本发明公开了一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,属于造纸领域。该方法包括如下步骤:S1,面层、衬层、芯层各层的原料分别添加化学剂进行碎解得到相应浆料;S2,将25~30重量份的芒果树木纤维经碎解、分散、漂白后,与聚乳酸纤维通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,搅拌过程中逐步加入15‑20重量份的吉贝纤维,得混合浆料;S3,将10~13重量份的矿物纤维用水稀释至20%~30%得矿物纤维浆,将上述混合浆料以150~200r/min速度搅拌并逐步加入矿物纤维浆,制得底层浆料;S4,将S1制得的浆料和底层浆料进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。本发明具有如下有益效果:有利于提高白板纸的撕裂度;2、提高总体强度;3、矿物纤维的长径比较高,可以达到较好的经济效益。

技术领域
本发明涉及造纸领域,特别涉及一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法。
背景技术
白板纸是一种正面呈白色且光滑,背面多为灰底的纸板,这种纸板主要用于单面彩色印刷后制成纸盒供包装使用,亦或者用于设计、手工制品。
白板纸一般包括面层、衬层、芯层及底层,将不同层次的浆料在多圆网多烘缸纸机或长圆网混合纸板机上抄造而成。各层纸浆料的纤维配比是不同的,而各层浆料的纤维配比,又根据所抄造纸的质量有所区别。
第一层为面层浆,要求白度高,具有一定的强度,通常采用漂白硫酸盐木浆或配加部分漂白化学草浆和白纸边废纸浆;第二层为衬层,起到隔离面层和芯层的作用,也要求具有一定白度,通常用100%机械木浆或浅色废纸浆;第三层为芯层,主要起填充作用,以增加纸板的厚度,提高挺度,一般采用混合废纸浆或草浆,这一层最厚,定量高的纸板常用几个网槽分几次挂浆;最后一层是底层,具有改善纸板外观,提高强度,防止卷曲的功能,通常用高得率浆或较好的废纸浆为原料抄造,纸板底面颜色多位灰色,也可按要求生产其他的底面颜色。
由于白板纸多由纸浆纤维组成,其强度有限,使用时弯折容易撕裂或断裂,底层一般用于提高强度,因此对原料要求较高,纸浆纤维一般采用植物纤维,但是由于植物纤维固有的特性,强度有限,因此其无法形成较高的强度。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,可以解决背景技术中所指出的问题。
一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1,面层、衬层、芯层各层的原料分别添加化学剂进行碎解得到相应浆料;
S2,将25~30重量份的芒果树木纤维经碎解、分散、漂白后,与聚乳酸纤维通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,搅拌过程中逐步加入15-20重量份的吉贝纤维,搅拌速度600-700r/min,控制聚乳酸纤维的细度0.15~0.2dpf,长度 10~15mm,得混合浆料;
S3,将10~13重量份的矿物纤维用水稀释至20%~30%得矿物纤维浆,将上述混合浆料以150~200r/min速度搅拌并逐步加入矿物纤维浆,控制矿物纤维的直径0.1~0.15μm,长度2~5mm,搅拌过程中通入蒸汽,蒸汽温度 100~115℃,持续30~40min,制得底层浆料;
S4,将S1制得的浆料和底层浆料进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。
更优地,在S3后、S4前还包括:将底层浆料与粒径为100~120μm的吸水树脂颗粒通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,吸水树脂所占质量份数为8%~12%,搅拌速度100~150r/min,搅拌10~15min。
更优地,在S3后、S4前还包括制作复合层的步骤,其包括:
S31,喷射芯层浆料,控制厚度为芯层总厚度的1/3;
S32,铺设由高弹性聚乙烯纤维制成的弹性层;
S33,将芯层浆料喷在弹性层上至预设厚度;
S4,分别进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。
更优地,在S4中还包括将增强层进行复合的步骤,所述增强层位于衬层与芯层之间,所述增强层为内旋折叠机构的负泊松比材料制成。
本发明提供一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,具有如下有益效果:
1、聚乳酸纤维具有良好的可生物降解性,被废弃后可在自然界中完全分解为CO2和H2O,且由于它的高结晶性和高取向度,从而具有高耐热性和高强度,有利于提高白板纸的撕裂度;
2、吉贝纤维长度较长,具有较高的强度,芒果树木纤维长度较短,比废纸原料和长纤维树木的价格低,较长的吉贝纤维可以形成较好的网状层叠,将长度较短的芒果树木纤维附着,提高总体强度;
