The invention discloses a water-based roll-painting paint with washing resistance and high metallic luster and a preparation method thereof, wherein the water-based roll-painting paint is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of acrylic resin, 7-9% of water-based polyurethane, 7-9% of water-based aluminum pigment, 5-7% of water-based transparent color paste, 1-2% of coupling agent, 1-2% of surface slip agent, 14-18% of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 25-33% of deionized water. The water-based roller spray paint provided by the invention is rapid in film forming and curing, high in surface strength, smooth in surface and good in metal glossiness; has excellent covering power, and the hardness, the waterproofness, the abrasive resistance and the scrub resistance of a paint film are high. The preparation method of the water-based roller spray paint provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, high production efficiency, easiness in cleaning, small environmental pollution, small volume of used equipment and low price.

Technical Field

Technical Field
With the increasingly better living conditions, people have more and more demands on clothes, so that the demands on small alloy parts such as zipper heads and the like are also increased. The surface treatment of common spraying, curtain coating and dip coating processes cannot be adopted due to the small volume, large specific surface area and the like of small alloy parts such as the zipper head. The most common painting method in the industry for small alloy pieces such as zippers is roll-on painting. The traditional roll-painting paint is generally an oily acrylic resin system, an oily epoxy resin system and the like, and the used diluent is an oily solvent such as sky blue water, toluene, xylene and the like. These oily solvents are harmful to human bodies and are not environmentally friendly. The temperature of the roller spraying painting is generally 90-130 ℃, the flash point of the oily solvent is low, flash explosion accidents are easy to occur, and the damage to the bodies of operators and the surrounding environment is great. The product sprayed by the traditional oily roller painting roller is rough in surface, low in gloss and very cheap.
Therefore, how to overcome the defects that the existing oily roller painting is not environment-friendly and unsafe and the surface quality of the prepared product is poor is a problem to be solved in the industry.

The invention provides a water-based roll spray paint with washing resistance and high metallic luster, which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of acrylic resin, 7-9% of water-based polyurethane, 7-9% of water-based aluminum pigment, 5-7% of water-based transparent color paste, 1-2% of coupling agent, 1-2% of surface slip agent, 14-18% of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 25-33% of deionized water.

The invention provides a washable water-based roll-painting paint with high metallic luster, which is prepared by mixing the following raw materials in percentage by weight: 30-40% of acrylic resin, 7-9% of water-based polyurethane, 7-9% of water-based aluminum pigment, 5-7% of water-based transparent color paste, 1-2% of coupling agent, 1-2% of surface slip agent, 14-18% of diethylene glycol monobutyl ether and 25-33% of deionized water.
Wherein the acrylic resin is organosilicon modified acrylic resin; the waterborne polyurethane is anionic waterborne polyurethane; the water-based aluminum pigment is a product of the company and is disclosed by related patent documents; the water-based transparent color paste is purchased from laboratories; the coupling agent is a silane coupling agent; the surface smoothing agent is fluoridized wax; diethylene glycol butyl ether is purchased in laboratories; deionized water is prepared for a pure water machine.

The zipper head roll-sprayed on a roll-spraying machine using the aqueous roll-spray paint prepared according to the formulation of the example of the present invention (shown in fig. 1) was compared with the zipper head roll-sprayed using the conventional oily roll-spray paint (shown in fig. 2), as shown in fig. 3. From comparison of fig. 3, it can be seen that the rolling effect of the water-based rolling paint of the present invention is superior to that of the conventional oil-based rolling paint in terms of gloss, surface smoothness, etc.
The resulting zipper head was subjected to a water washing test by roll-spraying the water-based roll spray paint prepared according to the formulation of inventive example on a roll spray machine. The water washing test adopts a test mode of YKK company of International famous zipper company: a plurality of zipper sliders are arranged in the zipper tape and put into an industrial washing machine, and a piece of cloth and a plurality of washing powder are put into the zipper sliders. The water washing condition is that the water temperature is 45 ℃, the water washing time is 40 minutes, and the machine washing is circulated for four times.
And (3) testing results: after the zipper head is washed for four times, the appearance of the zipper head is not changed, a paint film is not damaged, and the detection is qualified.
The water-based roller painting paint has the following characteristics: (1) the addition of the water-based polyurethane into the acrylic resin can improve the film forming speed of a paint film, enable the paint film to form a film quickly, solidify, resist impact force during rolling spraying, improve surface smoothness, and increase the glossiness of the paint film (2). The addition of the water-based aluminum pigment enables the paint film to have strong metallic luster, the aluminum pigment has excellent covering power, the use amount of the rolling spraying paint can be reduced, and the cost is saved (3). The addition of the coupling agent and the surface smoothing agent can improve the hardness, the waterproofness, the wearability, the scrub resistance and the like of the paint film. The preparation method of the water-based roller spray paint provided by the invention has the advantages of simple process, high production efficiency, easiness in cleaning, small environmental pollution, small volume of used equipment and low price.
