As can be seen from the table, the thread rolling liquid prepared by the invention has good lubricity, extreme pressure property and antirust property.

Claims (6)

1. The thread rolling liquid is characterized by comprising the following components in parts by weight: 13-15 parts; the lubricating composition comprises:
lubricating and synthesizing a polyester: 12-14 parts of organic amine, 3-4 parts of an emulsifier: 1-2 parts of reinforced synthetic fat: 3-4 parts of cleaning emulsifier: 0.2-1 part of balanced emulsifier: 1-2 parts of a detergent dispersant and 1-2 parts of a detergent dispersant.
2. The thread rolling liquid of claim 1 wherein the lubricating composition comprises, in parts by weight:
lubricating and synthesizing a polyester: 12.6 parts of emulsifier: 1.6 parts of reinforced synthetic fat: 3 parts of cleaning emulsifier: 0.6 part of balanced emulsifier: 1.4 parts.
3. The thread rolling liquid according to claim 1, wherein the lubricating composition comprises an antirust agent in parts by weight, and the antirust agent is one or a mixture of benzotriazole, tolyltriazole or mercaptobenzothiazole.
4. The thread rolling liquid according to claim 1, wherein the lubricating composition comprises a bactericide, and the bactericide is one or more of sym-triazines, benzisothiazolinone and derivatives thereof, dimorpholinomethane, 3-iodo-2-propynyl butylcarbamate, or polyoxyethylene dimethylammonium chloride.
5. The thread rolling liquid of claim 1 wherein the lubricating composition comprises, in parts by weight: defoaming agent: 0.2 to 0.4 portion.
6. The thread rolling liquid of claim 1 wherein the lubricating composition comprises, in parts by weight: triethanolamine: 0.4 to 0.6 portion.
