Water-based paint material, preparation method thereof and button surface treatment method
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of buttons, in particular to a water-based paint material, a preparation method thereof and a button surface treatment method.
Background
Buttons are used as fasteners for connecting two lappets on clothes, the buttons are used for connecting the lappets of the clothes initially, and the buttons are gradually developed into clothes ornaments which have artistry and decoration besides the original functions. The good buttons can enable the clothes to be more perfect, play a role of 'drawing dragon and pointing eyes', have a certain attractive effect, and are particularly suitable for a plurality of personalized decorative buttons appearing in female clothes.
At present, the surface treatment method of the button generally adopts organic solvent type paint (oil paint material) for spraying treatment, and the technology is applied and produced in batches in many enterprises. However, the button surface treatment method can volatilize organic solvents, and substances such as benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde, free TDI toxic heavy metals and the like need to be treated and controlled, and a special waste gas collecting device needs to be used for collecting and treating, so that the button surface treatment method is not beneficial to responding to the requirements of national environmental protection policies; meanwhile, the product obtained by the method has the performance that a paint film is easy to be fragile, and corners are easy to fall off in tests such as machine washing, dry cleaning and the like, so that the use requirement of a client cannot be effectively met.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, the present invention aims to provide a water-based paint material, a preparation method thereof, and a button surface treatment method, wherein the method provided by the invention does not volatilize an organic solvent, and the obtained button product has a plump paint film, is glittering and translucent, has good flexibility, and has strong water resistance, wear resistance, ironing resistance and high paint film fastness.
The invention provides a water-based paint material, which comprises the following components:
25 to 27.5 parts by weight of epoxy resin liquid;
65.5 to 68 parts by weight of linseed oil acid;
3.5 to 5 weight portions of maleic anhydride;
0.3 to 0.5 weight portion of defoaming agent;
18-20 parts of butanol;
8-9.5 parts of ethanolamine;
68 to 70.5 portions of water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based paint material in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:
and (3) uniformly mixing the epoxy resin liquid, linseed oil acid, maleic anhydride, a defoaming agent, butanol and ethanolamine, adding water, uniformly mixing, and filtering to obtain the water-based paint material.
Preferably, the filtration is performed by gauze of 150 meshes to 250 meshes.
The invention also provides a button surface treatment method, which comprises the following steps:
a) mixing and stirring the water-based paint material and water uniformly to obtain water-based paint; the water-based paint material is the water-based paint material in the technical scheme or the water-based paint material prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme;
b) sequentially polishing, ultrasonically cleaning and drying the semi-finished button to obtain a button to be sprayed;
c) and c) spraying the button to be sprayed obtained in the step b) by using the water-based paint obtained in the step a), standing and drying to obtain a button product.
Preferably, the mass ratio of the water-based paint material to water in step a) is 10: (1-5).
Preferably, the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning in the step b) is 70Hz to 80Hz, and the time is 5min to 10 min.
Preferably, the drying temperature in the step b) is 70-90 ℃.
Preferably, the air pressure of the spraying in the step c) is 2 kg-6 kg of compressed air, the space temperature is 20-30 ℃, the width of the paint mist is 8 cm-16 cm, and the left and right strokes are 11-17 times.
Preferably, the standing time in the step c) is 10min to 20 min.
Preferably, the drying temperature in the step c) is 40-85 ℃ and the drying time is 50-70 min.
