的形式构成。然而原则上也可行的是,以其他方式构成两个支撑轴承12、14。也如第一支撑轴承12一样,第二支撑轴承14实施为轴向和径向轴承。因此,承载件3经由两个在轴向方向上彼此间隔开地设置的支撑轴承12、14在运行时径向地支撑/支承。
承载件3也与其他两个离合器7、8连接。承载件3,即容纳部段33,直接地容纳第二离合器7和第三离合器8的第一离合器组成部分9b、9c。
相应地,第二离合器7的第一离合器组成部分9b直接地容纳在容纳部段33的径向的内侧上。第二离合器7的多个第一摩擦元件15抗扭地以及相对彼此能轴向移动地容纳在承载件3/容纳部段33上。第二离合器7的第二离合器组成部分10b还与变速器设备24的第一变速器输入轴25a抗扭地连接。第二离合器7的第二离合器组成部分10b具有多个(第二)摩擦元件16,所述摩擦元件抗扭地以及相对彼此能轴向移动地安置在(第二离合器组成部分10b)的第一摩擦元件承载件36a上。此外第一摩擦元件承载件36a直接与第一变速器输入轴25a抗扭地连接。
相应于第二离合器7构建第三离合器8。第三离合器8的摩擦元件15、16在轴向上观察设置在第二离合器7的摩擦元件15、16附近。此外,第二离合器7的摩擦元件15、16径向地设置在第一离合器6的摩擦元件15、16之外。第三离合器8的摩擦元件15、16也径向地设置在第一离合器6的摩擦元件15、16之外。第三离合器8的第一离合器组成部分9c直接容纳在承载件3/容纳部段33上。第一离合器部段9c如第二离合器7的第一离合器组成部分9b一样直接设置在容纳部段33的径向内侧上。第三离合器8的多个第一摩擦元件15抗扭地以及相对彼此能轴向移动地容纳在容纳部段33上,其中多个第一摩擦元件是第一离合器组成部分9c的组成部分。第三离合器8的第二离合器组成部分10c具有多个第二摩擦元件16,所述第二摩擦元件抗扭地以及相对彼此能轴向移动地容纳在第三离合器8的第二摩擦元件承载件36b上。此外第二摩擦元件承载件36b与第二变速器输入轴25b连接。
相应的离合器6、7、8的摩擦元件15、16在每个离合器6、7、8的轴向方向上交替。在相应的离合器6、7、8的闭合位置中,其摩擦元件15、16在轴向方向上摩擦力配合地彼此挤压,使得出现相应的第一离合器组成部分9a、9b、9c与第二离合器组成部分10a、10b、10c抗扭地接合。在相应的离合器6、7、8的断开位置中,其摩擦元件15、16因此彼此间隔开地设置,使得其第一离合器组成部分9a、9b、9c与第二离合器组成部分10a、10b、10c旋转地脱耦。
关于两个支撑轴承12、14相对于彼此的定位以及相对于摩擦元件15、16的定位可看到,第一支撑轴承12朝向第一轴向侧完全设置在第三离合器8的摩擦元件15、16附近。第二支撑轴承14相反完全朝向第三离合器8的摩擦元件15、16的背离第一轴向侧的第二轴向侧设置。因为第一支撑轴承12的组成部分(轴承环和滚动体)在轴向方向上至少部分地(径向从内部)覆盖/遮盖第一离合器6以及第二离合器7的摩擦元件15、16,所以第一支撑轴承12仅关于第二和第三离合器7、8的一些摩擦元件15、16错开地朝向第一轴向侧设置。然而第二支撑轴承14对于第二和第三离合器7、8的所有摩擦元件15、16错开地朝向第二轴向侧设置。
为了操纵第一离合器6设有操纵单元23。操纵单元23具有从动缸11c,所述从动缸实施为同心从动缸。称作为第三从动缸11c的从动缸11c实施为液压的从动缸11c。第三从动缸11c关于其(第三)流体腔21c连接于流体供应装置/液压供应装置。流体供应装置部分地构成在中间壁22中。流体供应装置的导向通道37尤其集成在中间壁22中。因此,因为中间壁22在径向方向上超出转子4以及离合器6、7、8的摩擦元件15、16,所以流体在运行中从电机5/转子4的径向外侧引入到第一离合器6的径向区域中。与(第三)壳体区域19c一起形成第三流体腔21c的(第三)活塞20c能移动地容纳在中间壁22中。由此,操纵单元23用于将第一离合器6在其断开位置和闭合位置之间调节。
为了操纵第二离合器7以及第三离合器8,在该实施方式中应用呈双从动缸形式的从动缸单元,即具有两个彼此集成在模块中的从动缸11a、11b。因此操纵第二离合器7的第一从动缸11a共同地构成有操纵第三离合器8的第二从动缸11b。两个从动缸11a、11b共同地容纳在执行器壳体17中。因此,从动缸11a、11b的第一壳体区域19a和第二壳体区域19b共同地集成在执行器壳体17中。(第一或第二)活塞20a、20b不仅在第一壳体区域19a中而且在第二壳体区域19b中可移动地引导,所述(第一或第二)活塞与(第一或第二)壳体区域19a或19b一起形成(第一或第二)流体腔21a、21b。两个从动缸11a、11b,即两个从动缸11a、11b的壳体区域19a、19b,彼此径向套装地设置。第一从动缸11a的第一壳体区域19a径向地设置在第二从动缸11b的第二壳体区域19b之外。因为每个从动缸11a、11b构成为同心从动缸,所以从动缸11a、11b,即壳体区域19a、19b,相对于彼此同轴地设置。
如在图1中能看到,第二支撑轴承14在径向方向上观察设置在第二支撑部段35和执行器壳体17的径向外侧18之间。对此,第二支撑轴承14的第一轴承环38抗扭地安置(压)在执行器壳体17的外侧18/外直径上。第一轴承环38除了轴向侧之外支撑在执行器壳体17处的(径向)凸出部41(也称为凸肩)上。相对于第一轴承环38滚动支承的第二轴承环39抗扭地容纳(压)在第二支撑部段35的在轴向上延伸的轴承区域40的径向内侧上。第二轴承环39在轴向方向上牢固地容纳在第二支撑部段35/轴承区域40的径向内侧上。