3、矿物纤维的长径比较高,与植物纤维能够有效的交织,矿物纤维的强度略低于植物纤维,但是其成本比植物纤维低,可以达到较好的经济效益,聚乳酸纤维的高强度可以弥补矿物纤维所带来的强度损失。

下面结合附图,对本发明的一个具体实施方式进行详细描述,但应当理解本发明的保护范围并不受具体实施方式的限制。
如图1所示,本发明实施例提供的一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸,包括依次设置的面层10、衬层11、芯层13及底层15,底层15包括以下重量份数的原料制成:
混合纤维,90-100份;
吉贝纤维,15-20份;
矿物纤维,10-13份;
其中,混合纤维包括质量比为(3~4)∶1的芒果树木纤维和聚乳酸纤维;
聚乳酸纤维的细度为0.15~0.2dpf,长度为10~15mm;
矿物纤维的直径为0.1~0.15μm,长度为2~5mm。
在一具体实施例中,面层10包括如下重量份原料组成:碳酸钙 60%~85%,高岭土5%~20%,分散剂0.1%~0.3%,胶黏剂8%~15%,抗水剂 0.1%~0.6%,润滑剂0.1%~0.3%,衬层11和芯层13均采用废纸浆。
在一具体实施例中,为了提高白板纸的防潮性能,底层15内嵌设有吸水树脂颗粒,吸水树脂颗粒的粒径为100~120μm,吸水树脂颗粒占底层15的质量份数为8%~12%。吸水树脂为一类含有亲水基团和交联结构的大分子,在一定的温度和压力下,能自发地吸水,水进入树脂中,使整个体系的自由焓降低,直到平衡。颗粒状的吸水树脂大大增加了表面积,聚乳酸纤维长度 10~15mm、矿物纤维长度2~5mm,纤维较长,细小纤维含量低,垫整体性能较好,网状纤维均匀,可以使粒径范围在100~120μm的吸水树脂完美嵌合在纤维层中。
在一具体实施例中,芯层13包括弹性层14,弹性层14由高弹性聚乙稀纤维制成,其与芯层13的厚度比为(1~1.5)∶3且位于芯层13靠近衬层11的 1/3处,高弹性聚乙稀纤维是目前世界上比强度和比模量最高的纤维。其中,弹性层14呈网状,纤维直径为200~250μm,网状高弹性聚乙稀纤维可以和芯层13的纸浆纤维交织在一起,增加附着力,高弹性聚乙稀纤维具有超高的强度,其可以显著增加白板纸的耐破性和耐折度。保证弹性层14处于芯层13靠近衬层11的1/3处,可以使弹性层14基本上处于白板纸的中间位置,可以使白板纸无论从面层10弯折还是从底层15弯折均可以保证白板纸具有较好的耐折度,弹性层14可以使白板纸在受到弯折时吸收大部分应力,在回复时由于高弹性聚乙稀纤维的弹性强度可以轻松地实现复位,避免纸张断裂。
在一具体实施例中,衬层11和芯层13之间还设置有增强层12,增强层 12为内旋折叠机构的负泊松比材料制成。负泊松比(NegativePoisson’sRatio)效应,是指受拉伸时,材料在弹性范围内横向发生膨胀;而受压缩时,材料的横向反而发生收缩。由于材料的断裂一般是由于一个方向受拉伸时,垂直于受力方向的材料会发生收缩变形,造成收缩部位强度变小,导致断裂。内旋折叠机构的负泊松比材料通过在顶点处以一定形式相互链接形成负泊松比效应,当材料的某一方向受到拉伸时,相互衔接的各个矩形或三角形边的夹角发生变化,随着夹角的增大,材料在垂直于拉伸方向上接折叠而产生膨胀变形,这一过程使得材料的单位面积密度降低,吸收了外力,但是不会破坏材料的结构强度,同时由于材料单位结构发生转动,将外力分解到两个不同方向上,避免材料承受单一方向上的外力,从而大大抵消了单一方向上的受力强度,从而间接提升了纸张的耐破强度。
实施例一:
一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1,将面层10、衬层11、芯层13各层的原料分别添加化学剂进行碎解得到相应浆料,其中上述原料可以根据实际需要选用,本实施例中采用废纸浆;
S2,将25重量份的芒果树木纤维经碎解、分散、漂白后,与聚乳酸纤维通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,搅拌过程中逐步加入15重量份的吉贝纤维,搅拌速度600r/min,控制聚乳酸纤维的细度0.15dpf,长度10mm,得混合浆料;由于聚乳酸纤维长度较长,芒果树木纤维长度较短,因此高度搅拌有利于芒果树木纤维与聚乳酸纤维充分混合,以增加交织度;
S3,将10重量份的矿物纤维用水稀释至20%~30%得矿物纤维浆,将上述混合浆料以150r/min速度搅拌并逐步加入矿物纤维浆,控制矿物纤维的直径0.1μm,长度2mm,搅拌过程中通入蒸汽,蒸汽温度100℃,持续30min,制得底层15浆料;由于矿物纤维质地较脆,高速搅拌会使矿物纤维折断,当速度较低时又难以与聚乳酸纤维及芒果树木纤维充分交织混合,因此控制加入矿物纤维时的搅拌速度,有利于控制矿物纤维的交织质量及长度;
S31,将底层15浆料与粒径为100μm的吸水树脂颗粒通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,吸水树脂所占质量份数为8%,搅拌速度100r/min,搅拌10min;
S32,喷射芯层13浆料,控制厚度为芯层13总厚度的1/3;