The invention provides a button surface treatment method, which comprises the following steps: a) mixing and stirring the water-based paint material and water uniformly to obtain water-based paint; the water-based paint material comprises the following components: 25 to 27.5 parts by weight of epoxy resin liquid; 65.5 to 68 parts by weight of linseed oil acid; 3.5 to 5 weight portions of maleic anhydride; 0.3 to 0.5 weight portion of defoaming agent; 18-20 parts of butanol; 8-9.5 parts of ethanolamine; 68-70.5 parts of water; b) sequentially polishing, ultrasonically cleaning and drying the semi-finished button to obtain a button to be sprayed; c) spraying the button to be sprayed obtained in the step b) by using the water-based paint obtained in the step a), standing and drying to obtain a button product; the step a) and the step b) are not limited in order. Compared with the prior art, the invention adopts the water-based paint material with specific content of components to carry out surface treatment on the button, does not volatilize organic solvent in the whole production process, does not contain benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde and free TDI toxic heavy metal, has no toxic or pungent smell, is harmless to human body and does not pollute the environment; and the obtained button product has the advantages of plump paint film, glittering and translucent property, good flexibility, stronger water resistance, wear resistance, ironing resistance and higher paint film fastness.
In addition, the method provided by the invention has the advantages of easy batch production process, simple formula and color adjustment in the product spraying process, short production flow, low labor cost and low waste gas emission treatment cost.

The technical solutions of the present invention will be described clearly and completely with reference to the following embodiments of the present invention, and it should be understood that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
The invention provides a water-based paint material, which comprises the following components:
25 to 27.5 parts by weight of epoxy resin liquid;
65.5 to 68 parts by weight of linseed oil acid;
3.5 to 5 weight portions of maleic anhydride;
0.3 to 0.5 weight portion of defoaming agent;
18-20 parts of butanol;
8-9.5 parts of ethanolamine;
68 to 70.5 portions of water.
In the present invention, the water-based paint material includes: 25 to 27.5 weight portions of epoxy resin liquid, 65.5 to 68 weight portions of linseed oil acid, 3.5 to 5 weight portions of maleic anhydride, 0.3 to 0.5 weight portion of defoaming agent, 18 to 20 weight portions of butanol, 8 to 9.5 weight portions of ethanolamine and 68 to 70.5 weight portions of water.
In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ratio of the water-based paint material is epoxy resin liquid: 25 parts by weight, linseed oil acid: 65.5 parts by weight, maleic anhydride: 3.5 parts by weight, defoamer: 0.3 part by weight, butanol: 18 parts by weight, ethanolamine: 8 parts by weight, water: 68 parts by weight.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ratio of the aqueous paint material is epoxy resin liquid: 26.5 parts by weight, linseed oil acid: 66.5 parts by weight, maleic anhydride: 4.5 parts by weight, defoamer: 0.4 part by weight, butanol: 19 parts by weight, ethanolamine: 9 parts by weight, water: 69 parts by weight.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the ratio of the aqueous paint material is epoxy resin liquid: 27.5 parts by weight, linseed oil acid: 68 parts by weight, maleic anhydride: 5 parts by weight, defoaming agent: 0.5 part by weight, butanol: 20 parts by weight, ethanolamine: 9.5 parts by weight, water: 70.5 parts by weight.
The sources of the epoxy resin liquid, the linseed oil acid, the maleic anhydride, the butanol and the ethanolamine are not particularly limited, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art can be adopted; the present invention is not particularly limited in kind and source of the defoaming agent, and commercially available defoaming agents for defoaming mixed slurry, which are well known to those skilled in the art, may be used. In the present invention, the water is preferably distilled water or deionized water.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the water-based paint material in the technical scheme, which comprises the following steps:
and (3) uniformly mixing the epoxy resin liquid, linseed oil acid, maleic anhydride, a defoaming agent, butanol and ethanolamine, adding water, uniformly mixing, and filtering to obtain the water-based paint material.
In the present invention, the mixing is preferably performed by stirring, and any of the techniques of manual stirring or mechanical stirring known to those skilled in the art may be used, so as to uniformly mix the raw materials.
In the present invention, the filtration is preferably performed using gauze of 150 to 250 mesh, more preferably 200 mesh.
In the present invention, the obtained water-based paint material is filtered by a filter screen into a special sealed paint bucket for use, and the present invention is not particularly limited thereto.
