Abstract
The invention discloses a traditional Chinese medicine composition for reducing blood sugar and a preparation method thereof, wherein the traditional Chinese medicine composition comprises the following components in parts by weight: 2-50 parts of gynura divaricata, 1-30 parts of ginseng and 2-50 parts of purslane. The preparation method comprises the steps of mixing, extracting, concentrating, drying, crushing and sieving gynura divaricata, ginseng, purslane, sophora flower/sophora flower, mulberry leaf, gardenia, kudzu vine root, grape seed and corn stigma according to the formula amount to obtain the traditional Chinese medicine composition. The traditional Chinese medicine composition for reducing blood sugar can recover the function of pancreatic secretion insulin or/and eliminate insulin resistance by synergistic compounding of the gynura divaricata, the ginseng and the purslane, so that the effect of effectively reducing blood sugar is achieved.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of traditional Chinese medicine compositions, and particularly relates to a traditional Chinese medicine composition for reducing blood sugar and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the rapid development of social economy, people's daily life habits and dietary structures are greatly changed, which is mainly reflected in that while the amount of exercise in modern life is gradually reduced, the proportion of unhealthy foods with high calorie, high fat and low dietary fiber in the diet is gradually increased. The transformation of bad living habits and dietary structures has led to the rapid increase of symptoms such as hyperglycemia, hyperlipidemia, hypertension, obesity, etc., wherein the increase of the incidence of diabetes mellitus, which has hyperglycemia as a main symptom, and the economic burden caused thereby are most significant.
Diabetes is a metabolic disease characterized by sustained high blood glucose levels, which is caused by a series of metabolic disorders due to either failure of islet beta cells to produce sufficient insulin or resistance of body cells to the insulin produced. Insulin is a protein hormone secreted by islet beta cells in pancreas under the stimulation of endogenous or exogenous substances, is the only hormone with the function of reducing blood sugar in human body, and can promote the synthesis of glycogen, fat and protein. Lack of insulin or resistance to insulin can lead to high blood glucose levels or hyperglycemia, which in turn leads to diabetes. Diabetes, if not treated in a timely manner, can cause a variety of complications. Acute complications include diabetic ketoacidosis, a hypertonic hyperglycemic state, or death. Therefore, prevention and treatment of hyperglycemia is extremely important.
At present, no radical treatment method exists for diabetes and hyperglycemia all over the world, and for such complicated diseases, common western medicines for treating diabetes and hyperglycemia mainly comprise oral hypoglycemic medicines and injection insulin, the oral hypoglycemic medicines comprise biguanides, sulfonylureas and dietary glucose regulators and the like, and the medicines only have certain control effect on the diabetes and the hyperglycemia, have no treatment effect, mostly have liver and kidney toxic and side effects after long-term administration, and are not suitable for long-term administration.
The traditional Chinese medicine theory considers that the pathogenesis of diabetes is mainly the deficiency of yin, weak five internal organs, improper diet, overeating, fatness and sweetness, emotional disorder and excessive desire and desire, thus causing kidney yin deficiency, dryness and heat of lung and stomach and damp-heat of liver and spleen. The pathogenesis of the disease is mainly yin deficiency and dryness heat, the yin deficiency is taken as the basis, the dryness heat is taken as the index, the disease lasts for a long time, yin damages yang, and yin and yang are both deficient; yin deficiency with dryness-heat consuming fluid and burning fluid, causing blood to be viscous, blood to be stagnant with astringency, yin affecting yang, yang deficiency with congealing cold, resulting in internal stasis of blood stasis. The traditional Chinese medicine mainly comprises the types of yin deficiency and dryness heat, qi and yin deficiency and yin and yang deficiency. According to the principle of differential treatment of traditional Chinese medicine, the method of nourishing yin and clearing heat, the method of supplementing qi and nourishing yin and the method of warming yang and nourishing yin are respectively adopted for treating diabetes, and the blood circulation promoting, the blood stasis removing and the collateral dredging are simultaneously taken into consideration in the whole process, and the traditional Chinese medicine for reducing blood sugar with the efficacies of clearing heat, tonifying, regulating qi, promoting blood circulation, the blood stasis removing and the collateral dredging is usually selected for treatment in the treatment.
