The invention discloses a water-based oil-free energy-saving environment-friendly efficient synthetic cutting fluid for machining, which is compounded by the following components in percentage by weight: 4-8% of diethanolamine; 9-13% of polyester amide ester; 1-5% of polycarboxylic acid; 1-5% of triethanolamine; 0.3 to 1 percent of bactericide; 20-40% of antirust compound liquid; the balance of water; the antirust compound liquid is prepared by compounding the following components in percentage by weight: 9-14% of monoethanolamine; 6-10% of sodium molybdate; 8-12% of borate, 10-15% of polyethylene glycol ester and 40-70% of water; the formula does not contain any mineral oil and animal and vegetable oil, does not contain sodium nitrite, has excellent extreme pressure lubrication effect and ultra-long rust-proof effect of ferrous metal, and has the effects of low cost, simple preparation, low pollution, no color, no odor and long service life, thereby being suitable for the work of various machine tools.