The invention also provides a button surface treatment method, which comprises the following steps:
a) mixing and stirring the water-based paint material and water uniformly to obtain water-based paint; the water-based paint material is the water-based paint material in the technical scheme or the water-based paint material prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme;
b) sequentially polishing, ultrasonically cleaning and drying the semi-finished button to obtain a button to be sprayed;
c) spraying the button to be sprayed obtained in the step b) by using the water-based paint obtained in the step a), standing and drying to obtain a button product;
the step a) and the step b) are not limited in order.
The invention firstly mixes and stirs the water paint material and water evenly to obtain the water paint. In the invention, the water-based paint material is the water-based paint material described in the above technical scheme or the water-based paint material prepared by the preparation method described in the above technical scheme, and details are not repeated herein.
In the present invention, the mass ratio of the water-based paint material to water is preferably 10: (1-5), more preferably 10: (2-3). In a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the water-based paint is composed of the water-based paint material according to the above technical scheme and water, and the water-based paint is a water-based paint of a transparent bright product.
The invention aims at the paint film requirement of the button product after surface treatment, and the pigment and the matt powder which are well known to the technical personnel in the field are selectively added into the water-based paint, and the invention has no special limitation. In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the aqueous paint is composed of the aqueous paint material according to the above technical solution, an aqueous colorant and water, and the aqueous paint is an aqueous paint of a magnetic color product. In the present invention, the color of the aqueous coloring material preferably includes red, yellow, blue, black and white; the mass ratio of the water-based coloring material to the water-based paint material is preferably (2-5): 10.
in another preferred embodiment of the invention, the water-based paint consists of the water-based paint material, the matte powder and water, and the water-based paint is water-based paint of a transparent semi-matte product.
In another preferred embodiment of the present invention, the water-based paint is composed of the water-based paint material according to the above technical scheme, a water-based semi-transparent pigment and water, and the water-based paint is a water-based paint of a semi-transparent color product. In the present invention, the colors of the aqueous semi-permeable material preferably include red, yellow, blue and black; the mass ratio of the water-based coloring material to the water-based paint material is preferably (1-10): 10.
meanwhile, the semi-finished button is sequentially polished, ultrasonically cleaned and dried to obtain the button to be sprayed. In the invention, the semi-finished buttons preferably comprise unsaturated polyester resin semi-finished buttons, scallop semi-finished buttons, nylon semi-finished buttons, ABS semi-finished buttons or urea semi-finished buttons; the semi-finished button of the unsaturated polyester resin is synthesized manually, an accelerant and various effect auxiliary materials such as a pearly-luster effect, a pattern effect and the like are added into the liquid unsaturated resin to form a solidified sheet and a round bar, the sheet and the round bar are blanked into a round blank with the required thickness, and a button manufacturing device is molded to obtain the semi-finished button; the semi-finished shell button is a natural raw material in the market, round blanks with various specifications and thicknesses are manufactured by manually obtaining materials, and the semi-finished shell button is obtained by modeling of a button manufacturing machine; the semi-finished nylon button and the semi-finished ABS button are molded and opened by a mold, and are subjected to injection molding to obtain semi-finished buttons; the semi-finished urea button is prepared by artificially synthesizing and molding the urea semi-finished urea button by using the electrically conductive jade powder and liquid resin on the market.
The invention has no special limitation on the shape and specification of the semi-finished button, and can adopt the shape buttons of round open eyes/belt handles, special shapes and the like which are well known by the technical personnel in the field; the specification is preferably 14L to 80L.
Firstly, polishing a semi-finished button; the polishing aims to process the surface of the semi-finished button into semi-gloss, full gloss and the like, so that the glossiness of the product is ensured to be in accordance with the water paint spraying surface, the film can be completely covered, and the fastness is optimal. In addition, the semi-finished button of the real scallop is preferably subjected to galling treatment before use, so that the binding force of the water-based paint on the surface of the semi-finished button is increased; the napping treatment process preferably comprises the following steps: and putting the semi-finished product of the real shell button into a roller, and polishing and roughening the semi-finished product of the real shell button for 30-50 min by using sawmilling powder and water.
