In conclusion, the paint provided by the invention can fill the gap of the existing paint in the rolling spraying process, and the obtained metal button has smooth surface, uniform coating and excellent washing resistance.

Claims (8)

1. The paint suitable for rolling spraying comprises the following components in percentage by mass of 10: (15-20) the main material and the diluent; the main material comprises the following components:
30-70 wt% of acrylic resin;
10-21 wt% of amino resin;
2-8 wt% of adhesion promoter;
0.3 wt% -0.8 wt% of leveling agent;
0.1 to 5 weight percent of n-butyl acetate;
0.1 to 5 weight percent of trimethylbenzene;
ethylene glycol monobutyl ether 0.3 wt% -5 wt%;
DBE 0.1wt%~5wt%;
0.1 to 5 weight percent of dimethylbenzene;
the diluent comprises the following components:
5 wt% -20 wt% of n-butyl acetate;
DBE 5wt%~20wt%;
5-20 wt% of n-butyl alcohol;
5 wt% -20 wt% of cyclohexanone;
10-30 wt% of ethylene glycol monobutyl ether;
10-30 wt% of propylene glycol methyl ether acetate;
1-10 wt% of diacetone alcohol;
9 to 30 weight percent of trimethylbenzene.
2. The paint suitable for roller spraying according to claim 1, wherein the adhesion promoter is a modified polyester resin.
3. The paint suitable for roller coating according to claim 1, wherein the leveling agent is polydimethylsiloxane.
4. A preparation method of a metal button comprises the following steps:
a) carrying out surface treatment on the metal button blank to obtain a button to be treated;
b) spraying the button to be treated obtained in the step a) with the paint suitable for rolling spraying according to any one of claims 1 to 3 to obtain the metal button.
5. The method of claim 4, wherein said metal button blank in step a) is a zinc alloy metal die cast button or a copper blank punch formed button.
6. The preparation method according to claim 5, wherein the surface treatment process specifically comprises:
the zinc alloy metal die-cast button is subjected to surface treatment by polishing; and carrying out surface treatment on the copper blank punch-formed button by adopting washing oil.
7. The preparation method according to claim 4, wherein the spraying in step b) is carried out by:
rolling and spraying the button to be treated, baking at 130-150 ℃ for 20-40 min for curing, and then air cooling; repeating the process for 2 to 4 times, and discharging to obtain the finished metal button product.
8. A metal button produced by the production method according to any one of claims 4 to 7.