第二支撑轴承14容纳在执行器壳体17上,使得流体腔21a、21b在径向方向上设置在第二支撑轴承14之内。此外,第二支撑轴承14在轴向方向上设置在与流体腔21a、21b相同的高度上。因此第一轴承环38在轴向方向上至少部分地与流体腔21a、21b重叠。
此外执行器壳体17在该实施例中与中间板26连接。中间板26在运行中以典型的方式用于将执行器壳体17固定在变速器设备24的变速器壳体上。原则上也可行的是,根据其他实施例,将执行器壳体17直接固定在变速器壳体上。
换言之,因此两个轴承部位通过用于转子4的第一支撑轴承12和第二支撑轴承14成为整体。因此转子4的第二轴承部位(第二支撑轴承14)也集成到变速器侧上。转子4的第二轴承部位14进一步优选地位于两个从动缸11a、11b/双CSC的外直径(径向外侧18)上。CSC11a、11b螺接在变速器壳体或中间板26上。由此在运行中在变速器侧上产生第二轴承部位14。
混动模块(离合器装置1)尤其特征在于,转子4/三重离合器6、7、8在两侧支承。这通过在发动机侧的(第一)轴承部位12和在变速器侧的第二轴承部位14可见。第二轴承部位14在此径向地支撑在双CSC11a、11b上。双CSC在此在变速器侧上螺接在基板上。由此减轻壳体2的中间壁22的负荷并且其能够更薄地设计。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于机动车的动力传动系的离合器装置(1),所述离合器装置具有:壳体(2);相对于所述壳体(2)能转动地支承的承载件(3);电机(5),所述电机借助其转子(4)抗扭地容纳在所述承载件(3)上;多个离合器(6,7,8),其中每个离合器(6,7,8)借助离合器组成部分(9b,9c,10a)抗扭地容纳在所述承载件(3)上;以及以操纵方式作用于离合器(6,7,8)的至少一个从动缸(11a,11b),其中也构成所述承载件(3)的支承装置的第一支撑轴承(12)直接设置在所述承载件(3)和所述壳体(2)之间,其特征在于,所述承载件(3)配备有另一第二支撑轴承(14),所述第二支撑轴承沿着所述承载件(3)的转动轴线(13)与所述第一支撑轴承(12)间隔开地设置;所述第二支撑轴承(14)装入在所述承载件(3)和所述至少一个从动缸(11a,11b)的执行器壳体(17)之间,所述执行器壳体(17)在轴向上背离所述第一支撑轴承(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离合器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一支撑轴承(12)朝向第一轴向侧设置在所述离合器(6,7,8)之一的多个摩擦元件(15,16)附近,并且所述第二支撑轴承(14)朝向背离所述第一轴向侧的第二轴向侧设置在所述离合器(6,7,8)的摩擦元件(15,16)附近。
3.根据权利要求1所述的离合器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二支撑轴承(14)装入在所述承载件(3)和所述执行器壳体(17)的径向外侧(18)之间。
4.根据权利要求3所述的离合器装置(1),其特征在于,所述执行器壳体(17)具有两个从动缸(11a,11b),其中所述从动缸(11a,11b)的两个分别通过壳体区域(19a,19b)和活塞(20a,20b)限界的流体腔(21a,21b)在径向上套装地设置。
5.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的离合器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第二支撑轴承(14)在轴向方向上至少部分地与所述至少一个从动缸(11a,11b)的流体腔(21a,21b)重叠地设置。
6.根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的离合器装置(1),其特征在于,所述第一支撑轴承(12)容纳在所述壳体(2)的中间壁(22)上,所述中间壁在径向上在所述转子(4)和/或在至少一个离合器(6,7,8)的多个摩擦元件(15,16)旁延伸经过。
7.根据权利要求6所述的离合器装置(1),其特征在于,在所述中间壁(22)中至少部分地设有操纵第一离合器(6)的操纵单元(23)的流体供应装置。
8.一种用于机动车的动力传动系的驱动单元(30),所述驱动单元具有根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的离合器装置(1)以及变速器设备(24),其中所述变速器设备(24)的至少一个变速器输入轴(25a;25b)与所述离合器装置(1)的离合器(6,7)的离合器组成部分(10b,10c)抗扭地连接。
9.根据权利要求8所述的驱动单元(30),其特征在于,所述变速器设备(24)具有与所述离合器装置(1)的壳体(2)牢固地连接的变速器壳体并且所述至少一个从动缸(11a,11b)容纳在固定于变速器壳体的区域上。