S33,铺设由高弹性聚乙烯纤维制成的弹性层14至S32中的芯层13浆料上;
S34,继续喷射芯层13浆料在弹性层14上至预设厚度;
S35,铺设内旋折叠机构的负泊松比材料网至S34中的芯层13浆料上,增强层12位于衬层11与芯层13之间;
S4,继续进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。
实施例二:
一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1,将面层10、衬层11、芯层13各层的原料分别添加化学剂进行碎解得到相应浆料,其中上述原料可以根据实际需要选用,本实施例中采用废纸浆;
S2,将30重量份的芒果树木纤维经碎解、分散、漂白后,与聚乳酸纤维通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,搅拌过程中逐步加入20重量份的吉贝纤维,搅拌速度700r/min,控制聚乳酸纤维的细度0.2dpf,长度15mm,得混合浆料;由于聚乳酸纤维长度较长,芒果树木纤维长度较短,因此高度搅拌有利于芒果树木纤维与聚乳酸纤维充分混合,以增加交织度;
S3,将13重量份的矿物纤维用水稀释至30%得矿物纤维浆,将上述混合浆料以200r/min速度搅拌并逐步加入矿物纤维浆,控制矿物纤维的直径 0.15μm,长度5mm,搅拌过程中通入蒸汽,蒸汽温度115℃,持续40min,制得底层15浆料;由于矿物纤维质地较脆,高速搅拌会使矿物纤维折断,当速度较低时又难以与聚乳酸纤维及芒果树木纤维充分交织混合,因此控制加入矿物纤维时的搅拌速度,有利于控制矿物纤维的交织质量及长度;
S31,将底层15浆料与粒径为120μm的吸水树脂颗粒通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,吸水树脂所占质量份数为12%,搅拌速度150r/min,搅拌15min;
S32,喷射芯层13浆料,控制厚度为芯层13总厚度的1/3;
S33,铺设由高弹性聚乙烯纤维制成的弹性层14至S32中的芯层13浆料上;
S34,继续喷射芯层13浆料在弹性层14上至预设厚度;
S35,铺设内旋折叠机构的负泊松比材料网至S34中的芯层13浆料上,增强层12位于衬层11与芯层13之间;
S4,继续进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。
实施例三:
一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,具体步骤如下:
S1,将面层10、衬层11、芯层13各层的原料分别添加化学剂进行碎解得到相应浆料,其中上述原料可以根据实际需要选用,本实施例中采用废纸浆;
S2,将27重量份的芒果树木纤维经碎解、分散、漂白后,与聚乳酸纤维通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,搅拌过程中逐步加入17重量份的吉贝纤维,搅拌速度650r/min,控制聚乳酸纤维的细度0.17dpf,长度13mm,得混合浆料;由于聚乳酸纤维长度较长,芒果树木纤维长度较短,因此高度搅拌有利于芒果树木纤维与聚乳酸纤维充分混合,以增加交织度;
S3,将12重量份的矿物纤维用水稀释至25%得矿物纤维浆,将上述混合浆料以170r/min速度搅拌并逐步加入矿物纤维浆,,控制矿物纤维的直径0.13μm,长度3mm,搅拌过程中通入蒸汽,蒸汽温度107℃,持续40min,制得底层15浆料;由于矿物纤维质地较脆,高速搅拌会使矿物纤维折断,当速度较低时又难以与聚乳酸纤维及芒果树木纤维充分交织混合,因此控制加入矿物纤维时的搅拌速度,有利于控制矿物纤维的交织质量及长度;
S31,将底层15浆料与粒径为110μm的吸水树脂颗粒通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,吸水树脂所占质量份数为10%,搅拌速度130r/min,搅拌13min;
S32,喷射芯层13浆料,控制厚度为芯层13总厚度的1/3;
S33,铺设由高弹性聚乙烯纤维制成的弹性层14至S32中的芯层13浆料上;
S34,继续喷射芯层13浆料在弹性层14上至预设厚度;
S35,铺设内旋折叠机构的负泊松比材料网至S34中的芯层13浆料上,增强层12位于衬层11与芯层13之间;
S4,继续进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。
对比实施例一:
其他部分与实施例三相同,区别在于在步骤S2中加入是竹纤维与芒果树木纤维进行混合。
对比实施例二:
其他部分与对比实施例一相同,区别在于在步骤S2中,仅有竹纤维与芒果树木纤维进行混合,没有吉贝纤维。
对比实施例三:
其他部分与实施例三相同,区别在于,去除步骤S3。

其他部分与实施例三相同,区别在于,去除步骤S31。
对比实施例五:
其他部分与实施例三相同,区别在于,去除步骤S32-S34。

实施例1-3和对比实施例1-6的白板纸的性能测试结果见表1.

