By using the biological organic fertilizer for promoting the growth of beneficial bacteria in the farmland, the biological organic fertilizer has good effects of improving soil acidification and inhibiting nematodes; the bio-organic fertilizer prepared by fully fermenting the cow dung has excellent safety, can not burn seedlings, and is rich in various amino acids, organic proteins and trace elements; the soil microbial flora can be improved, the survival of beneficial microbial bacteria is promoted, the soil is activated, soil-borne diseases are inhibited, and the development and growth of root systems of crops are promoted; the organic fertilizer contains a large amount of organic matters, can break and harden soil, preserves water and fertility of the soil, and improves the quality of agricultural products.
