The traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing lung and eliminating dampness is an oral preparation; further, the unit dose of the oral preparation is 10-40 g. The effective dose of the traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing lung and eliminating dampness is about 18-20g, and the traditional Chinese medicine composition can be taken according to the effective dose.
Specifically, in one embodiment, the unit dose of the lung clearing and dampness eliminating traditional Chinese medicine composition can be 36g, and the composition is half or one bag at a time and is taken twice a day by flushing water.

The preparation method of each extract comprises the following steps:

30 parts of pummelo peel extract, 30 parts of momordica grosvenori extract, 30 parts of platycodon root extract, 15 parts of almond extract, 30 parts of fritillaria extract, 30 parts of perillaseed extract, 60 parts of gypsum extract, 15 parts of pinellia tuber extract, 15 parts of ephedra extract, 30 parts of malt extract, 30 parts of bighead atractylodes rhizome extract, 30 parts of rhizoma atractylodis extract, 30 parts of dried orange peel extract, 30 parts of rhizoma alismatis, 15 parts of liquorice extract, 12 parts of fossil extract and 30 parts of poria cocos extract.
The preparation method of each extract comprises the following steps:
extracting the raw materials by adopting water, wherein the weight ratio of the raw materials to the water is 1: 10, the extraction temperature is 93 ℃, and the extraction time is 20 hours; extracting, concentrating, and drying to obtain the final product.

Test example 1
48 testers are selected and randomly divided into four groups, and 12 testers in each group take the traditional Chinese medicine composition for clearing lung and eliminating dampness of the embodiment 1-3 and the comparative example 1 respectively.