其中,如图2-4所示,上述实施例中的搅拌装置包括:搅拌罐21、驱动电机20、搅拌杆22和设置在搅拌杆22上的搅拌叶片23,驱动电机20位于搅拌罐21的底部,驱动电机20的输出轴延伸至所述搅拌罐21内并驱动连接至搅拌杆22,驱动电机20的输出轴与搅拌罐21动密封连接,所述搅拌叶片23固定设置在所述搅拌杆22上,所述搅拌叶片23呈螺旋上升式分布且螺距逐渐变小,即搅拌杆22竖直设置,搅拌叶片23朝向远离驱动电机20的方向螺距逐渐变小,即相邻的两个搅拌叶片23之间的间距逐渐变小;搅拌叶片23均倾斜向上设置,其下端沿转动方向偏转,以使搅拌叶片23带动流体流动时促使流体转动的同时会产生向上运动的趋势;搅拌叶片23由软质橡胶制成,且搅拌叶片23上开设有若干一侧贯通的回流槽231,回流槽231的宽度为5-10mm,以避免搅拌叶片23刚度过大,打碎、打断纤维。
由于搅拌叶片23在旋转搅拌时,液体会形成漩涡,导致流速不均,漩涡中心、漩涡外侧和漩涡中间的流速依次增高,不利于均匀混合搅拌,利用倾斜设置的搅拌叶片23可以在一定程度上降低漩涡的形成,有利于物料的均匀搅拌,尤其是对于较长的聚乳酸纤维和较短的芒果树木纤维的搅拌,由于两者长度不一,想要形成较好的交织需要稳定的而高效的搅拌,通过降低漩涡的形成可以在一定程度上提高两者的混合度。搅拌叶片23螺旋上升,可以在不同高度的液面深度上形成″断层″,即相邻的两层流速相同但是有先有后,由于错位会形成紊流,避免物料单向同步旋转,造成搅拌效果低下,有力与提高混合度。搅拌叶片23朝向远离驱动电机20的方向螺距逐渐变小,由于越靠近液面越容易形成漩涡,因此在靠近液面的方向搅拌叶片23密度增大,有利于进一步降低漩涡形成的概率。
由于矿物纤维质地较脆,强度较植物纤维略低,因此高速旋转的搅拌叶片23容易打断矿物纤维,将搅拌叶片23采用软质橡胶制成,同时依靠回流槽 231,可以有效避免将矿物纤维打断,提高矿物纤维与其他植物纤维的交织度,提高白板纸的强度。回流槽231的宽度较矿物纤维的长度大,因此可以使矿物纤维完美穿过回流槽231,在最大程度上降低了矿物纤维被打断的概率。
以上公开的仅为本发明的几个具体实施例,但是,本发明实施例并非局限于此,任何本领域的技术人员能思之的变化都应落入本发明的保护范围。
Claims (4)
1.一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
S1,面层、衬层、芯层各层的原料分别添加化学剂进行碎解得到相应浆料;
S2,将25~30重量份的芒果树木纤维经碎解、分散、漂白后,与聚乳酸纤维通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,搅拌过程中逐步加入15-20重量份的吉贝纤维,搅拌速度600-700r/min,控制聚乳酸纤维的细度0.15~0.2dpf,长度10~15mm,得混合浆料;
S3,将10~13重量份的矿物纤维用水稀释至20%~30%得矿物纤维浆,将上述混合浆料以150~200r/min速度搅拌并逐步加入矿物纤维浆,控制矿物纤维的直径0.1~0.15μm,长度2~5mm,搅拌过程中通入蒸汽,蒸汽温度100~115℃,持续30~40min,制得底层浆料;
S4,将S1制得的浆料和底层浆料进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,在S3后、S4前还包括:将底层浆料与粒径为100~120μm的吸水树脂颗粒通过搅拌装置进行混合搅拌,吸水树脂所占质量份数为8%~12%,搅拌速度100~150r/min,搅拌10~15min。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,在S3后、S4前还包括制作复合层的步骤,其包括:
S31,喷射芯层浆料,控制厚度为芯层总厚度的1/3;
S32,铺设由高弹性聚乙烯纤维制成的弹性层;
S33,将芯层浆料喷在弹性层上至预设厚度;
S4,分别进行抄浆、烘干得到白板纸。
4.如权利要求1-3任意一项所述的一种高强度高防潮再生白板纸的制备方法,其特征在于,在S4中还包括将增强层进行复合的步骤,所述增强层位于衬层与芯层之间,所述增强层为内旋折叠机构的负泊松比材料制成。
