(2) preparation of an auxiliary agent: adding 10% of ethylene stearic acid amide and 20% of ethylene bis stearic acid amide by weight, 5% of propylene glycol fatty acid ester, 3% of sodium silicate, 10% of oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 51.5% of deionized water and 0.5% of sodium hydroxide into a high-pressure stirring kettle by weight percent, heating to 130-150 ℃, carrying out curing reaction for 0.5h under the pressure of 0.15-0.25MPa, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the composite emulsion.
(3) Adding animal and vegetable oil, a lubricant, a surfactant, an antirust agent and an antiseptic bactericide into the reaction kettle, and stirring at 200-300 rpm for 0.5h to obtain a uniform emulsion; and (3) finally, adding the emulsion prepared in the step (1) and the step (2), stirring at 200-300 rpm for 0.5h, and then adding the balance of deionized water at 200-300 rpm, and stirring for 0.5h to obtain the required environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil.
Example 3:
the environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil comprises the following components in parts by weight:
15% of lard, 10% of glycerol monostearate, 5% of oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene 10 ether, 55% of lubricating and antiwear enhancer, 2% of boric acid morpholine, 6% of auxiliary agent, 0.5% of 1, 2-benzisothiazoline-3-one and 6.5% of deionized water.
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
(1) preparation of lubricating antiwear reinforcing agent: adding 20% of aluminum distearate, 20% of magnesium stearate, 12% of emulsifier and 3% of dispersant by weight into a high-speed stirring kettle, heating to 110 ℃ at 100 ℃, uniformly stirring and mixing at 200-300 rpm, cooling to 70-80 ℃, increasing the stirring speed to 4500-6000 rpm, stirring at high speed, slowly adding 45% of deionized water by weight proportion while stirring until the emulsion becomes pasty, keeping the rotating speed unchanged, continuously stirring for 20-30min, and stopping stirring to obtain the lubricating and antiwear enhancer;
(2) preparation of an auxiliary agent: adding 10% of ethylene stearic acid amide and 20% of ethylene bis stearic acid amide by weight, 5% of propylene glycol fatty acid ester, 3% of sodium silicate, 10% of oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 51.5% of deionized water and 0.5% of sodium hydroxide into a high-pressure stirring kettle by weight percent, heating to 130-150 ℃, carrying out curing reaction for 0.5h under the pressure of 0.15-0.25MPa, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the composite emulsion.
(3) Adding animal and vegetable oil, a lubricant, a surfactant, an antirust agent and an antiseptic bactericide into the reaction kettle, and stirring at 200-300 rpm for 0.5h to obtain a uniform emulsion; and (3) finally, adding the emulsion prepared in the step (1) and the step (2), stirring at 200-300 rpm for 0.5h, and then adding the balance of deionized water at 200-300 rpm, and stirring for 0.5h to obtain the required environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil.
Comparative example 1:
the oily stainless steel sheet stamping oil has the following formula:
100N 74.7 percent of hydrogenated base oil, 10 percent of lubricant trimethylolpropane oleate, 10 percent of extreme pressure agent chlorinated paraffin, 5 percent of extreme pressure agent sulfurized lard and 0.3 percent of extreme pressure antiwear agent T307 thiophosphoric acid complex ester amine salt.
The preparation method comprises the following steps: respectively weighing the required amount of base oil, lubricant and extreme pressure antiwear agent in the weight ratio, heating to 30-40 ℃, stirring until the mixture is completely uniform and transparent, and recording the required stainless steel sheet stamping oil.
The environmental-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil prepared in examples 1 to 3 and the oily stainless steel sheet stamping oil prepared in comparative example 1 were subjected to various performance tests, the test methods were as follows:

As can be seen from the data in table 1, the physical and chemical indexes of the environmentally friendly water-soluble stamping oil for stainless steel sheets prepared in examples 1 to 3 of the present invention and the maximum seizure-free load and four-ball long wear scar data of the stamping oil for oily stainless steel sheets prepared in comparative example 1 perform better than those of the reference sample. The environment-friendly water-soluble stamping oil for stainless steel sheets has the lubricating property of oily products, is easy to clean, has good cooling effect and low consumption, and more importantly, the environment-friendly water-based products gradually replace the oily products at present with increasingly strict environment-friendly requirements.

Claims (9)

1. The environment-friendly water-soluble stamping oil for the stainless steel sheets is characterized by comprising the following raw materials by weight: animal and vegetable oil: 20-40%; lubricant: 5-15%; lubricating antiwear reinforcing agent: 35-60%; antirust agent: 1-4%; (ii) a Surfactant (b): 5-10%; and (3) antiseptic bactericide: 0.5-3%; auxiliary agent: 3-6%.
2. The environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the animal and vegetable oil is one or more of palm oil, lard oil, beef tallow, and refined castor oil.
3. The environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lubricant is one or more of glycerol monostearate, polyglycerol tristearate, triglycerol isostearic acid diester, and glycerol monohydroxystearate.
4. The environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the lubricating and antiwear enhancer comprises aluminum distearate, magnesium stearate, emulsifier, and dispersant.
5. The environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the rust inhibitor is one or more of sodium molybdate, morpholine borate and amine salt of dicarboxylic acid.

The environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet punching oil according to claim 1, wherein the non-ionic surfactant is one or more of sorbitan monooleate, cetyl polyoxyethylene ether, isomeric tridecanol polyoxyethylene ether, oleyl polyoxyethylene ether and fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
7. The environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil according to claim 1, wherein the antiseptic bactericide is a mixture of 3-iodo-2-propynyl butyl carbamate and any one of 1, 2-phenylpropyl isothiazolin-3-one and 2-methyl-1, 2-benzisothiazol-3-one.

The environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil as claimed in claim 1, wherein the auxiliary agent is a composite emulsion, and the composite emulsion comprises ethylene stearamide, ethylene bis stearamide, and an emulsion prepared from propylene glycol fatty acid ester, sodium silicate and oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether.
9. The preparation method of the environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet stamping oil is characterized by comprising the following steps of:
(1) preparation of lubricating antiwear reinforcing agent: adding 20% of aluminum distearate, 20% of magnesium stearate, 12% of emulsifier and 3% of dispersant by weight into a high-speed stirring kettle, heating to 110 ℃ at 100 ℃, uniformly stirring and mixing at 200-300 rpm, cooling to 70-80 ℃, increasing the stirring speed to 4500-6000 rpm, stirring at high speed, slowly adding 45% of deionized water by weight proportion while stirring until the emulsion becomes pasty, keeping the rotating speed unchanged, continuously stirring for 20-30min, and stopping stirring to obtain the lubricating and antiwear enhancer;
(2) preparation of an auxiliary agent: adding 10% of ethylene stearic acid amide and 20% of ethylene bis stearic acid amide by weight, 5% of propylene glycol fatty acid ester, 3% of sodium silicate, 10% of oleyl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 51.5% of deionized water and 0.5% of sodium hydroxide into a high-pressure stirring kettle by weight percent, heating to 130-150 ℃, carrying out curing reaction for 0.5h under the pressure of 0.15-0.25MPa, and cooling to normal temperature to obtain the composite emulsion.
(3) Adding animal and vegetable oil, a lubricant, a surfactant, an antirust agent and an anticorrosive bactericide into the reaction kettle, and stirring for 0.5h to obtain a uniform emulsion; and (3) finally adding the emulsions prepared in the step (1) and the step (2), and stirring for 0.5h to obtain the required environment-friendly water-soluble stainless steel sheet punching oil.