After the polishing process is finished, the polished semi-finished button is sequentially subjected to ultrasonic cleaning and drying to obtain the button to be sprayed. In the invention, the purpose of the ultrasonic cleaning is to remove oil stains and dust existing on the surface of the polished semi-finished button. In the invention, the ultrasonic frequency of the ultrasonic cleaning is preferably 70Hz to 80Hz, and more preferably 75 Hz; the ultrasonic cleaning time is preferably 5min to 10min, and more preferably 8 min.
In the present invention, the temperature for drying is preferably 70 to 90 ℃, and more preferably 80 ℃.
After the button to be sprayed is obtained, the button to be sprayed is sprayed by using water-based paint, and the button to be sprayed is dried after standing to obtain a button product. In the invention, the water-based paint is the water-based paint in the technical scheme, and is not described herein again.
In order to ensure batch production, the obtained buttons to be sprayed are placed on a square planar net rack, a certain distance is kept between the buttons, then the net rack with the placed buttons is placed in a water curtain cabinet with air supply and exhaust, and the water-based paint is sprayed by a spray gun. In the invention, the net rack for placing the buttons is made of wire netting cloth and a metal outer frame which are commonly used in the market.
In the present invention, the air pressure of the spraying is preferably 2kg to 6kg of compressed air, more preferably 4kg of compressed air; the space temperature of the spraying is preferably 20-30 ℃, and more preferably 25 ℃; the spray width of the sprayed paint mist is preferably 8-16 cm, more preferably 12 cm; the left and right strokes of the spraying are preferably 11 to 17 times, and more preferably 14 times.
In the present invention, the purpose of said resting is to cause the sprayed paint film to react and accelerate; the time for the standing is preferably 10 to 20min, and more preferably 15 min.
In the present invention, the drying process is preferably performed in a drying tunnel; the drying temperature is preferably 40-85 ℃, and more preferably 60-65 ℃; the drying time is preferably 50min to 70min, and more preferably 60 min. After the drying process is finished, taking the dried product out of the drying tunnel, and cooling to obtain a button product; the product has a flat and smooth surface paint film, no wrinkles and dirty point granular sensation, and uniform side surface color.
According to the invention, the water-based paint material with specific content of components is adopted to carry out surface treatment on the buttons, so that the organic solvent is not volatilized in the whole production process, toxic heavy metals such as benzene, toluene, xylene, formaldehyde and free TDI are not contained, and the water-based paint material is non-toxic, non-irritant, harmless to human bodies and free of environmental pollution; and the obtained button product has the advantages of plump paint film, glittering and translucent property, good flexibility, stronger water resistance, wear resistance, ironing resistance and higher paint film fastness.
In addition, the button product provided by the invention can remove the redundant paint layer through laser, and secondary processing of patterns and LOGO effect is formed. After the water-based paint is sprayed on the unsaturated polyester resin semi-finished product button and the urea semi-finished product button, the secondary local scraper treatment can be carried out, the formed local part is the natural color of the material, the edge is the color of the paint layer, and a better double-color effect can be formed. Meanwhile, in order to enhance the paint film fastness of the secondary scraper and the laser-treated product, the water-based paint can be used as a protective and performance-improving function of the secondary processing finish on the surface of the product. Meanwhile, the transparent water-based surface can be added with water-based color concentrates to enrich the extension of the color system of the product, after water-based paint with semitransparent color is sprayed, the local high points and low points on the surface of the product can form depth contrast, namely, two interval colors exist on the surface, namely, the high point part is the natural color (such as red) of the product, the low points are the color (such as blue-violet) of the paint film, and the overall performance is not reduced.
