Abstract

本发明公开了一种水基柱塞冲头润滑液,尤其涉及一种环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液,本发明包括抗磨极压剂、阴离子表面活性剂、防锈剂、粘度调节剂、有色金属缓蚀剂、去离子水等原料。本发明不含矿物油、植物油、石墨、杀菌剂等成分,具有良好的高温润滑性和耐热稳定性,能准确控制金属熔融液的凝固速度,提高压铸工件的表面质量。有效减少对柱塞冲头、顶杆及活动部位的摩擦和磨损。与当前压铸加工使用的冲头油、乳化型冲头液相比,能显著降低金属压铸加工时的烟雾及油渍污染,改善加工现场的工作环境,是一种环境友好型的水基柱塞冲头润滑液。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种柱塞冲头润滑液,尤其涉及一种环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液。
背景技术
从上世纪八十年代开始,随着汽车、电子通讯、家用电器、重型制造业的飞速发展,金属压铸件的需求量不断扩大,对压铸件的质量也提出更高要求。在压铸过程中,压铸机柱塞冲头与金属熔融液直接接触,冲头处于高温、高压、高摩擦条件下长期工作,对金属压铸成型过程必须保证良好的冷却和润滑,才能保证金属压铸件的表面质量,减低柱塞头和输料管之间的摩擦,延长柱塞头和型腔的使用寿命。传统金属压铸柱塞冲头润滑剂普遍使用冲头油,主要成分为矿物油及耐高温的抗磨润滑剂组成,其中以耐高温性能稳定的石墨抗磨剂被广泛应用于金属压铸柱塞冲头油中。油性冲头油与温度高至数百度的金属熔融液接触时会产生燃烧,散发出大量烟雾及对人体有害的刺激性气体,含有石墨材料的冲头油更对工作环境造成严重污染。近年来市场上出现了一些乳化型水性冲压润滑剂,这类润滑剂含有大量的矿物油及油溶性的有机抗磨添加剂,同样还会出现油烟雾的污染及压铸件、柱塞头、输料管的油垢污染。
本世纪以来,国际上对环境保护的要求愈来愈严格,降低工业加工对环境的污染呼声更加强烈,开发一种不含矿物油、具有良好的高温冷却、润滑、稳定的环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液就十分迫切了。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于现有技术的不足而提供一种具有贮存高稳定性、高冷却润滑性的环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液。
本发明通过以下技术得以实现:
1、一种无矿物油的环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液按质量百分比包括如下组分:

抗磨极压剂是一乙醇胺硼酸酯、二乙醇胺硼酸酯、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、混合醇胺硼酸酯或EO/PO嵌段共聚物。
阴离子表面活性剂是油酸、二聚酸、妥尔油酸、异构硬脂酸的一种或几种(1重量份)与一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种(1.5-3重量份)的混合物。
防锈剂是C10~C14二元酸、三元酸、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种(1重量份)与一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种(1-2重量份)的混合物。
粘度调节剂是聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚,其运动粘度(40℃)大于420mm2/s。
有色金属缓蚀剂是膦酸脂、偏硅酸钠、原硅酸钠、苯三唑、甲基苯三唑中的一种或几种。
本发明的有益效果
1、本发明不含矿物油,所含组分均溶于水,为清亮透明的均相体系,具有优异的贮存高稳定性和生物稳定性,贮存期长,不用加杀菌剂;
2、本发明产品具有良好的高温稳定性和润滑性,能高效保护柱塞冲头及压室壁,减少柱塞冲头和金属型腔的磨损;
3、本发明不含矿物油及高温易分解的添加剂,加工时烟雾小,没有刺激性气味,加工现场清洁干净,没有残留的油迹、污垢,对环境友好;
4、本发明组份合理,材料全部国产化,产品成本较低;加工余桶清洗简单方便,能降低金属精冲工艺的成本,有较好的社会经济效益。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液,由以下各组份质量百分比混合组成:

抗磨极压剂是二乙醇胺硼酸酯(或一乙醇胺硼酸酯、三乙醇胺硼酸酯、混合醇胺硼酸酯、EO/PO嵌段共聚物)。
阴离子表面活性剂是油酸(或二聚酸、妥尔油酸、异构硬脂酸1重量份)与一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种(1.5-3重量份,本例为2重量份)的混合物。
防锈剂是十二碳二元酸(或三元酸、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种1重量份)与单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种(1-2重量份,本例为1重量份)的混合物。
粘度调节剂是运动粘度为600mm2/s的聚氧乙烯聚氧丙烯醚。
耐高温润滑剂是丙二醇(或异丙醇、甘油、异构硬脂醇)。
有色金属缓蚀剂是膦酸脂(或偏硅酸钠、苯三唑、甲基苯三唑中的一种或几种)。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述的环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液,其特征是:阴离子表面活性剂是油酸、二聚酸、妥尔油酸、异构硬脂酸的一种或几种(1重量份)与一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种(1.5-3重量份)的混合物。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的环境友好型水基柱塞冲头润滑液,其特征是:防锈剂是C10~C14二元酸、三元酸、十二烯基丁二酸中的一种或几种(1重量份)与一乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺、一异丙醇胺、二异丙醇胺中的一种或几种(1-2重量份)的混合物。
