Abstract

The water-soluble stretching oil is obtained by mixing and stirring the components and heating. step two, preparing tensile lubricating oil: adding a reinforcing agent, a surfactant, a bacteriostatic agent, an extreme pressure wear-resisting agent, a metal detergent and a quick defoaming agent into the mixed oil in the first step according to the weight part ratio, stirring at the normal temperature at the stirring speed of 600r/min for at least 15min, heating to 45 ℃, and then continuing stirring until the mixture is transparent, wherein the obtained transparent liquid is the water-soluble easy-to-clean tensile lubricant.
In conclusion, the bacteriostatic easily-cleaned water-soluble tensile oil has the advantages of good compression resistance and wear resistance, good bacteriostatic effect, quick defoaming and easiness in cleaning. Therefore, the invention effectively overcomes various defects in the prior art and has high industrial utilization value.

The bacteriostatic easy-to-clean water-soluble stretching oil is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 25-50 parts of synthetic oil, 10-15 parts of base oil, 5-10 parts of emulsifier, 8-10 parts of reinforcing agent, 7-10 parts of surfactant, 1.5-3.0 parts of bacteriostatic agent, 16-20 parts of extreme pressure wear-resisting agent, 6-10 parts of metal detergent and 4-5 parts of quick defoaming agent.

The bacteriostatic easy-to-clean water-soluble stretching oil according to claim 1, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 35-40 parts of synthetic oil, 10 parts of base oil, 8 parts of emulsifier, 10 parts of reinforcing agent, 8 parts of surfactant, 2.0 parts of bacteriostatic agent, 18 parts of extreme pressure wear-resisting agent, 8 parts of metal detergent and 5 parts of quick defoaming agent.
3. The bacteriostatic easy-to-clean water-soluble stretching oil according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that: the synthetic oil is synthetic polyester oil and synthetic polyether oil according to a weight ratio of 2: (0.9-1.0) mixing to prepare; the base oil is a naphthenic base oil.

The bacteriostatic easy-to-clean water-soluble stretching oil according to claim 1 or 2, which is characterized in that: the extreme pressure wear-resisting agent comprises the following components in parts by weight: 9-11 parts of vulcanized lard, 2-3 parts of vulcanized fatty acid ester and 5-6 parts of vulcanized chain olefin.
8. The bacteriostatic easy-to-clean water-soluble stretching oil according to claim 7, which is characterized in that: the number of sulfur atoms in the sulfurized chain olefin is 3-6.
9. A preparation method of the bacteriostatic easy-to-clean water-soluble stretching oil as defined in any one of claims 1 to 8, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
step one, preparing mixed oil: adding the synthetic oil, the base oil and the emulsifier into a stirring container according to the weight part ratio, and stirring for at least 15min under the condition that the stirring speed is 500-800 r/min to obtain mixed oil for later use;
step two, preparing tensile lubricating oil: adding a reinforcing agent, a surfactant, a bacteriostatic agent, an extreme pressure wear-resisting agent, a metal detergent and a quick defoaming agent into the mixed oil in the step one according to the weight part ratio, stirring at the stirring speed of 500-800 r/min for at least 15min at normal temperature, heating to 40-50 ℃, and then continuing stirring until the mixture is transparent, wherein the obtained transparent liquid is the water-soluble easy-to-clean stretching lubricant.