The invention provides a button surface treatment method, which comprises the following steps: a) mixing and stirring the water-based paint material and water uniformly to obtain water-based paint; the water-based paint material comprises the following components: 25 to 27.5 parts by weight of epoxy resin liquid; 65.5 to 68 parts by weight of linseed oil acid; 3.5 to 5 weight portions of maleic anhydride; 0.3 to 0.5 weight portion of defoaming agent; 18-20 parts of butanol; 8-9.5 parts of ethanolamine; 68-70.5 parts of water; b) sequentially polishing, ultrasonically cleaning and drying the semi-finished button to obtain a button to be sprayed; c) spraying the button to be sprayed obtained in the step b) by using the water-based paint obtained in the step a), standing and drying to obtain a button product; the step a) and the step b) are not limited in order. To further illustrate the present invention, the following examples are provided for illustration. The semi-finished buttons used in the following embodiments of the invention include unsaturated polyester resin semi-finished buttons, real scallop semi-finished buttons, nylon semi-finished buttons, ABS semi-finished buttons and urea semi-finished buttons; the semi-finished scallop button is subjected to napping treatment before use, and the method specifically comprises the following steps: and putting the semi-finished product of the real shell button into a roller, and polishing and roughening the semi-finished product of the real shell button for 30-50 min by using sawmilling powder and water.
Example 1
(1) The raw material ratio is as follows: epoxy resin liquid (601 #): 25g, linseed oil acid: 65.5g, maleic anhydride: 3.5g, antifoam: 0.3g, butanol: 18g, ethanolamine: 8g, distilled water: 68 g.
(2) Uniformly mixing the epoxy resin liquid, linseed oil acid, maleic anhydride, a defoaming agent, butanol and ethanolamine, adding distilled water, uniformly mixing, and filtering by using white gauze of 200 meshes to obtain the water-based paint material.
Example 2
(1) The raw material ratio is as follows: epoxy resin liquid (601 #): 26.5g, linoleic acid: 66.5g, maleic anhydride: 4.5g, antifoam: 0.4g, butanol: 19g, ethanolamine: 9g, distilled water: 69 g.
(2) Uniformly mixing the epoxy resin liquid, linseed oil acid, maleic anhydride, a defoaming agent, butanol and ethanolamine, adding distilled water, uniformly mixing, and filtering by using white gauze of 200 meshes to obtain the water-based paint material.
Example 3
(1) The raw material ratio is as follows: epoxy resin liquid (601 #): 27.5g, linoleic acid: 68g, maleic anhydride: 5g, antifoaming agent: 0.5g, butanol: 20g, ethanolamine: 9.5g, distilled water: 70.5 g.
(2) Uniformly mixing the epoxy resin liquid, linseed oil acid, maleic anhydride, a defoaming agent, butanol and ethanolamine, adding distilled water, uniformly mixing, and filtering by using white gauze of 200 meshes to obtain the water-based paint material.
Example 4
(1) Preparing water paint of a transparent bright product: and (3) mixing 10g of the water-based paint material obtained in the example 1 with 2 g-3 g of normal-temperature water, uniformly stirring to obtain water-based paint, and pouring the water-based paint into a storage tank for later use.
(2) Polishing the semi-finished buttons, carrying out ultrasonic cleaning at the ultrasonic frequency of 75Hz for 8min, then spin-drying by using a centrifugal machine, and placing in a clean drying room for drying at the temperature of 80 ℃ to obtain the buttons to be sprayed;
(3) placing the buttons to be sprayed obtained in the step (2) on a square plane net rack, keeping a certain distance between the buttons, then placing the net rack with the placed buttons in a water curtain cabinet with air supply and exhaust, spraying the water-based paint prepared in the step (1) by using a spray gun, adjusting the air pressure to 4kg of compressed air, the space temperature to 25 ℃, the spray width of paint mist to 12cm, the left and right strokes to 14 times, standing for 15min, after the paint film is reacted and accelerated, placing the paint film in a special drying tunnel, drying for 60min at 60 ℃, and cooling to obtain the transparent bright button product.
A schematic diagram of a transparent bright button product provided in embodiment 4 of the present invention is shown in fig. 1; the 3 buttons in the figure 1 are a real shell button, a nylon button and a urea button from left to right in sequence.
