Dissolving 15g of epoxy resin SMF-2004, adding 32.5g of Huate 3370D amino alkyd resin and 20.5g of new acrylic resin VISCOPOLTM9898 mixing well, mixing with 11.5g xylene, 0.5g silicone oil and 21.5g formamide solvent, adjusting viscosity to 15.3 s; then mixing with 10g L-100 bismuth oxychloride pearlescent pigment to obtain high-gloss pearlescent paint;
stirring natural 989 and 986 m-benzene unsaturated liquid resin, adopting various liquid color pastes, manually weighing and color matching by using an electronic scale and a stainless steel bowl with the precision of 0.01 g, recording a formula, manually weighing the color pastes according to the formula by using an electronic scale and a stainless steel bowl with the precision of 0.01 g after the required standard color is reached, adding transparent resin, rechecking the accuracy of the hue, pouring three layers of plates by using centrifugal equipment for making plates, blanking, punching blanks, post-treating, hardening, buckling, molding and polishing to obtain semi-finished plates; ultrasonically cleaning the semi-finished plate, spin-drying and arranging buttons to obtain buttons to be treated; the button to be treated is of a bottom layer-middle layer-surface layer plate structure, the bottom layer is magnetic white, the middle layer is pearlescent, and the surface layer is transparent;
uniformly mixing the highlight semitransparent paint with 9g of isocyanate curing agent, 3.3g of a mixture of butyl acetate and diacetone alcohol in a mass ratio of 70:30, spraying the mixture on the surface of the button to be treated, drying the mixture in an oven at 80 ℃ for 90min, then adopting a carbon dioxide equipment (100 watts) on the market, wherein the laser marking parameter is 15 watts, the laser marking time is 6 seconds, then adopting ultrasonic cleaning and spin-drying to obtain the button with the LOGO3D suspension effect on the surface.
Fig. 3 is a schematic appearance diagram of a button with a surface LOGO3D suspension effect prepared in example 3 of the invention. As can be seen from fig. 3: the button has the effect of high-light pearly-lustre color 3D.
The button product is subjected to water washing resistance: the color fastness to washing of GB/T3921 textile color fastness test is more than 4 grade, and the paint layer does not fall off and the color does not change;
dry cleaning resistance: the color fastness to dry cleaning of GB/T5771 textile is more than 4 grades, and the paint layer does not fall off and the color does not change;
ironing resistance, namely, the temperature is 150 ℃ for 10 seconds, the paint layer on the surface of the button product has no peeling, extinction phenomenon and color staining;
the standard tests show that the whole surface of the button product has no phenomena of abrasion and falling of a font paint layer, and the whole quality meets the industrial standard appearance of auxiliary material products, and the surface has no unfilled corners, rough edges, smooth and clean film layers, and has the advantages of water-washing resistance, dry cleaning resistance, no wrinkle of an ironing paint film layer, no peeling and other quality standards.
From the above embodiments, the invention provides a high gloss paint, which comprises the following components in parts by weight: 13-15 parts of epoxy resin, 30-32.5 parts of amino alkyd resin, 19-20.5 parts of acrylic resin, 9.0-11.5 parts of dimethylbenzene, 0.3-0.5 part of silicone oil and 18-21.5 parts of formamide. According to the invention, the special high-gloss paint composed of the components is sprayed on the surface of a special semi-finished button, and the LOGO part is realized to have a 3D suspension effect by combining lettering treatment in a laser mode. In addition, the binding force with the button can be enhanced; the paint layer at the LOGO position can be kept to be water-resistant, dry-resistant and wear-resistant without falling off when in use.

Claims (5)

1. A processing method of a button with a LOGO3D suspension effect on the surface comprises the following steps:
preprocessing a button to be processed, spraying paint, drying and performing laser treatment to obtain a button with a LOGO3D suspension effect on the surface;
the button to be treated is of a bottom layer-middle layer-surface layer plate structure, the bottom layer is magnetic white, the middle layer is pearlescent, and the surface layer is transparent; the base materials of the bottom layer, the middle layer and the surface layer are all m-benzene unsaturated resin;
the paint spraying adopts highlight paint; the highlight paint comprises the following components in parts by weight:
13-15 parts of epoxy resin, 30-32.5 parts of amino alkyd resin, 19-20.5 parts of acrylic resin, 9.0-11.5 parts of dimethylbenzene, 0.3-0.5 part of silicone oil and 18-21.5 parts of formamide;
the type of the epoxy resin is SMF-2004; the amino alkyd resin is a Huate 3370D alkyd resin; the acrylic resin is Zhanxin acrylic resin VISCOPOLTM9898;
The highlight paint is matched with a curing agent and a diluent for use;
the curing agent is selected from isocyanate curing agents;
the diluent is selected from a mixture of butyl acetate and diacetone alcohol.
2. The process of claim 1, further comprising a color concentrate and a pearlescent pigment;
the color concentrate accounts for 0.1-10 wt% of the high-gloss paint;
the pearlescent pigment accounts for 0.1-10 wt% of the high-gloss paint.
3. The method of claim 1, wherein the viscosity of the high gloss paint is 12.25 to 15.3 seconds as measured using a paint viscosity paint cup.
4. The process of claim 1 wherein the laser energy is 10 to 15 watts and the laser time is 3 to 6 seconds.
5. Button with LOGO3D suspension effect on surface, which is prepared by the treatment method of any one of claims 1-4.
