本发明公开了一种上装式蝶阀,包括外阀体、内阀体、阀盖、阀杆、蝶板、阀座密封圈、蝶板密封圈、压盘、压盘垫片、金属缠绕垫、阀盖缠绕垫、弹性调整垫片、对开环、丝堵、圆柱销和轴套,外阀体和内阀体均具有空腔,且空腔的两端均开设有供介质流通的入口、出口,外阀体和内阀体的入口、出口外侧各设有角度为5°的斜平面,且内阀体的入口侧设有卸压孔,内阀体的出口侧5°斜平面上设有凹槽,且凹槽内装有金属缠绕垫,该发明,可以整体一次性拆卸,只需打开上盖即可,同时可方便的更换蝶板密封圈和阀座密封圈,并调整密封圈的相对位置,保证足够的密封比压;另外可利用内阀体上下两端预留的螺纹孔在线下试压,大大提高安装及检修效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及阀门技术领域,具体为一种上装式蝶阀。
背景技术
在中国发明专利说明书CN 105351538 A中公开了一种上装式蝶阀,其主要包括:阀体,具有空腔,空腔的两端具有供介质流通的入口和出口,顶部具有开口,底部设有安装槽,阀体内壁出口上设置有阀座密封圈;阀盖(3),通过紧固件固定安装在阀体上,阀体与阀盖(3)之间设有金属缠绕垫(10)密封;阀杆(4),垂直于阀体内介质流向,通过阀盖(3)、限位组件与阀体成轴向固定,轴向转动配合联接;蝶板,通过键连接固定于阀杆(4)上;蝶板密封圈通过压板固定在蝶板上;限位组件,套于阀杆(4)外侧,并安装于阀盖(3)与阀体围成的空腔内;
上述的上装式蝶阀安装时需要先将第二限位块安装于阀体内,然后将阀杆(4)、蝶板、蝶板密封圈等的组合件装入到阀体内,再将第一限位块装于阀盖(3)与阀杆(4)组件之间,最后将阀盖(3)套于阀杆(4)外侧并通过紧固件与阀体固定连接。由于阀座密封圈设置在出口阀体内壁上,当阀座出现损伤需要更换时,只能切割管道,做修复处理,维修难度大、成本高;其次限位组件与阀杆(4)组件轴向紧密配合,还要保证与阀座密封圈的位置相对准确,尺寸精度要求极高,增加了加工及装配难度;另外若要调整阀座密封圈与蝶板密封圈之间的密封比压,只能多次拆装,现场试压,因此对现场操作条件要求苛刻。因此设计一种上装式蝶阀以解决上述问题是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种上装式蝶阀,降低加工、装配、试压的整体难度,提升密封圈的密封性能,真正做到阀内件整体拆装,蝶板密封圈和阀座密封圈均可维修更换;另外内阀体可以线下试压无误后再安装到现场管道上,大大提高维修效率。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种上装式蝶阀,包括外阀体、内阀体、阀盖、阀杆、蝶板、阀座密封圈、蝶板密封圈、压盘、压盘垫片、金属缠绕垫、阀盖缠绕垫、弹性调整垫片、对开环、丝堵、圆柱销和轴套,所述外阀体和内阀体均具有空腔,且空腔的两端均开设有供介质流通的入口、出口,所述外阀体和内阀体的入口、出口外侧各设有角度为5°的斜平面,且内阀体的入口侧设有卸压孔,所述内阀体的出口侧5°斜平面上设有凹槽,且凹槽内装有金属缠绕垫,所述内阀体前后两侧设有相互平行的两个平面,所述内阀体通过入口、出口5°斜平面和前后相互平行的两平面装于外阀体上,所述内阀体的上端同时留有数个凹槽,且凹槽内设置有弹性调整垫片;所述阀盖套于阀杆外侧,并通过紧固件固定在外阀体的顶部,所述阀盖底部设有凸台,且凸台与外阀体顶部凹槽相互压紧阀盖缠绕垫形成密封;所述阀杆底部设有台阶,且外侧设有轴套与内阀体配合连接。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述外阀体的顶部具有开口和凹槽,且底部开设有安装槽和吹扫孔,所述外阀体前后面上设置有相互平行的凸条,且外阀体的底部设置有丝堵。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述内阀体顶部和底部分别开设有孔和安装槽,且空腔的出口端设置台阶。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述内阀体的上下两端预留有螺纹孔。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述阀杆还通过对开环和紧固件装于内阀体上。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述阀座密封圈通过压盘、压盘垫片和紧固件利用内阀体出口端的台阶固定在内阀体上。

与现有技术相比,本发明所达到的有益效果是:该上装式蝶阀,可以整体一次性拆卸,只需打开上盖即可,同时可方便的更换蝶板密封圈和阀座密封圈,并调整密封圈的相对位置,保证足够的密封比压;另外可利用内阀体上下两端预留的螺纹孔在线下试压,大大提高安装及检修效率。

外阀体1的顶部具有开口和凹槽,且底部开设有安装槽和吹扫孔,外阀体1前后面上设置有相互平行的凸条,且外阀体1的底部设置有丝堵14,可用于排污;
内阀体2顶部和底部分别开设有孔和安装槽,且空腔的出口端设置台阶;

基于上述,本发明安装时,先将阀杆4穿过内阀体2和蝶板5,用圆柱销15将蝶板5固定于内阀体2上;将蝶板密封圈7固定于蝶板5上;阀座密封圈6通过压盘8、压盘垫片9和紧固件固定在内阀体2上;将组装并试压完成的内阀体2装于外阀体1围成的空腔内,通过5°斜平面保证外阀体1与内阀体2之间的密封;将弹性调整垫片12和金属缠绕垫10装于内阀体2与阀盖3之间和外阀体1与阀盖3之间,调整外阀体1与内阀体2垂直方向的相对位置,并使用标准件紧固,最后安装填料函填料并紧固即可完成安装;拆卸蝶阀各部件的顺序与安装各部件的顺序相反。