Testing the transparent bright button product provided by the embodiment 4 of the invention; wherein, the test result of the fastness to washing (GB/T3921 textile color fastness test) is as follows: the color fastness to washing is more than 4 grade, and the paint film has no shedding and color change; test results of dry cleaning resistance (GB/T5771 textile color fastness test): the color fastness to dry cleaning is more than 4 grade, and the paint film does not fall off and has no color change; ironing resistance test results: at 150 ℃ for 10 seconds, the surface paint film of the product has no peeling and extinction phenomena, and the color is not stained; therefore, the surface effect of the transparent bright button product provided by embodiment 4 of the invention meets the quality standard.
Example 5
(1) Preparing water-based paint of magnetic color products: 10g of the water-based paint material obtained in the example 2, 2g to 5g of the water-based coloring material and 2g to 3g of normal-temperature water are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain water-based paint, and the water-based paint is poured into a storage tank for standby.
(2) Polishing the semi-finished buttons, carrying out ultrasonic cleaning at the ultrasonic frequency of 70Hz for 10min, then spin-drying by using a centrifugal machine, and placing in a clean drying room for drying at 90 ℃ to obtain the buttons to be sprayed;
(3) placing the buttons to be sprayed obtained in the step (2) on a square plane net rack, keeping a certain distance between the buttons, then placing the net rack with the placed buttons in a water curtain cabinet with air supply and exhaust, spraying the water-based paint prepared in the step (1) by using a spray gun, adjusting the air pressure to be 2kg of compressed air, the space temperature to be 30 ℃, the spray width of paint mist to be 8cm, the left and right strokes to be 17 times, standing for 10min, after the paint film is reacted and changed, placing the paint film in a special drying tunnel, drying for 60min at 85 ℃, and cooling to obtain the magnetic color button product.
A schematic diagram of a magnetic color button product provided in embodiment 5 of the present invention is shown in fig. 2; the 4 buttons in fig. 2 are all ABS buttons.
Testing the magnetic color button product provided by the embodiment 5 of the invention; wherein, the test result of the fastness to washing (GB/T3921 textile color fastness test) is as follows: the color fastness to washing is more than 4 grade, and the paint film has no shedding and color change; test results of dry cleaning resistance (GB/T5771 textile color fastness test): the color fastness to dry cleaning is more than 4 grade, and the paint film does not fall off and has no color change; ironing resistance test results: at 150 ℃ for 10 seconds, the surface paint film of the product has no peeling and extinction phenomena, and the color is not stained; therefore, the surface effect of the magnetic color button product provided by the embodiment 5 of the invention meets the quality standard.
Example 6
(1) Preparing water paint of a transparent semi-matte product: 10g of the water-based paint material obtained in the embodiment 3, a proper amount of matte powder and 2-3 g of normal-temperature water are mixed and stirred uniformly to obtain water-based paint, and the water-based paint is poured into a storage tank for later use.
(2) Polishing the semi-finished buttons, carrying out ultrasonic cleaning at the ultrasonic frequency of 80Hz for 5min, then spin-drying by using a centrifugal machine, and placing in a clean drying room for drying at 70 ℃ to obtain the buttons to be sprayed;
(3) placing the buttons to be sprayed obtained in the step (2) on a square plane net rack, keeping a certain distance between the buttons, then placing the net rack with the placed buttons in a water curtain cabinet with air supply and exhaust, spraying the water-based paint prepared in the step (1) by using a spray gun, adjusting the air pressure to be 6kg of compressed air, the space temperature to be 20 ℃, the spray width of paint mist to be 16cm, performing left and right travel 11 times, standing for 20min, after the paint film is reacted and changed, placing the paint film in a special drying tunnel, drying for 60min at 40 ℃, and cooling to obtain a transparent semi-matte button product.
A schematic diagram of a transparent semi-matte button product provided in embodiment 6 of the present invention is shown in fig. 3; the 4 buttons in the figure 3 are a nylon button, an unsaturated polyester resin button and a real shell button from left to right in sequence.
Testing the transparent semi-matte button product provided by the embodiment 6 of the invention; wherein, the test result of the fastness to washing (GB/T3921 textile color fastness test) is as follows: the color fastness to washing is more than 4 grade, and the paint film has no shedding and color change; test results of dry cleaning resistance (GB/T5771 textile color fastness test): the color fastness to dry cleaning is more than 4 grade, and the paint film does not fall off and has no color change; ironing resistance test results: at 150 ℃ for 10 seconds, the surface paint film of the product has no peeling and extinction phenomena, and the color is not stained; therefore, the surface effect of the transparent semi-matte button product provided by the embodiment 6 of the invention meets the quality standard.
Example 7
(1) Preparing water paint of a translucent color product: and (3) mixing 10g of the water-based paint material obtained in the example 2, 1g to 10g of the water-based semi-permeable material and 2g to 3g of normal-temperature water, uniformly stirring to obtain water-based paint, and pouring the water-based paint into a storage tank for later use.
(2) Polishing the semi-finished buttons, carrying out ultrasonic cleaning at the ultrasonic frequency of 75Hz for 8min, then spin-drying by using a centrifugal machine, and placing in a clean drying room for drying at the temperature of 80 ℃ to obtain the buttons to be sprayed;
(3) placing the buttons to be sprayed obtained in the step (2) on a square plane net rack, keeping a certain distance between the buttons, then placing the net rack with the placed buttons in a water curtain cabinet with air supply and exhaust, spraying the water-based paint prepared in the step (1) by using a spray gun, adjusting the air pressure to 4kg of compressed air, the space temperature to 25 ℃, the spray width of paint mist to 12cm, the left and right strokes to 14 times, standing for 15min, after the paint film reaction is accelerated, placing the paint film in a special drying tunnel, drying for 60min at 65 ℃, and cooling to obtain a semi-transparent button product.
A schematic view of a translucent button product provided in embodiment 7 of the present invention is shown in fig. 4; all 4 buttons in fig. 4 are unsaturated polyester resin buttons.

Comparative example
A translucent color button product was prepared using the surface treatment method provided in example 7: the difference lies in that the water-based paint material is replaced by the commercially available oil paint material (PU color paint, transparent bright and semi-matte) provided by Zhejiang Xianju Guanyu paint GmbH.
A schematic view of a translucent colored button product provided by the comparative example is shown in fig. 5; the 11 buttons in fig. 5 are all unsaturated polyester resin buttons.
The translucent color button product provided in the comparative example was tested; wherein, the test result of the fastness to washing (GB/T3921 textile color fastness test) is as follows: the color fastness to washing is below 3.5 grade, the paint film partially drops, and the color changes; test results of dry cleaning resistance (GB/T5771 textile color fastness test): the color fastness to dry cleaning is below grade 3, and a paint film partially falls off and has color change; ironing resistance test results: at 150 ℃ for 10 seconds, the surface paint film of the product is skinned and has extinction phenomenon and staining color; thus, the surface effect of the translucent color button product provided by the comparative example did not meet the quality standards.
In conclusion, the button product provided by the invention has no phenomena of abrasion, paint film falling and color change on the whole surface, and the whole quality meets the auxiliary material product industry standard appearance, and has no unfilled corners and burrs on the surface, smooth and clean film layer, water washing resistance, dry cleaning resistance, no wrinkle generation and peeling of the ironed film layer and other quality standards; especially, the frequency of resisting washing of a household washing machine is far more than the abrasion resistance and the paint film fastness of a product sprayed by the oil paint. On the basis, the button product enriches the surface effect of the button product, prolongs the delicate matching, and enables customers to have more selectivity and different clothing styles and matching diversity.
In addition, the button surface treatment method provided by the invention is a brand-new button treatment process produced in a full-flow environment-friendly way, accords with the environment-friendly trend, especially breaks through the effect and performance, and realizes the creation of high-technology-content fine clothing accessory products, thereby improving the social responsibility and product attached value of international clients.
